I- INTENDED USEOFTHEGRILL
Gas grills are used in hotels, restaurants, eateries, fast-food stores, touristic facilities and
canteensin order to cook food.
Carefully read the user manual before operating our device and in case of any doubt please contact your dealer.

II- GENERAL WARNINGS & SAFETY MEASURES
This user manual contains technical specifications, operatingguidelines, operating principles and
other information about the device.
Before connecting the device check that the local gas mains and the device are compatible
(gas pressure and type). See Page 5
Ensure that the gas connection of the device is performed in compliance with the related
standards.
Keep the gas connection equipment of the device away from places with high temperatures.
Perform the device connection near LPG tube or natural gas valve and avoid water ingress.
Ensure that the gas switches and tube (or natural gas line) is turned off while checking the
device. Check gas leakage using soap-foamed water or gas leakage detector.
In case of any gas leakage, the soap-water solution will form foams. While checking with a
detector, control detector gives signals. In case of signal, contact your authorized dealer.
Never use fire while checking gas leakage.
Ensure that no regulator is used other than the recommended regulator for the device
(especially while using LPG tube).
Keep the area where the device is mounted clean and well-ventilated.
Attention; maximum gas pressure that may be applied while the device is running is 50 mbar.
There may be gas leakage risk at pressures more than 50mbar. In such cases the device
may fail and fall outside the scope of the warranty.
Replace the damaged parts with genuine parts. Manufacturing company guarantees that the
device shall be within the warranty scope and safe only when these parts are used.
Use the device on a level surface and fix in on proper fixing pins of under-counter set
manufactured according to the device. See Page 6 (Image -1) (Image-2)
If you detect any malfunction in the device, turn off the LPG tube or the natural gas valve and
immediately contact your authorized dealer. Be careful not to make gas connection before the
repair work of the device is completed.
All repair works should be performed by authorized service personnel. Otherwise, the device
will not be included within the warranty scope.
Manufacturing company is not liable for the damages arising from improper assembly or gas
connection.
Unauthorized repairs performed by people other than the authorized service personnel may
lead to personal injury or damage to machine.
Warranty period of the device is 1 year after the purchase date.
- If you smell gas:
First of all calm down and don't panic.
Turn off the gas tap of the device.
Extinguish burning materials (candle, gasolier, etc.).
Open doors and windows for ventilation.
Be careful not to burn any device.
In case of danger do not touch any electrical switch or socket.
Do not use door bell.
Do not strike match orlighter in dangerous areas.
Do not smoke.
Close the gas valve outside ofthe building.

Gas grills are made of stainless steel.
Gas grillsmay operate with bothLPG (liquidized petrol gas) and NG(natural gas).
Grills aremanufactured asflat, groovedand semi-grooved surfaces.
If the burner of the gas grill goes off, leaking gas is stoppedvia safety valve.
The oil in the deviceis drained using the waste oil tank.

IV- FIRST OPERATION
Before operating the device for the first time, remove the protective nylon material on the
device and wipe the inner and outer parts first with a damp and then dry cloth.
Do not use detergent to wipe the device.
Odor and smoke may be present due to the heating parts of the machine during the first
operation. These odor and smoke will disappear and are normal.
V- ASSEMBLY
Device;
Should be mounted and adjusted by experienced technical personnel.
Should be mounted under the filter ventilation system to avoid possible offensive odors that may
occur during cooking.
Should be mounted and fixed on a flat surface. (If therea under-counter set purchased with the
device (these under-counter setsare manufactured according to the device dimensions), fixing pins
should be fixed on the under-counter sets on the device) See Page 6 (Image -2)
Should be mounted 5 cm away fromthe wall. See Page 6 (Image -1)
Remove the nylon protection and clean the label residues using a proper cleaner.
Never put combustiblematerials on the device.
If the device failsor doesnot work, do not try to repair; call the authorized dealer.

VI-GAS CONNECTION
Gas connections of the device;
should be performed by an expert technician.
The person to carry out the gas connection should perform the connection in accordance with
the rules specified by the local energy supplying company in relative country.
Attention; maximum gas pressure that may be applied while the device is running is 50 mbar.
There may be gas leakage risk at pressures more than 50mbar. In such cases the device
may fail and fall outside the scope of the warranty.
Gas inlet is on the right side from frontal view. See Page 7(Image -3)
If you plan to use LPG tube hose connection to the device is required. As shown in Image -3.
(hose inlet is supplied with the device)

VII- OPERATION
- Pilot operation
Turn the gas control knob to pilot position and press for10-15 seconds. Start the pilotfire by
striking theigniter and the pilot isignited when pilotfire burns for 20-25 seconds. Then remove your finger
fromthe gas tap and start using the device.When the pilot fire is extinguished repeat the whole process
fromthe beginning.

- Turning Off
Press on the gas tap and turn the knob to “ ● “ position.
NOTE You may check whether the device is ignited or not
from the loop hole while the device is operating.
In addition, when the igniter is not in use, you may check
from the loop hole and fire using spirit stick.

VIII- MAINTENANCE
Ensure;
to wipe the device usinga damp cloth beforeit cools down.
that the device is cooled down before cleaning process.
not to use abrasive chemical cleaners and steel cleaning materials during cleaning process.(Use
chemical cleaners when necessary.)
to clean with a warm and soapy cloth.
If you haven't used the device forlonger periods, apply vaselineon the surface of the device.
Never use pressurized steam or pressurized water for cleaning.
Do not use abrasive cleaning materials and hard-surface sponges as well as abrasive stain
removers.
Wipe with a damp cloth before the stain is dried and then dry the surface using a clean cloth.
IX –PRE-ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Ensure that the following considerations are fully and properly performed before the assembly. If assembly is
not possible as one of the following is missing; transportation fees and hourly wage shall be
charged fromthe customer.
Please note that;
- Gas pressureis available on the informative label of the device.
- Acting contrary to the information indicated is not recommended. Otherwise the device shall fall out of
the scope of the warranty.
- Never use high-pressure hood for LPG grills.
- Gas grills are manufactured with LPG and NG (natural gas) upon request. Gas connection pipe is R½.
- If the gas grill is to be manufactured as LPG and then converted to natural gas, conversion should be
performed according to the gastable.See Page5
- After checking the gas table for conversion, injector diameters should also be considered according to
the gaspressure. See Page 5
