inthecentreofthegrillingrack,llthiswithwater,wineorbeer,thiswillenhancetheavourofthe
foodandstopthefoodfromdryingout.Indirectgrillingtakeslongertocookyourfood.
Makesurecoalsarecompletelyextinguishedandcoldbeforecleaninginsideofthegrill.
Cleanoutallremainingashes,Ashescollectmoisture,whichcanleadtodecayofyourgrill.
Wipeouttheinsideofthegrillwithadampclothorpapertowels.
