V-V1200 INSTRUCTIONSFOR USE
1) The modelV-V1200 isdesigned tobe used aslight commercialuseor
orhomeuse. It hasafixed wheeldriven flywheeland shouldbe used
underprofessionalsupervision. orasking yoursupplierbeforeusing.
2) Installation it isimportant that the V-V1200 iscorrectlyassembled and werecommend
that installation and assemblybe carried out bysuitablyqualified personnel.
3)Handlebarand seat adjustment. It isimportant that the handlebarand seat are
set at the correct height foryourbody. Askyourinstructorforassistance.
Adjusting the handlebarheight -Makesureit issecurelytightened and that there
isno lateralorverticalmovement ofthe handlebar. Undo the Quick Releaseknob
whichislocated infront ofhead tube. Slide the handlebar/stemup ordowntothe
required height and then retighten.
The handlebar/stemposition can alsobe adjusted forwardsorbackwards. Undo
the Quick Releaseleverlocated on belowthe slider. Slide the handlebar/stem
assemblyforwardsorbackwardsuntilyou reachthe required position. Then
securelyre-tighten the Quick Releaselever.
Adjusting the seat height refertoabovemention.
NOTE:thereisasafetylineengravedon theseatpost. Onno account
shouldtheseatposteverberaisedabove thisline.
4) Pedalsand toestraps yourfeet shouldbe securelypositioned inthe toe clips
during the exercise. Put yourfoot asfarforwardasyou can intothe toe-clipand then pull the strap tight.
5) Resistancesystem-V-V1200 bikeiswithdurablechaindirect drivetransmission system,
toadjust the exercising resistanceon the completed bike, undo the simplyloosen ortighten
using adjustment knob. Press downthe brakeleverforstopping the wheel.
6) The V-V1200 shouldoperateon alevelsurfacewithno lateralmovement.
Thereareheight adjusterpadslocated on eitherside underneaththe rearfoot.
Turnthesepadsclockwiseoranti-clockwiseuntilthe bikeistotallystableon the ground.
7) Maintenance likeanyothermechanicalcycling device, the V-V1200 shouldbe
regularlymaintained. Askyoursupplierforadetailed maintenanceprogramme.

Step 1(foot)
Attachthe front foot (6) tothe frameusing the bolt (3), washer (4) and nut (5).
Step 2(foot)
Attachthe rear foot (2) tothe frameusing the bolt (3), washer (4) and nut (5).
Step 3. (pedals)
attachthe pedals (7R/7L) intothe crankarms (62R/62L), eachpedal
is marked withthe letter R(right)or R(right)todenotethe side of the bike
theyare on. NOTE: the right hand crankis on the sameside as the
chain cover (71). Be careful toalign the threads correctlytoavoid anydamage.
Alittle greaseon the thread should help the pedals toscrew in easily
and correctly, tighten using a15mm spanner, bothpedals threads should
tighten towards the front of the bike.

Step 4. (handlebar&stem)
Attachhandlebar (11) ontohandle bar stem (19), silde handlebar (11) until reach
your required position. Using locklever (17) for tightening. And then put the
handlebar-stem set ontofront tube, adjust toyour ideal position., and then
using locklever totighten. NOTE: Donot ariseabovesafetyline.
Step 5(saddle &seat post)
Insert seat post (14) intoframe's seat tube, assemblysaddle (16) on
saddle top slider (16A). Adjust slider using locklever (17) for forwards or backwards.
and then tighten until reachthe proper position. Using locklever (17)
adjust seat post (14) and tighten in proper position.
NOTE: Donot ariseabovesafetyline.

Step 6. 7. (bottle cage)
Attachscrews (10) intobottle cage (9) on front forkin required position
using a4mm allen key.
