ANWENDUNGSBEREICH
Das Stativ dient zur Halterung von Beleuchtungen für Film- und
Fernsehproduktionen im Außenbereich oder im Studio.
HINWEISE FÜR DIE SICHERE BEDIENUNG
1. Vor dem Einsatz die Bedienungsanleitung sorgfältig durchlesen
2. Höchstbelastung: 120 kg (265 lb)
3. Arbeitstemperatur -20° +60°
4. Dieses Produkt darf nur von entsprechend qualifiziertem
Personal angewendet werden
5. Der Untergrund, auf den das Stativ aufgestellt wird, muss stabil
sein und dem Gewicht des Stativs sowie den daran
angebrachten Instrumenten standhalten
6. Die Mittelsäule muss gerade aufstehen, bevor am Stativ
angebrachte Instrumente angehoben werden
7. Jedes Instrument muss richtig verriegelt und stabil angebracht
werden
8. Alle Belastungen sind auszugleichen, insbesondere beim
Einsatz von l-Trägern
9. Für den Einsatz im Außenbereich für eine Höhe von mehr als 2,5
m (98”) wird empfohlen, das Stativ mit Verankerungsseilen und/
oder einer Halterung zu befestigen (zusammen mit dem Stativ
geliefert)
10. Der Zustand des Stativs ist regelmäßig zu überprüfen (siehe
Kapitel „WARTUNG”)
11. Das Stativ in öffentlichen Bereichen, wo Gefahr für Menschen
besteht, nicht unbeaufsichtigt lassen.

PURPOSE RANGE
The stand is designed to support luminaries for film and broadcast
productions on location or in the studio.
SPECIFICATIONS FOR SAFE OPERATION
1. Before using this product, read these instructions carefully
2. Maximum load: 120 kg (265 lb)
3. Operation temperature range -20° - +60°
4. This product must only be used by experienced personnel
5. Insure that the ground on which this product is set up on is
stable and can withstand the weight of the product and the
instrument attached to the product
6. Insure that the central column is perfectly level before raising
anything that is attached
7. Insure that which ever instrument is attached is correctly locked
and completely stable
8. All loads should be balanced especially when using T Bars.
9. For outside use with a height exceeding 2.5 m (98”) it is advised
to set up the product utilizing anchor wires and or brace
(supplied with the product)
10. Periodically check that the stand is in good condition (see
chapter “MAINTENANCE”)
11. Do not leave your product unattended when working where the
general public could be endangered.
12. Check pressure of the pneumatic wheels (written on the wheel)

INTRODUCTION
Ce pied a été conçu pour supporter des éclairages pour la télévision
ou le cinéma, aussi bien en studio qu’à l’extérieur.
CARACTÉRISTIQUES TECHNIQUES ET
CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ
1. Lisez attentivement ces instructions avant d’utiliser le pied.
2. Capacité de charge maximale : 120kg.
3. Températures d’utilisation : -20° +60°
4. Seules des personnes expérimentées sont habilitées à utiliser ce
produit.
5. Assurez-vous que le sol sur lequel le pied sera installé est stable
et peut supporter le poids du pied et du système qui y est fixé.
6. Assurez-vous que la colonne centrale est parfaitement mise à
niveau avant d’augmenter la hauteur de l’équipement fixé.
7. Assurez-vous que l’équipement fixé au pied est correctement
bloqué et stable.
8. Toutes les charges doivent être équilibrées, en particulier lors de
l’utilisation de barres en T.
9. Pour une utilisation à l’extérieur avec une hauteur
pied+équipement supérieure à 2,5m, nous vous recommandons
de sécuriser le pied à l’aide de haubans et/ou d’attaches
(fournis avec le pied).
10. Vérifiez régulièrement que le pied est en bon état (voir chapitre
“ENTRETIEN ET RÉPARATIONS”).
11. Ne laissez pas le pied sans surveillance lorsque vous travaillez
dans des lieux où cela pourrait entraîner un danger pour le
public.
12. Vérifiez que la pression des roues pneumatiques correspond à
celle indiquée sur les roues.

OPERATING ENVIRONMENT 1 & 2
The stand must only be used on horizontally level
surfaces.
The stand is supplied with levelling legs that
compensate for marginal differences in ground
level.
The stand must be set up on firm ground capable
of taking both the weight of the stand and its load
without any of the wheels sinking in, which could
cause the stand to tip over. If the ground is soft,
place a board “F” (fig.1) under the wheels.
For outside use with a height exceeding 2.5 m
(98”) it is advised to set up the product utilizing
anchor wires and or brace (fig. 2) (supplied with
product)

Release the wheel locks “P” (fig. 3) if wheels are
fitted.
Release the wheel direction locking position “Y”
by pulling out pin “U” and rotate il 90°.
Unlock knob “E”.
Push the bottom centre column casting “L” (fig. 4)
down in order to partially open the base as shown
in figure 4, and then tighten knob “E”.

Lo stativo va usato esclusivamente su superfici
livellate in orizzontale.
Lo stativo è fornito con gambe livellanti per
compensare eventuali differenze marginali nel
livellamento del terreno.
Lo stativo va approntato su un terreno
consistente, in grado di sopportare il peso
complessivo dello stativo e del carico applicato
senza che le ruote sprofondino, evenienza che
potrebbe causare il ribaltamento. Se il terreno è
cedevole, sistemare una tavola “F” (fig.1) sotto
alla ruota.
Per l’utilizzo in esterni con un’altezza superiore ai
2,5 m (98”) si consiglia di assicurare il prodotto
con funi di ancoraggio e o controventatura (fig.2)

APERTURA DELLA BASE

Sbloccare i freni delle ruote “P” (fig. 3) se
necessario.
Liberare il bloccaggio della direzione delle ruote
“Y” sollevando il perno “U” e ruotandolo di 90°.
Sbloccare la manopola “E”.
Abbassare la crociera inferiore “L” (fig. 4) della
colonna centrale per aprire parzialmente la base
come mostrato in figura 4, quindi stringere la
manopola “E”.

ENVIRONNEMENT D’UTILISATION 1 ET 2
Le pied ne doit être utilisé que sur des surfaces
horizontales.
Les jambes réglables de mise à niveau de ce pied
permettent de compenser les légères variations
de niveau du sol.
Ce pied doit être installé sur un sol ferme, capable
de supporter le poids du pied et de sa charge
sans qu’aucune des roues ne s’enfonce, ce qui
pourrait faire basculer le pied. Si le sol est meuble,
placez des cales “F” (fig. 1) sous les roues.
Pour une utilisation à l’extérieur avec une hauteur
pied+équipement supérieure à 2,5m, nous vous
recommandons de sécuriser le pied à l’aide de
haubans et/ou d’attaches (fig. 2) (fournis avec le
pied).
INSTALLATION
OUVERTURE DE LA BASE ET MISE À

Lorsque les roues sont fixées, déverrouillez les
freins en relevant la patte du frein « P » (Fig. 3).
Libérez le système de blocage d’orientation des
roues “Y” en tirant sur le bouton “U” et en le
faisant tourner de 90°.
Desserrez ensuite le bouton de blocage “E” en le
faisant tourner dans le sens inverse des aiguilles
d’une montre.

Fläche aufzustellen.
Das Stativ wird mit Teleskopbeinen geliefert, die
geringfügige Bodenunebenheiten ausgleichen.
Die Tribüne ist auf einer festen Oberfläche
aufzustellen, die sowohl das Gewicht der Tribüne
als auch die Last, die auf die Tribüne aufgebracht
wird, tragen kann, ohne dass die Räder in den
Boden sinken. Falls die Räder in den Boden
gedrückt werden, kann dies dazu führen, dass die
Tribüne umkippt. Wenn der Boden weich ist,
legen Sie eine Platte “F” (Abb.1) unter die Räder.
Für die Anwendung im Außenbereich für eine
Höhe von mehr als 2,5 m (98”) wird empfohlen,
das Stativ mit Verankerungsseilen und/oder einer
Halterung zu befestigen (Abb. 2) (zusammen mit
dem Stativ geliefert)

Lösen Sie die Rädersperren “P” (Abb. 3) wenn die
Räder in Position sind.
Lösen Sie die Richtungssperre “Y” der Räder,
indem Sie den Stift “U” nach oben ziehen und ihn
um 90° drehen.
Entriegeln Sie den Knauf “E”.

Place the product in the working area (fig. 5).
Unlock knob “E” (fig. 6) and push the bottom
centre column casting down (using handle “L”) so
that the stand legs are fully open, then tighten
knob “E” to keep in place.
Lock wheels by pushing button “P” and wheels
direction by rotating pin “U” 90° and check the pin
“U” stops into the hole “C”.
Note
The wheels plate “Y” is supplied with 6 holes
position in order to choose the wheel direction.
The stand incorporates three adjustable levelling
legs (fig. 7) to compensate for differences in
ground level: rotate grip “D” clockwise or
anticlockwise.
Use levelling bubble “W” as a reference
Portare il prodotto nell’area operativa (fig. 5).
Sbloccare la manopola “E” (fig. 6) ed abbassare la
crociera inferiore della colonna centrale (tramite
l’apposita maniglia “L”) in modo che le gambe
dello stativo risultino completamente aperte,
quindi stringere la manopola “E” per fermarle in
posizione.
Bloccare le ruote premendo i freni “P” e la
direzione delle ruote ruotando il perno “U” di 90°,
quindi verificare che il perno “U” si blocchi nella
sede “C”.
Nota
La piastra della ruota “Y” prevede 6 posizioni nel
foro per scegliere la direzione della ruota.
Lo stativo è dotato di tre gambe regolabili per il
livellamento (fig. 7) per compensare eventuali
differenza dovute al terreno: ruotare l’impugnatura
“D” in senso orario o antiorario.
Usare la livella a bolla “W” come riferimento.

Abaissez la fonderie inférieure de la colonne
centrale “L” (fig. 4) afin d’ouvrir partiellement la
base, puis resserrez le bouton de blocage “E” en
le faisant tourner dans le sens des aiguilles d’une
montre.
Déplacez le pied à l’endroit où vous souhaitez
l’utiliser (fig. 5).
Desserrez le bouton de blocage “E” (fig. 6).
Abaissez la fonderie inférieure de la colonne
centrale (à l’aide de la poignée “L”) afin de
déployer complètement les jambes, puis resserrez
le bouton de blocage “E” pour verrouiller le pied
en position.
Bloquez les roues en abaissant les freins “P” et
verrouillez la position des roues en faisant tourner
le bouton “U” de 90°, puis vérifiez que la goupille
du bouton “U” est bien insérée dans l’encoche
“C”.
Remarque : le système de blocage d’orientation
des roues “Y” est équipé de 6 trous qui
permettent de régler la direction des roues.
Les trois jambes réglables de mise à niveau du
pied (fig. 7) permettent de compenser les légères
variations de niveau du sol : faites tourner la
poignée “D” de la jambe vers la droite ou vers la
gauche, en utilisant le niveau à bulle “W” comme
repère de mise à niveau.

“E” wieder fest, um das Gerät zu sichern.
Sperren Sie die Räder, indem Sie auf den Hebel
“P” drücken und die stellen sie die Laufrichtung
der Räder ein, indem Sie den Stift “U” um 90°
drehen. Der Stift “U” muss im Loch “C” einrasten.
Hinweis
Die Räderplatte “Y” besitzen 6 Positionslöcher,
mit der die Laufrichtung der Räder eingestellt
werden kann.
Das Stativ hat drei verstellbare Teleskopbeine
(Abbildung 7) zum Ausgleichen von
Bodenunebenheiten: den Handgriff “D” im oder
entgegen den Uhrzeigersinn drehen.
Die Luftblase “W” dient hierbei als Referenz.

HANDLES SET UP 8
The stand is supplied with handles “X” turned
inwards.
Rotate the handles “X” into operation position by:
1) unlocking set screws “I” anticlockwise
2) raise the levers “X” in order to unhook the pin
“M” from the channel of the handle axle “R”
3) rotate handle “H” into operating position
4-5) lock handle “H” in position by tightening set
screw “I” clockwise so pin “M” is secured into
the channel of the handle axle “R”.
LOADING THE STAND 9 10 & 11
Ensure the stand is in the working position,
levelled (vertical axe)
WARNING
Do NOT tilt the stand to load the equipment
Open locking screw “G” (fig. 9) before inserting
the spotlight spigot into the 1-1/8” (28 mm) socket
at the top of the stand. To secure in position lock
screw “G” (fig. 9).
On stands operating at heights in excess of 2,5 m
(98”) or in windy conditions, we recommend you
attach the safety brace cables (fig. 10) (supplied
with product)
All loads should be balanced especially when
using “T” bars etc. (fig. 11).

Lo stativo è fornito con le manovelle “X” rivolte
all’interno.
Ruotare le manovelle “X” in posizione operativa:
1) sbloccare la vite di bloccaggio “I” in senso
antiorario
2) sollevare le leve “X” per sganciare il perno “M”
dalla sede sull’asse della manovella “R”
3) ruotare la manovella “H” in posizione
operativa
4-5) bloccare la manovella “H” in posizione
serrando la vite di bloccaggio “I” in senso
orario in modo che il perno “M” sia inserito
nell’apposita sede sull’asse della manovella
“R”.
CARICARE LO STATIVO 9 10 E 11
Verificare che lo stativo sia in posizione operativa,
livellato (sull’asse verticale)
AVVERTENZA
NON inclinare lo stativo per caricarlo di
equipaggiamenti
Allentare la vite di bloccaggio “G” (fig. 9) prima di
inserire lo spigot dell’illuminatore nell’attacco
femmina da 1-1/8” (28 mm) in cima allo stativo.
Per assicurarlo in posizione bloccare la vite “G”
(fig. 9).
Per altezze superiori ai 2,5 m (98”) o in presenza
di vento, si raccomanda di assicurare lo stativo
con funi di controventatura di sicurezza (fig.10)
(fornite col prodotto)
Tutti i carichi devono essere bilanciati, soprattutto
se si usano barre a T e simili (fig. 11)

RÉGLAGE DES MANIVELLES 8
Le pied est livré avec les manivelles “X” repliées
vers la colonne centrale.
Pour mettre les manivelles “X » en position de
fonctionnement :
1) dévissez les vis “I” dans le sens contraire des
aiguilles d’une montre,
2) levez les leviers “X” afin de pouvoir retirer les
goupilles “M” des axes de manivelle “R”,
3) faites tourner les manivelles “X” vers l’extérieur,
4-5) bloquez les manivelles “X” en serrant les vis
“I” dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre
afin que les goupilles “M” s’insèrent dans les
axes de manivelle “R”.
FIXATION D’UNE CHARGE 9 10 ET 11
Assurez-vous que les jambes sont déployées et
mises à niveau (pied dans un axe vertical), et que
les manivelles sont tournées vers l’extérieur.
AVERTISSEMENT
NE PAS INCLINER le pied pour y fixer un
équipement.
Faites tourner le levier de blocage “G” (fig. 9) dans
le sens inverse des aiguilles d’une montre avant
d’insérer le spigot de l’éclairage dans la douille de
28 mm située sur la fonderie supérieure du pied.
Bloquez l’équipement en faisant tourner le levier
de blocage “G” (fig. 9) dans le sens des aiguilles
d’une montre.
Lorsque la hauteur du pied et de l’équipement fixé
dépasse 2,5m ou dans les endroits venteux, nous
vous recommandons d’utiliser des câbles de
sécurité (fig. 10) (fournis avec le pied) pour
sécuriser votre équipement.
Toutes les charges doivent être équilibrées, en
particulier lors de l’utilisation de barres en T (fig.
11).

2) Hebel “X” anheben, um den Stift “M” aus dem
Kanal der Griffachse “R” auszuheben
3) Einstellhebel “H” in Bedienungsposition drehen
4-5) Einstellhebel “H” in der Position durch
Festziehen der Einstellschraube “I” im
Uhrzeigersinn verriegeln, so dass der Stift “M”
im Kanal der Griffachse “R” gesichert ist.

Die Plattform muss eben auf dem Boden (in
vertikaler Achse) in Arbeitsposition aufgestellt sein
ACHTUNG
Die Plattform darf NICHT gekippt werden, um
Ausrüstung daran anzubringen
Die Feststellschraube “G” (Abb. 9) vor dem
Einsetzen des Scheinwerferzapfens in die 1-1/8”
(28 mm) Hülse oben am Stativ lösen. Die Position
mit der Schraube “G” (Abb. 9) sichern.
WARNING
Stative, die für Höhen von mehr als 2,5 m (98”)
oder bei Wind eingesetzt werden, sollten mit
Sicherheitsseilen befestigt werden (Abb. 10)
(zusammen mit dem Stativ geliefert).
Jegliche Belastungen sind auszugleichen,
insbesondere beim Einsatz von l-Trägern etc.
(Abb. 11).

RAISING THE COLUMNS OF THE STAND 12
Ensure the stand will not be obstructed when
raised to the desired height.
Before you adjust the height check the following:
Ensure the stand is correctly set up in working
position and correctly levelled
Ensure the load does not exceed the max load:
120 kg (265 lb)
Ensure the spotlights or extension arms are
correctly balanced and locked
Ensure the stand will not be obstructed when is
raised to the desired height.
Raise the load by turning handles “H” in a
clockwise direction (see fig. 12)
Red button “N” which is the secondary safety lock
will vibrate as you raise the column (DO NOT
PRESS IT DURING RAISING).
Note:
If there are difficulties in raising the columns
check the following:
- Is the load in excess of that specified for the
stand.
- Have any columns been damaged in transit.
- Is there an obstruction (ceiling, balustrade
etc.).
WARNING
DO NOT MOVE THE STAND WHEN THE LOAD
HAS BEEN RAISED.

Verificare che lo stativo non sia ostacolato nel
sollevamento all’altezza desiderata.
Prima di regolare l’altezza, verificare quanto
segue:
Accertarsi che lo stativo sia correttamente
approntato in posizione operativa e ben livellato
Accertarsi che il carico non superi la portata
massima: 120 kg (265 lb)
Accertarsi che gli illuminatori o i bracci di prolunga
siano correttamente bilanciati e bloccati
Accertarsi che lo stativo non sia ostacolato nel
sollevamento all’altezza desiderata.
Sollevare il carico ruotando le manovelle “H” in
senso orario (vedere fig. 12).
Il comando rosso “N”, che ha la funzione di
blocco di sicurezza secondario, vibra durante il
sollevamento della colonna (NON VA PREMUTO
DURANTE IL SOLLEVAMENTO).
Nota:
In caso di difficoltà nel sollevare le colonne,
verificare quanto segue:
- Se il carico supera la portata dello stativo.
- Se le colonne sono danneggiate in certe
posizioni.
- Se vi sono ostacoli (soffitto, balaustra, ecc.)
AVVERTENZA
NON SPOSTARE LO STATIVO QUANDO IL
CARICO È SOLLEVATO.
