BRUKSANVISNING
I. Anvendelse
Sammenleggbare rehabiliteringsbenker gjør det mulig for fysioterapeuten å korrekt, trygt og effektivt
gjennomføre rehabiliteringsbehandlinger, fysioterapi og massasje for å behandle eller lindre sykdomsforløp
og effekter av skader/uførhet. Når benkene brukes på legekontorer, bidrar de til at pasienter kan lett ta
riktig stilling for effektiv og sikker behandling eller undersøkelse. Konstruksjonen av rehabiliteringsbenker
gjør at fysioterapeuten har enkel og full tilgang til pasienten fra alle sider, noe som gjør at behandlinger gir
ønsket effekt og sikrer riktige forhold for behandlingen/undersøkelsen.

III. Betjening
Hvordan brette ut benken:
1. En sammenlagt benk er en koffert.
2. Åpne låsen (5).
3. Vipp bunnplatene (1).
4. Ta ut tilbehøret (8, 9, 10) fra innsiden av benken.
5. Brett bena (2) ut så langt som mulig.
6. Plasser benken på et hardt og jevnt underlag.
(Før belasting bør midten av benken vippes med ca. 3 cm oppover).
7. Kontroller strammingen til vaiersystemet (4).
8. Juster høyde i henhold til tabellen «Høydejustering».
9. Monter hodestøtten (9) og annet tilbehør (8, 10).
10. Den bevegelige delen av benken heves ved å:
a) låse opp den bevegelige delen,
b) heve benken til ønsket høyde.*

IV. Oppvarmet bunnplate*
1. Slå på bunnplatevarmen ved å trykke på ON/OFF-knappen på fjernkontrollen (1).
2. Still inn ønsket temperatur ved å trykke på knappene under HEAT «+» eller «-»-ikonet (2), i området fra
1 til 10. Matten varmer opp til en maksimal temperatur på 32 °C.
3. Still inn auto av-funksjonen ved å trykke på knappene under AUTO OFF «+» eller «-»-ikonet (3), i
området fra 1 til 10. Tallene viser antall timer. Som standard vil oppvarmingen slå seg av etter 1 time.
Hvis du setter f.eks. 3, vil oppvarmingen automatisk slås av etter 3 timer osv.

MERK:
Når benkeplatevarmen slår seg av automatisk, kan du
tilbakestille den ved å trykke på ON/OFF-knappen (1) igjen.
Hvis bokstaven «F» lyser på skjermen til fjernkontrollen (4),
koble fjernkontrollen fra benken og stikkontakten, vent i minst
20 sekunder og koble den til igjen.

V. Posisjonering av pasienten
Pasienten setter seg på massasjebenken og inntar ønsket horisontal stilling. Disse aktiviteter støttes av
massøren som viser pasienten den riktige stillingen og hjelper til med å komme seg trygt av benken etter at
behandlingen er over.
VI. Hvordan legge sammen benken
1. Fjern hodestøtten (9) og eventuelt annet tilbehør (8, 10).
2. Sett benken fra arbeidsposisjon til sammenlegging (sidestilling på gummiføttene). Fold inn ytre bena,
vær oppmerksom på den riktige plasseringen av vaiere og deres fester.
3. Plasser tilbehøret inne i benken, lukk kofferten med låsen (5) og legg kofferten i eventuell pose.
VII. Vedlikehold, rengjøring og desinfeksjon
1. Lakkerte elementer. Det anbefales å bruke produkter som ikke inneholder slipemidler for rengjøring.
2. Tre, kryssfiner. Overflater av tre eller kryssfiner bør rengjøres ved å tørke med en myk, fuktig klut. Ikke
bruk noen kjemikalier. Merk! Tre som naturlig råvare kan ha forskjeller i plassering av ringer og
fargenyanser samt naturlige innlegg som striper eller prikker. Slike egenskaper er ikke grunnlag for
klage.
3. Polstring.
• Unngå kontakt av trekket med oljer. Bruk oljebestandige underlag eller vanntette laken.
• Polstring bør brukes og oppbevares vekk fra flamme og varmekilder.
• Polstring bør ikke utsettes for langvarig sollys.
• Ikke bruk pastaer, voks, spray, sterke rengjøringsmidler, midler som inneholder løsemidler, midler for
rengjøring av naturlig og økologisk skinn.
• Olje- og kremflekker skal fjernes umiddelbart med et mildt rengjøringsmiddel (en løsning av varmt
vann med kaliumsåpe) og en myk klut eller svamp.
• Vanlig smuss bør fjernes med et mildt vaskemiddel, gjerne en kaliumsåpeløsning med svamp eller
myk børste. Tørk det rengjorte området med en fuktig klut og deretter med en tørr klut.
• Lokale sterkere flekker fjernes med en 25 % løsning av etylalkohol på en gasbind tampong. Tørk det
rengjorte området med en fuktig klut og deretter med en tørr klut.
• Om nødvendig, desinfiser med spesielle midler for desinfisering av PVC- og PU-trekk. Etter

3. Når du legger benken sammen, vær oppmerksom på plassering av vaierne. Ikke klem vaierne.
4. Benken skal brukes og oppbevares vekk fra flamme og varmekilder.
5. Produktet kan kun brukes etter at disse anbefalingene er oppfylt.
6. Enhver alvorlig hendelse knyttet til enheten skal rapporteres til produsenten og til den kompetente
myndigheten i den aktuelle medlemstaten.

GARANTIVILKÅR
1. I dette dokumentet:
a) «Produsent» betyr HABYS Selskap med begrenset ansvar med hovedkontor i Jasło, ul. Produkcyjna 16,
38-200 Jasło, Polen, registrert i entreprenørregisteret som føres av Tingrett i Rzeszów, XII
Næringslivsavdeling av Nasjonalt rettsregister med KRS-nummer 0000513317, aksjekapital på PLN
10.750.000 (med bokstaver: ti millioner syv hundre og femti tusen zloty)), kapitalen er innbetalt i sin
helhet, NIP: 6852208438, REGON: 180186290.
b) «Kjøper» betyr den endelige kjøperen av utstyret tilvirket av Produsenten; dette inkluderer både
forbrukere og firmaer.
c) «Forhandler» betyr en enhet som selger utstyret i et angitt område i henhold til en avtale med
produsenten.
d) «Autorisert servicesenter» betyr et servicesenter som er ført av Produsenten eller dens Forhandler.
e) «Utstyr» betyr en bevegelig gjenstand tilvirket av Produsenten, som er gjenstand for salgskontrakten,
og som er dekket av denne garantien.
2. Produsenten garanterer god kvalitet og funksjon av utstyret som garantikortet er utstedt for, i perioden på:
2 år for konstruksjonselementer og 12 måneder for polstrede deler.
3. Garantireparasjonen inkluderer ikke handlinger som er beskrevet i bruksanvisningen, som Kjøper er
forpliktet til å utføre på egen hånd (montering av Utstyret, vedlikehold av Utstyret osv.).
4. Garantiansvaret dekker kun feil og mangler som skyldes selve Utstyret. Garantien dekker spesielt ikke
skader som følge av feil bruk, lagring, vedlikehold eller transport av Utstyret i strid med bruksanvisningen,
fargeforskjeller mellom delene som er utsatt og ikke utsatt for sollys, påvirkning av kjemikalier eller
slipemidler, atmosfærisk forurensning eller utilsiktede punkteringer og slitasje, flekker eller ringer fra fett
eller fargende stoffer (fett, kremer, lotioner eller oljer), permanent farging med f.eks. blekk, permanente
markører eller ikke-permanente fargestoffer som brukes i produksjon av klær (f.eks. fargestoffer som brukes
til å lage blå jeansplagg).
5. Garantien dekker ikke mekanisk skade på Utstyret.
6. Kjøper mister sine garantirettigheter i følgende tilfeller:
a) Produsenten oppdager at Utstyret var reparert utenfor Autorisert servicesenter i løpet av
garantiperioden,
b) Endringer er gjort på konstruksjonen uten skriftlig forhåndstillatelse fra Produsenten,
c) Utstyret brukes i strid med det tiltenkte formålet,
d) Utstyret brukes etter at en konstruksjonsfeil oppdages.
7. I tillegg til garantitap beskrevet ovenfor i punkt 6, er Produsenten heller ikke ansvarlig for skader på
eiendom eller skader påført tredjeparter som følge av bruken av Utstyret som er dekket av garantien.
8. Garantien utelukker eller begrenser ikke rettighetene som følger av selgeransvar for feil og mangler.
Utøvelse av rettighetene under garantien påvirker ikke selgerens ansvar under selgeransvar. Dersom Kjøper
utøver sine rettigheter under garantien, stanses perioden for utøvelse av rettighetene under selgeransvar
den datoen Produsenten er varslet om mangelen. Denne perioden løper videre fra datoen da Produsenten
nektet å oppfylle forpliktelsene under garantien eller oppfyllelsesfristen utløper.
9. Omfanget av garantibeskyttelsen er begrenset til det landet Utstyret ble solgt.
10. Produsenten vil oppfylle sine forpliktelser under garantien (utbedring av feil eller skader på Utstyrets
konstruksjon som er et resultat av årsaker i selve Utstyret og er oppdaget i garantiperioden) gratis innen 14
dager fra datoen for levering av Utstyret til Produsenten eller et Autorisert servicesenter. Hvis reparasjonen
av Utstyret ikke kan utføres i den gitte perioden, vil Produsenten informere Kjøperen om det og angi
årsakene til forsinkelsen og den forventede datoen for oppfyllelse av godkjente garantikrav.
11. Utøvelse av rettigheter under garantien krever samtidig oppfyllelse av fire betingelser:
a) Fremvisning av en faktura, kvittering eller annet bevis på kjøp av Utstyret av kjøperen samt fotografisk
dokumentasjon av det defekte Utstyret sammen med en kort beskrivelse av årsakene til fremsettelse
av garantikrav,
b) Rapportering om defekten innen 14 (fjorten) dager etter oppdagelsen,
c) Levering av utstyret i originalemballasje på produsentens regning, til adressen angitt ovenfor på
garantikortet eller til adressen til et Autorisert servicesenter,
d) Angivelse av stedet hvor Produsenten skal levere utstyret etter å ha reparert det (begrenset til landet
der Utstyret ble kjøpt).

WARUNKI GWARANCJI
12. Garantiperioden forlenges med varigheten av reparasjonen, regnet fra datoen for levering av Utstyret til
Produsenten eller et Autorisert servicesenter, til datoen da Utstyret ble returnert til Kjøperen.
13. Det er Produsenten eller Autorisert servicesenter som bestemmer omfanget og metoden for reparasjon av
Utstyret.
14. Garantien er begrenset til reparasjon av Utstyret. Produsenten forbeholder seg retten til å erstatte Utstyret
med feilfritt utstyr hvis reparasjonskostnad overstiger prisen på utstyret som er angitt i kjøpsbeviset. Kjøper
har under garantien ikke rett til å kreve utskifting av Utstyret. Garantien dekker spesielt ikke ansvar for tap
eller skader pådratt Kjøper i forbindelse med at Kjøper ikke er i stand til å bruke Utstyret.
15. Produsenten er ikke ansvarlig for skader på Utstyret som oppstår under utførelsen av transporttjenesten av
transportør inntil produktet er hentet av Produsenten fra transportøren.
16. Dersom forsendelsen av Utstyret ble bestilt av Produsenten, er Kjøperen forpliktet til å kontrollere Utstyrets
tekniske tilstand ved mottak. Dersom Kjøperen finner at pakken eller Utstyret i den er skadet, bør
Kjøperen:
a) Umiddelbart, senest innen 3 dager fra mottaksdato, varsle Produsenten om alle skader på Utstyret som
har oppstått under transport, for å gjøre det mulig for Produsenten å framsette en klage til
transportøren og forfølge sine krav,
b) Levere til Produsenten en klagerapport utarbeidet av Kjøper og transportør.
17. Garantibestemmelsene i dette dokumentet er de eneste og eksklusive garantireglene for produkter fra
HABYS Selskap med begrenset ansvar.

I. Application
Portable rehabilitation tables enable the physiotherapist correct, safe and effective conduct of
rehabilitation treatment, physiotherapy, physical therapy, massage, aiming at treating or alleviating the
course of illnesses and the results of injuries /impairments. Used at the medical and doctor's offices, they
allow patients to adopt the correct posture for conducting effective and safe treatment or examination.
The construction of the rehabilitation tables enables the physiotherapist easy and complete access to the
patient from each side, thanks to which all various treatments produce desired results and ensure proper
conditions for the conduct of a treatment/examination.

III. Operation
Sequence of unfolding the table:
1. Table in the folded condition constitutes a suitcase.
2. Open the lock (5).
3. Turn the table tops aside (1).
4. Draw out the equipment (8, 9 ,10) from the table inside.

6. Put the table on a hard and even foundation.

IV. Heated table top*
1. Turn on the table top heating by pressing the button ON/OFF on the remote control (1).
2. Set the requested temperature by pressing the buttons located below the HEAT '+' or '-' (2) ,
in the range from 1 to 10. Heated table top warms up to a maximum temperature of C.32°
3. Set the auto-off function by pressing the buttons located below the AUTO OFF '+' or '-'(3),
in the range from 1 to 10. The digits represent the number of hours. By default, the heating will turn
off after 1 hour. If we set 3, for example, the heating will automatically switch off after 3 hours, etc.

When the heating in the tabletop switches off automatically,
you can reset it by pressing the button ON / OF (1). If the letter
'F' displays on the remote control(4), disconnect the remote
control from the table and the power supply, wait at least 20
seconds and reconnect it.

V. Laying the patient
The patient sits at the table side onto the upholstered top and adopts a comfortable horizontal position.
The above-mentioned activities are safeguarded by the massage therapist, who determines the correct
position on the table for the patients, and after the finished treatment helps them get down safely from
the table.
VI. Folding the table down
1. Dismount the headrest (9) and the remaining accessories (8, 10) (if any).
2. Reset the table from the working condition to the folding position (lateral position on the rubber feet).
Fold the external legs paying attention to the correct location of the cables and their fastening parts.
3. Put the equipment inside the table, close the suitcase by means of lock (5) and Place the suitcase in
the carry case (if any).
VI . I Disinfection, maintenance and cleaning
1. Lacquered elements. For cleaning products that do not contain abrasives are recommended.
2. Wood, plywood. Surfaces made of wood or plywood should be cleaned by means of soft damp cloth
wiping them until dry. No chemical agents should be used. Notice! Wood as a natural raw material may
have differences in the tree ring layout, differences in the shades as well as natural inserts like: streaks,
dots. Such properties do not constitute a basis for a complaint.
3. Upholstery.
• Avoid contact with oils. To do this, use oil-resistant or waterproof cover sheets.
• Upholstery should be used and stored away from direct sources of fire and heat.
• Upholstery should not be exposed to long-lasting sunlight.
• Do not use: pastes, waxes, sprays, strong detergents, agents containing solvents, cleaning agents for
natural leather.
• Dirt from oils, creams must be immediately removed with a mild detergent solution (warm water
with potassium soap solution) and a soft cloth or sponge.
• Daily soiling should be cleaned with a mild detergent, preferably potassium soap solution with
a sponge or soft brush. At the end, wipe the cleaned place with a damp cloth and then wipe dry.
• Stronger spot soiling should be cleaned using a 25% solution of ethyl alcohol. Wipe gently with
soaked gauze swab. At the end, wipe the cleaned place with a damp cloth and then wipe dry.
• Disinfect if necessary disinfectants dedicated to PVC, PU upholsteries. After disinfecting the tabletop
or the mattress with any disinfectant thoroughly dry up the upholstery before inserting it into the
carrying case. Otherwise upholstery could be permanently stained.
Attention: Before using other agent than mild detergent you need to check its influence on the place out of
eyeshot. Cleaning should be carried out carefully.
VIII. Exploitation remarks
1. The table is intended for use inside the dry and closed rooms and for the treatment of one person only
at a time.
2. It is unacceptable to shift the table along with a patient on it. Rapid sitting on the table (jumping on),
sitting, kneeling and basing on the headrest, shelves and armrests is forbidden .
3. While folding and closing the table attention should be paid to avoid snapping the cables.
4. The table should be used and stored far away from the direct sources of fire and heat.
5. Only after meeting the above recommendations there are no contraindications to use the product.
6. Each serious incident related to the device should be reported to the manufacturer and the competent
authority of the Member State in which the user and/or patient is established.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS
1. For the purposes of the guarantee:
a) "Manufacturer" refers to HABYS Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (Limited Liability Company)
with its registered seat in Jasło, ul. Produkcyjna 16, 38-200 Jasło, entered into the Register of
Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court in Rzeszów, XII Commercial Division of the National Court
Register, with the assigned KRS number: 0000513317, with the share capital in the amount of PLN
10.750.000 (ten million seven hundred fifty thousand zlotys), the capital has been fully paid up, NIP:
6852208438, REGON: 180186290.
b) "Buyer" refers to the final Buyer of the equipment, manufactured by the Manufacturer, including both
the consumer and the entrepreneur.
c) "Distributor" refers to an entity that, under an agreement with the Manufacturer, sells the Equipment
in a designated area.
d) "Authorized Service Centre" refers only to a service held by the Manufacturer or a service indicated by
the Manufacturer and held by its Distributor,
e) "Equipment" refers to a movable item, manufactured by the Manufacturer, being the subject of the
sales and to which the said warranty applies.
2. The manufacturer ensures good quality and efficient operation of the equipment for which the warranty
card has been issued, for the period of: 2 years for constructional elements and 12 months for upholstered
elements.
3. The guarantee repair does not include the activities provided for in the manual, which the Buyer is obliged
to perform on his own (installation of the Equipment, maintenance of the Equipment, etc.).
4. Liability under the guarantee covers only defects resulting from causes inherent in the Equipment., In
particular, the guarantee does not cover any damage resulting from improper or inconsistent use, storage,
maintenance or transport of the Equipment, as well as colour differences between the parts exposed and
not exposed to solar radiation, the influence of chemical or abrasive agents, atmospheric pollution or
accidental punctures and abrasions, the presence of stains or rings from greasy or dying substances (fats,
creams, lotions or oils), permanent staining with dyes such as inks, permanent markers or other non-
permanent dyes used in the production of clothing (e.g. dyes used to make blue jeans).
5. The guarantee does not cover any mechanical damage to the Equipment.
6. The buyer loses the guarantee rights in the event of:
a) the Manufacturer states that the Equipment was repaired by entity other than the Authorized Service,
b) making any design modifications to the Equipment without the prior written consent of the
Manufacturer,
c) using the Equipment contrary to its intended use,
d) using the Equipment after revealing any defect in it.
7. Regardless of the loss of the guarantee rights, described above, in point 6, the Manufacturer shall not be
liable for any damage to property or caused to third parties, which may be caused by the use of the
Equipment covered by the guarantee.
8. The guarantee does not exclude or limit the rights resulting from the warranty for defects. Exercising the
rights under the guarantee does not affect the seller's liability under the warranty for defects. If the Buyer
exercises the rights under the guarantee, the time limit for the exercise of the rights under the warranty for
defects is suspended on the date the Manufacturer is notified of the defect. The period runs further from
the date of the Manufacturer's refusal to perform the obligations arising from the guarantee or the
ineffective expiry of the time for their performance.
9. The scope of the guarantee coverage is limited to the territory of the country in which the Equipment was
sold.
10. The Manufacturer shall perform its obligations under the guarantee (removal of defects or damage to the
structure of the Equipment arising from reasons inherent in the Equipment, and disclosed during the
guarantee period) free of charge within 14 days from the date of delivery of the Equipment to the
Manufacturer or the Authorized Service Centre. If the repair of the Equipment cannot be performed within
the above-mentioned period, the Manufacturer shall inform the Buyer of the above, and also indicate the
reasons for the delay and the expected date of fulfilment of the recognized guarantee request.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS
11. The use of the guarantee rights requires the total (cumulative) fulfilment of four conditions:
a) presenting a VAT invoice, receipt or other proof of purchase of the equipment to the Manufacturer,
photographic documentation of the defective Equipment, together with a brief description of the
reasons for submitting a guarantee claim,
b) reporting the defect within 14 (fourteen) days of its detection,
c) delivering the Equipment in original packaging at the expense of the Manufacturer, to the address
indicated above in the guarantee card or to the address of the Authorized Service Centre,
d) designation of the place where the Manufacturer delivers the equipment after repairing it (limited to
the country in which the Equipment was purchased).
12. The guarantee period is extended for the duration of the repair, starting from the date of delivery of the
Equipment to the Manufacturer or to the Authorized Service Centre, to the date on which the Equipment
was returned to the Buyer.
13. The responsibility of the Manufacturer or the Authorized Service Centre is to define the scope and the
method of repairing the Equipment.
14. The guarantee is limited to the repair of the Equipment. The Manufacturer reserves the right to replace the
Equipment with a non-defective one, if the repair exceeds the price of the Equipment indicated in the proof
of purchase. Under the guarantee, the Buyer shall not be entitled to demand that the Equipment be
replaced with a new one. The guarantee, in particular, does not cover liability for losses or damages
incurred by the Buyer in connection with the fact that one is not able to use the Equipment.
15. The Manufacturer shall not be liable for any damage to the Equipment caused during the performance of
the transport service by the delivery company until it is collected by the Manufacturer from the delivery
company.
16. If the shipment of the Equipment was ordered by the Manufacturer, the Buyer is obliged to check the
technical condition of the Equipment upon its receipt. If the Buyer finds that the Equipment has been
damaged during the transport, the Buyer is obliged to:
a) immediately, not later than within 3 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, notify the
Manufacturer of any damage to the Equipment that occurred during transport, in order to enable the
Manufacturer to submit a complaint to the delivery company and pursue related claims,
b) provide the Producer with a complaint report drawn up between the Buyer and the delivery company.
17. The guarantee regulations contained in this document are the sole and exclusive guarantee rules for HABYS
limited liability products.
