Recording video to “V” USB flash drive
Locate the AverMedia “EzRecorder 130” (“ER130”) to the right of the TV.
Turn on “VI EO SYSTEM” using to white switch on the desk.
Light on the “ER130” should show ORANGE.
nsert the “V” USB flash drive into front of the recorder.
Press the “REC” button on the “ER130” to turn on the unit.
Light on the “ER130” should show blinking GREEN during power on (about 30 seconds).
Light on the “ER130” should show GREEN when ready to record.
At start of Church service or event:
Press the “REC” button on the top of the “ER130” recorder.
Light on the “ER130” should turn to slow blinking RE while recording.
At End of Service:
To STOP recording, press the “REC” button on the top of the “ER130” recorder.
Light on the “ER130” recorder should change to rapid blinking RE while video recording
finishes.
Light on the “ER130” should change to GREEN when the recording is done.
To Release/”EJECT” the “V” USB flash drive, press the “F1” button on the “ER130” Remote
controller.
Light on the “ER130” recorder will blink GREEN once.
To turn off the “ER130” recorder:
Press the RE button on the remote control. WAIT.
-or-
Press and Hold the “REC” button on the top of the “ER130” recorder for more
than 4 seconds and WAIT.
Light on the “ER130” should change to blinking GREEN while “power off” is in progress.
With the flash drive installed, it takes about 15 seconds for full off.
(With no flash drive, it take about 7 seconds for full off.)
Wait for light to turn solid ORANGE.
Remove the “V” USB flash drive from the “ER130” recorder.
Return the “V” USB flash drive to the church office.

Video Subsystem Operations
The system has been converted to provide H MI igital Video.
This document presents operating procedures for making video recordings.
Turning on the Video sub-system:
Locate the AverMedia “EzRecorder 130” (“ER130”) to the right of the TV.
Turn on “VI EO SYSTEM” using to white switch on the desk.
The system takes about fifteen seconds to power up. Please be patient.
Light on the “ER130” should show ORANGE.
Video power light on the display monitor will turn blue. Then the monitor will display “HDM ”
and then add “720p@60 Hz” on the bottom yellow line.

Setup and Maintenance Procedures
Normal settings for the display monitor is to see the H MI input signal:
The monitor will display “HDM ” and then add “720p@60 Hz” on the bottom yellow line. t might perform
a 'display and blank' cycle a couple of times. This is normal during initialization. The AverMedia
EzRecorder 130 HDM signal output is connected to the display.
f the “ER130” light is ORANGE, the unit is in “pass-thru” mode showing its input HDM signal.
f the “ER130” light is GREEN or RED, the unit is in “internal processing” mode showing its internal
HDM signal.
