installing this product.
2. If you do not have the tools or technical
knowledge needed to ensure proper installation,
have the product installed by an authorized dealer.

It is essential that you follow the installation
procedures, possess general mechanical knowledge
and use appropriate tools to ensure a safe and
reliable installation.
Improper use or installation of the product, or any
modifications made to adapt the product for use in
a context other than that for which it was intended,
voids the warranty and may result in SERIOUS
INJURIES.

suppliers and distributors, are not responsible for
any consequences whatsoever resulting from a poor
installation or an improper use of the product.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
This manual provides detailed instructions for
installing the product.
COMPATIBILITY
Polaris snowmobile (2016 to 2020 editions) with an
Axys chassis.
WARNING
For safety reasons, this kit needs to be installed by a
person with general mechanical knowledge using
the proper tools.
The illustrations in this document indicate the
typical structure of the various assemblies. It is
therefore possible that they do not represent the
exact form of the parts or the manufacturing
details. These illustrations are intended to identify
parts that perform an identical or similar function.

3. Preparation
3.2.Make sure you have enough space to work around the vehicle.
3.3.Make sure you have the required tools.
3.4.Read all the instructions carefully before installing the product.
CAUTION
If you are using a lift system, pay special attention
to the area where you will be lifting the vehicle.
There is a risk of being crushed under
inappropriately positioned lifting equipment. Never
place any part of your body under a vehicle that
has not been properly installed and secured.

4. Removing the side panels and hood
4.2. Remove the two front panels (Figures 1 and 2).
4.3. Unplug the connector (Figure 3).
4.4. Remove the hood (Figure 4).

5. Removing the OEM front bumper
5.2.Remove the spring (Figure 5).
5.3.Unscrew the three bolts holding the bumper in place (Figures 5, 6 and 7) and set aside.
5.4.Unscrew the two Torx bolts on each side (Figures 9 and 10) and set aside.
5.5.Remove the spare belt bracket (Figure 11).
5.6.Remove the bumper.

6. Removing the rivets
6.2. Remove the two rivets on each side (Figures 12 and 13).
6.3. Remove the two rivets under the snowmobile (Figure 14).

7. Installing the B-PWR front bumper
7.2. Install the B-PWR bumper where the OEM bumper used to be (Figure 15).
7.3. Secure the bumper using the two Torx bolts set aside in step 3.3 (Figures 16 and 17).
7.4. Screw in place using the bolts set aside in step 3.2 (Figures 18 and 19).
7.5. Reinstall the spring set aside in step 3.1 (Figure 20).
7.6. Screw the skid plate onto the bumper and the chassis (Figure 21).
7.7. Rivet the bumper skid plate using the rivets provided (Figures 22, 23 and 24).

8. Reinstalling the hood and side panels
8.2. Plug the connector back in (Figure 25).
8.3. Reinstall the hood (Figure 26).
8.4. Reinstall the side panels (Figures 27 and 28).
