Assembly Instructions
For
Kylla Traditional Sauna

CHECK THE SHIPMENT
BEFORE THE TRUCKING
COMPANY LEAVES!
1. Conrm the number of packages shipped, matches
the number of packages received. Do not sign until you
complete entire inspection
2. Look for visible damage to the cartons and pallets such
as cuts, holes, dents, and crushed areas.
3. MAKE NOTE ON THE BILL OF LADING IF YOU FIND
PROBLEMS.
4. CLAIMS AGAINST DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
MUST BE MADE IMMEDIATELY to both us and the
shipping company.f

ASSEMBLY
Start by assembling 2x3 base on top of nished
oor (Concrete, tile, etc.) Assemble 2x3 base and
check for level in 3 places (side to side, front to back,
corner to corner) and shim as neccessary.
Starting with the panel to the le of the front wall,
place wall panel over top of the base and set into
place. Have one person support the panels during
installation while the other prepares next panel.
**Reminder - Cedar side wall should face away from
wall, so that it can be seen. It can be assembled on
either side, depending on best placement of the
sauna in the room
Continuing in a clockwise motion, install rst back
wall section. Make sure panels are level, and t
together snug, before moving on to next panels.
Toe-screw panels together, through top of wall
framing, to ensure tight t and durable construction.

Continue installing panels, working in a clockwise
rotation, around the room. Painters tape helps
on the corners, to hold in place until the ceiling
installation. Continue screwing adjourning panels
together through framing at top of panels.
Install remaining side panel. Continually check
for levelness and gently hammer any panels into
respected position.
Install heater/window front wall section. is
section may be placed on either the right or le side,
depending on desired location. e heater will be
installed on the interior of this panel.

Carefully install door panel, depending on desired
door swing.
Our door panel has been designed to accomodate
both le or right sided door swing, by ipping the
panel.
**Sauna door MUST always swing out, by code
From above, lower roof panel into position.
Pre-attached frame, on bottom of panel, will sit
inside channel from wall panels. Check for proper
tment, and levelness, then proceed by screwing
roof down on all four corners into pre-drilled holes
using 3” screws.
Set out benching and cleats and take measurements.
Bench cleats will be supplied with the room, and are
to be installed under the bench with the 45 degree
cut at the front of the benching, pointed towards the
front wall.
Top cleat measurement: 30 1/2”
Bottom cleat measurements: 13 13/16” height and
20” o back wall

FLOOR TO CLEAT TOP

Upper bench is to be screwed into the cleats, and
through back of bench support from underneath,
into the back wall
Lower step bench will be screwed into cleats only
using 3” screws, again from underneath the bench,
through the 2x4 frame.
Install baseboard trim around the oor of sauna
using brad nails.
Install vertical L trim strips on either side of sauna,
using brad nails.
Install at stock trim on center seam using brad
nails.
Install crown molding above using brad nails.
Place duckboard in walk area of sauna. Place
accessories inside sauna to complete look.

Install baseboard trim around interior of sauna oor,
securing with brad nails.
Install thin crown molding around interior of sauna
roof.
Install corner trim sticks on all four corners of
sauna, triming around bench. Secure with brad
nails.
Following supplied heater specications found
inside the manual, mount heater in specied
location according to model ordered. Manual will
show required heights and clearances. Electrician
will need to drill hole for wiring to heater, through
side wall closest to heater.
*DO NOT MAKE ANY ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS
Only a certied electrician can install wiring to
sauna unit.
*Wiring specications can be found inside sauna
heater manual.

Use this app to install and hook up wi connection
for light. Color, light intensity, and more can be
controlled through app.
