1. Press the espresso/power button and the preheat indicator will flash.
2. When the preheat indicator turns solid, the water is hot. Place a cup under the espresso dispenser.
3. Turn the steam knob counterclockwise to dispense hot water through the espresso dispenser.

1. Remove all packaging and accessories.
Inspect appliance to make sure it is
in good condition.
2. Rinse accessories and attachments
with warm water. Allow parts to dry.
3. Wipe exterior of unit with a damp
cloth and allow to dry.
4. Place appliance on a stable and
level surface.
5. Arrange appliance so it is at
least 12 inches away from other
kitchen appliances.
SETTING UP THE APPLIANCE
Clean interior by running water through the appliance.
1. Fill water tank and plug machine into wall outlet. Do not exceed the max line.
2. Press the espresso/power button and the preheat indicator will flash.
3. When the preheat indicator turns solid, the water is hot. Place a cup under the espresso dispenser.
4. Turn the steam knob counterclockwise to run hot water through the espresso dispenser.
5. Attach the portafilter, then press the manual operation button to dispense hot water. Press the manual
operation button again to stop.
6. Repeat if necessary.

1. Press the espresso/power button and the preheat indicator will flash.
2. Insert a single or double shot filter into the portafilter.
3. Use the espresso spoon to fill the filter with fine ground espresso, then firmly compact the grounds
with the press side of the spoon. Wipe o excess grounds.
-Suggested serving is one spoon per shot.
4. Place the portafilter into the espresso
dispenser side and turn clockwise to lock.
Place a cup under the espresso dispenser.
5. When the preheat indicator turns solid,
press the single shot, double shot, or
manual operation button.

6. When done, remove the portafilter, flip up the latch to lock the filter, and dump the used grounds into
waste basket.
1. When the preheat indicator turns solid, press the steam button and the steam indicator will turn on.
Turn the steam knob counterclockwise to clean out residue and test the steam.

2. Fill a frothing pitcher (recommended) with milk and immerse the steam wand into the milk about ½inch.
Carefully turn the steam knob to release steam into the milk.
3. Adjust the intensity of the steam to froth the milk to your desired consistency.
–Immediately wipe steam wand with a damp cloth and run steam through to clean milk residue.
4. Once the milk has increased in volume, stir foam
or let it settle (according to your preference).
Pour milk into the espresso.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS - DRIP COFFEE
1. Fill the coee funnel/filter with a max of 3 spoons of coarse ground coee and insert it into the coee
dispenser side.
2. Place the provided tumbler under the coee dispenser. Press the coee/power button and the preheat
indicator will flash.
3. When the preheat indicator turns solid, the machine will automatically dispense coee.

NOTE: Do not immerse or soak the unit in water or any other liquid.
•Dump used espresso/coee grounds into waste basket.
•Wipe steam wand with a damp cloth. Run steam through the steam wand to clean milk residue.
•Unplug the appliance before cleaning or storage.
•Wipe the exterior of the unit with a damp cloth.
•Rinse accessories and attachments with warm water. If necessary, use a small amount of mild detergent
and a sponge.
•Do not clean with steel wool, abrasive detergents, or corrosive liquids like gasoline or acetone.
•Place unit and attachments in a cool, well-ventilated place to dry.
•Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

CLEANING AND STORAGE
Every 2 to 3 months, descale the machine to remove mineral deposits.
1. Fill water tank to the max line with a descaling mixture.
-Use either a 4:1 ratio of water to household descaler or a 1:1 ratio of water to white vinegar.
2. Run the descaling mixture through the espresso dispenser, coee dispenser, and steam wand. Use all
of the descaling mixture in the tank.
3. Repeat if necessary.
4. Fill water tank with clean water and run water through the espresso dispenser, coee dispenser, and
steam wand to remove traces of descaling mixture.

All items can be returned for any reason within 60 days of the receipt and will receive a full refund as long
as the item is returned in its original product packaging and all accessories from its original shipment are
included. All returned items will receive a full refund back to the original payment method. All returned
items will not be charged a re-stocking fee.
All returned items require an RA (Return Authorization) number, which can only be provided by a Best
Choice Products Customer Service Representative when the return request is submitted. Items received
without an RA may not be accepted or may increase your return processing time. Once an item has been
received by Best Choice Products, refunds or replacements will be processed within 5 business days.
All returns must be shipped back to the Best Choice Products Return Center at the customer’s expense. If
the reason for return is a result of an error by Best Choice Products then Best Choice Products will provide
a pre-paid shipping label via email. Boxes for return shipping will not be provided by Best Choice Products,
and is the customer’s responsibility to either use the original shipping boxes or purchase new boxes.
Pictures may be required for some returns to ensure an item is not damaged prior to its return. Items
returned are not considered undamaged until they are received by Best Choice Products and verified as
such. All damages to items are the customer’s responsibility until the item has been received by and
acknowledge by Best Choice Products as undamaged.

loss, whether direct, indirect, or incidental, resulting from the incorrect attachment, improper use,
inadequate maintenance, or neglect of this product.
