Bear Wood Furniture
‘Helper Bear’ Learning Tower
Assembly Instructions
Please ensure you’ve read our ‘Safety &
Usage’ document before you begin.
Please use the hex key provided and
tighten by hand. We advise you do not
use power tools as they can easily over
tighten the screws and damage the
wood.
1. Open and lay out contents of package (Picture 1)
2. Start by choosing one of the side pieces (either is fine!)
3. Take 1 brace and insert into middle slot (Picture 2)
4. Insert 2 screws into the holes on the outside of the side piece, and tighten with
the alan key provided (we recommend getting the screw just proud and then
giving an extra half a turn to slightly countersink the screw, and create a tight
bond).
5. Repeat with 2 more brace pieces at the top and bottom of the stool
Note - All brace pieces are inter changeable, allowing you to pick and choose the
position of these, giving you the ability to grade and hide any natural imperfections at
the bottom of the stool for example.
6. Repeat using the last 2 brace pieces into the remaining 2 slots (Picture 3)
Note - If using a power drill / driver, please ensure you stop just before the screws are
flush, and finish tightening by hand to ensure you don't over screw
7. Slot the other side piece onto the brace pieces you’ve just fixed in. (Picture 4)
8. Insert remaining screws into the holes, and tighten with alan key
9. Slide in step and platform at your desired height, making sure they drop into
the slots and secure into place (Picture 5)
10. Check product is tightly secured together, and
steady when placed on a flat surface before using.
