Pairing the Belkin QODE™ Ultimate Lite
Keyboard Case for 9.7-inch iPad Pro,
F5L192
The Belkin QODE™ Ultimate Lite Keyboard Case for 9.7-inch iPad Pro, F5L192 is the ultimate
companion for your 9.7-inch iPad Pro® and iPad Air® 2. This keyboard case weighs a mere 375
grams but is tough, durable and packed with features. It is a fully protective case which keeps you
and your devices truly mobile. This has a premium aluminum keyboard with well-spaced keys,
which delivers an enhanced typing experience and advanced power management features to
preserve battery life.
IMPORTANT: Before using your Belkin QODE Keyboard, make sure to disconnect the Bluetooth®
devices previously connected to it. Also, if the keyboard layout of your device is different from that of
your Hardware Keyboard, you must change the keyboard language to update the output. Modifying
only the iPad® or mobile phone language will not change the keyboard output. For more information

Before pairing your keyboard, make sure you have done the following:
You have assembled or inserted your device into the keyboard case. To know how to
assemble or insert your device, click here.
You have charged the keyboard. For instructions, click here.
Step 1:
Position your device into the keyboard to turn it ON.
QUICK TIP: Closing the lid will turn the keyboard OFF.
Step 2:
Turn ON the Bluetooth of your device.
NOTE: See your device’s product manual for instructions on how to do this.

Step 3:
On the Belkin F5L192, press fn and the pair keys to start the pairing process.
Step 4:
On your device, look for and select Belkin Ultimate Lite.
Your device should now display Connected to the Belkin Ultimate Lite keyboard .

Follow the steps below to know how to insert your iPad Pro or iPad Air 2 into the keyboard case:

Step 1:
Insert your iPad Pro or iPad Air 2 in the dedicated panel.
Step 2:
Push down your iPad Pro or iPad Air 2 and make sure it snugly fits into the case.

Follow the steps below to know how to charge your Belkin F5L192:
QUICK TIP: The light will turn orange and flash once per second for 1minute if the battery
is low. This indicates that the keyboard needs to be charged.
Step 1:
Locate the Micro-USB slot of the keyboard.
Step 2:
Insert one end of the charging cable to the keyboard and the other end to an available USB power
outlet or a computer.
NOTE: The light will be solid orange while charging. It will turn OFF when charging is complete.

Finding the model, version, and serial
number of your Belkin device
Firmware updates, troubleshooting, or product registration of your Belkin devices may require you to
search for product numbers such as the model, version, and serial number. For most products,
this information is printed on the product sticker. However, where these numbers are printed
depend on the type of product you have.
