Check the packaging for the following items. If any is missing or damaged, please contact
the place of purchase immediately.
For Your Safety
• Use only the supplied power adapter and connect only to suitable outlet power (100-
240V AC, 50-60 Hz). Otherwise the lamp will not work properly or may even cause a fire.
• Do not place or hang any objects on the lamp, so as to avoid malfunction of the lamp.
• Route the power cord so as to avoid it from being walked on or pinched by items placed
upon or against it.
• Place the lamp only on a solid, flat and stable surface. Otherwise the lamp may topple
over and result in damages.
• If you will not use the product for a long time, please unplug it from the power outlet.

• The illustrations in this guide are for your reference only and may look different from the
appearance of the actual product.
• The desk clamp is provided as an optional accessory.
• If you encounter the following situations, please unplug the lamp from the
power outlet immediately, and seek support from an authorized service
agent or qualified technician:
- When the casing of the lamp is damaged
- When the lamp emits an abnormal smell
- When the LED light source flickers
- When the power cord is damaged or the wire inside is exposed
• Do not expose this lamp to humid environments (such as bathrooms,
outdoors) to avoid short circuits and accidents.
• The lamp is only suitable for indoor use, do not install it outdoors.
• It is strictly prohibited to disassemble any part or component of this lamp.
Otherwise it may cause an accident and invalidate the product warranty.
CAUTION
1. Place the pedestal base on a solid, flat and stable
surface.
2. Insert the shaft on the pedestal base into the hole on the
end of the lamp arm [ ] and push the lamp arm firmly
against the pedestal base to ensure that it is properly
seated.
3. Secure the lamp arm to the pedestal base by tightening
the screw [ ].
• Be sure to fully tighten the screw to secure the lamp arm to the
pedestal base. Otherwise the pedestal base will detach from the
lamp arm and result in damages or personal injuries if the lamp
is unwittingly moved by grasping the lamp arm.
• The pedestal base for MindDuo 2/MindDuo 2 Plus and MindDuo/
MindDuo S are not compatible to each other.
4. Connect the power cord to the power input socket and
power adapter [ ] and plug the power adapter into a
power outlet [ ]. When the power is plugged, the lamp
will automatically turn ON.
When the power is plugged, the human body Infrared sensor
located on the lamp head will start to calibrate automatically. Do
not cover the sensor with your hand or any objects so as not to
affect the calibration result. During calibration, the indicator
light will flash. This calibration procedure takes about 30 seconds
and do not turn off the light while the calibration is in progress.
After the calibration procedure is completed (the indicator
light stops flashing), it can be used normally.

Desk Clamp
Adjusting the Position of the Lamp
• It is recommended to point the lamp head towards the front of the user and keep it level
with the desktop surface. The lamp arm can be adjusted according to the available
desktop space.
• Have the user sit at the desk and use the Quick Start Guide included in the packaging as
a ruler to adjust the height of the lamp head so that the lamp head is at least 40cm from
the desktop.
To avoid direct glare, keep the user's eyes away from the position that is lower than 10cm below the
lamp head.
Using the Lamp
Controls on the Lamp Head
You can use the touch keys and knob on the lamp head to perform various operations.
Refer to the figure below for the names and position of these controls:
1. Place the desk clamp on the edge of the desk
surface [ ] and then secure the desk clamp by
tightening the clamp screw [ ]. The maximum
clampable thickness of the desk clamp is 6 cm.
This table clamp is not suitable for installation on tubular
materials.
2. Insert the shaft on the desk clamp into the hole
on the end of the lamp arm [ ]and push the
lamp arm firmly against the desk clamp to
ensure that it is properly seated.
3. Secure the lamp arm to the desk clamp by
tightening the screw [ ].
Be sure to firmly secure the lamp arm to the desk clamp
by pushing the lamp arm all the way down and fully
tightening the screw on the lamp arm.
4. Connect the power cord to the power input
socket and power adapter [ ] and plug it into a
power outlet [ ]. When the power is plugged,
the lamp will automatically turn ON.
When the power is plugged, the human body Infrared
sensor located on the lamp head will start to calibrate
automatically. Do not cover the sensor with your hand or
any objects so as not to affect the calibration result.

When the lamp is off and the ambient brightness is extremely low, all the indicator lights will go out so
as not to disturb the user's sleep at night.

Adjusting Color Temperature and Brightness
The lamp provides two preset light modes and one manual light mode that allows you to
adjust the brightness and color temperature manually.
• To manually adjust the color temperature, touch the Manual Color
Temp. Adjustment Key and then turn the Manual Adjustment
Knob. Turn the knob clockwise to increase the color temperature
(the light becomes whitish), or counterclockwise to decrease the
color temperature (the light becomes yellowish). When making
adjustment, the status of the Color Temp./Brightness Indicator Light
will also change accordingly.
• To manually adjust the brightness, touch the Manual Dimmer Key
and then turn the Manual Adjustment Knob. Turning the knob
clockwise to increase the brightness, or counterclockwise to
decrease the brightness. When making adjustment, the status of the Color Temp./
Brightness Indicator Light will also change accordingly.
To turn on or off the lamp manually, place your hand at least 2 cm
under the on/off sensor. If the presence detection function is
turned on, the lamp will turn on automatically when you enter the
detection area.
To turn off the lamp, place your hand at least 2 cm under the on/
off sensor.
Before manually turning on the lamp, please ensure that the lamp has
been turned off completely whenever the lamp is manually turned off .
The presence detection function allows the lamp to turn on
automatically when the user enters the detection area (as
shown in the figure).
• To turn on the presence detection
function, touch the Presence Detection
Key . The indicator light will light up.
• To turn the function off, touch the
Presence Detection Key again. The
indicator light will go out.
• Do not block the presence sensor on the lamp. Otherwise the
presence detection function will not work properly.
• When the presence detection function is on, the lamp will first dim if
the user leaves the detection area for more than 3 minutes to prompt
the user that the lamp is about to be turned off, and then turn off
automatically to save power.
• With the presence detection function turned on, the lamp will
automatically calibrate the Presence Sensor when the power is
plugged or when the lamp is turned off. The calibration process takes
approximately 30 seconds. During calibration, the presence
detection function will be disabled temporarily.
To turn on the 30-minute break reminder, touch the 30-Minute
Timer Key . The indicator light will light up and the lamp will start
the 30-minute countdown timer. When the countdown timer
expires, an alarm sound will be generated to remind the user to
take a break.

• To select the Auto-Dimming Book Reading Mode, touch the Auto-Dimming Book
Reading Mode Key . To exit from this mode, touch the key again.
• To select the Auto-Dimming Digital Reading Mode, touch the Auto-Dimming Digital
Reading Mode Key . To exit from this mode, touch the key again.
Refer to the table below for the information about the brightness and color temperature
settings under each light mode and the corresponding light mode indicator status:
The lamp’s sensor detects the illuminance of the desktop and the Ambient Brightness
Indicator indicates the illuminance condition in three different colors:
• Red: The illuminance condition is too dark. Please increase the lamp’s brightness.
• Green: The illuminance condition is good.
• Blue: The illuminance condition is too bright. Please decrease the lamp’s brightness.
When the lamp is turned off, the Ambient Brightness Indicator will still light up in red, green or blue to
indicate the illuminance condition of the desktop. If the ambient brightness is extremely low, the
Ambient Brightness Indicator will go out so as not to disturb the user’s sleep at night.
USB Charging
The USB Type A port on the lamp arm provides 5V/0.8A
(800mA) power supply for charging compatible mobile
devices. Connect the device’s USB charging connector to
the USB port to charge the device.
The USB charging port is designed for charging compatible mobile
devices only. Do NOT connect any external power supply to this
port.
Adjusting the Angle of the Lamp Arm
You can adjust the angle of the lamp arm according to your desktop space to obtain a
suitable lighting effect.
• The lamp arm pivot is spring-loaded. Tighten the lamp arm pivot by turning the pivot
knob clockwise.
• Refer to the figure below for the safe angle range for lamp arm adjustment.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting
• Turn off the lamp first, and unplug the power adapter from the power outlet. Wipe any
smears or dusts off the lamp’s outer casing using a soft, lint-free cloth lightly moistened
with a mild detergent solvent. Do not use alcohol or any other chemical solvents like
kerosene, naphtha and so on, as the lamp’s casing may become damaged.
• Do not rinse the lamp or any of its components directly with water.
• If the lamp does not turn on, check to make sure that there are no loose connections
between the power cord, power adapter, and the power outlet.
• If the problem persists, please contact the original place of purchase for help.

注意
1. しっかりと安定した平面に台座を置きます
2. 台座の軸をランプアーム端の穴に挿入［図 ］してくだ

3. ネジを締め付けて固定します［図 ］。
• 台座がランプアームに固定されるようにしっかりネジを締め付けて
ください。意図せずにランプアームを掴んでランプを移動させると
きに台座が落下し、製品が破損したり怪我をしたりするおそれがあ
ります。
• MindDuo 2 の台座は MindDuo 2 Plus、MindDuo/MindDuo S に
互換できません。
4. 電源コードを電源入力ソケットと電源アダプター［図 ］
に接続し、電源アダプターを電源コンセント［図 ］に
差し込みます。電源コンセントに差し込むと、ランプは
自動的に点灯します。
ランプを電源に接続すると、ランプに搭載された人感センサーの調整
が自動的に開始されます。調整が行われている間は インジケータ
が点滅いたします。このプロセスには 30 秒ほどかかります。調整中
はランプを消灯しないでください。調整が完了後ランプの使用を開始
できます。

クランプを使用する場合
設置位置を調整する
• ライト本体は天板と水平に保ち、アームを調整してください。実際の使用状況に応じて設
置してください。
• 付属の取扱説明書を定規として使用して、ライトヘッドの高さを天板から 40 ㎝に調整して
ください。
直接光を防ぐため、お子様の目の高さからライトまで 10 ㎝以内の距離を保ってください。
使用方法
ライトの操作方法
タッチボタンとダイヤルを使用して、様々な機能を実行できます。各種機能と位置は下記の
イメージを参照してください。
消灯状態で、環境明るさが低い場合、睡眠を妨げないように、すべてのインジケーターがオフになります。
1. デスク用クランプをデスク面の端［図 ］に取り
付け、クランプネジ［図 ］で締め付けてデスク
用クランプを固定します。デスク用クランプを取
り付けられるデスクの最大厚は 6 cm です。
2. デスク用クランプの軸をランプアーム端の穴に挿
入し［図 ］、ネジを締め付けて固定します［図
］。
デスク用クランプがランプアームに固定されるようにしっか
りネジを締め付けてください。
3. 電源コードを電源入力ソケットと電源アダプター
［図 ］に接続し、電源アダプターを電源コンセ
ント［図 ］に差し込みます。電源コンセントに
差し込むと、ランプは自動的に点灯します。
ランプを電源に接続すると、ランプに搭載された人感セン
サーの調整が自動的に開始されます。調整が行われている間
は インジケータが点滅いたします。このプロセスに

ランプには２種類の自動調整照明モードと、輝度と色温度を手動で調整
できる手動モードがあります。
• 色温度を手動で調整するには、手動色温度調節キー に触れてから、
手動調光ノブを使用して色温度を調整します。ノブを時計回りに回す
と、色温度が上がります。（白色になる）逆時計回りに回すと、色温度
が下がります。（黄色になる）調整すると、色温度 /明るさステータス
インジケーターの位置も変わります。
• 照度を手動で調整するには、手動照度調節キー に触れてから、調光
ノブを使用して照度を調整します。ノブを時計回りに回すと、照度が上がります。ノブを
逆時計回りに回すと照度を下げることができます。調整すると、色温度 /明るさステータ
スインジケーターの長さも変わります。
• 自動調光読書モードを選択するには、自動調光読書モードキー に触れて電源をオンに
し、もう一度触れることで電源をオフにできます。
ランプを点灯／消灯するには、オン／オフセンサーから 2 cm 以上
離れた場所で手をかざしてください。
人感センサーがオンになっている場合、検知領域内に人が入るとラ
ンプが自動的に点灯します。ランプを消灯するには、オン／オフセ
ンサーから 2 cm 以上離れた場所で手をかざしてください。
手動モードを使用する際は、消灯状態が確認できてから手動モードで点灯して
ください。
人感センサーをオンすると、検知エリア (右図参照 )内にお子様
が入ったときにランプが自動的に点灯します。
• 人感センサーボタン をタッチすると、
インジケーターが点灯し、人感センサー
が起動します。
• 人感センサーボタン を再度タッチす
ると、インジケーターが消灯し、人感セ
ンサーが停止します。
• 人感センサーを遮らないでください。人感センサー機能が適切に作動しな
くなります。
• 人感センサーがオンの場合、検知領域から３分以上離れると、最初にライ
トが暗くなり、ライトをオフにするように通知されます。その後、自動的
にオフになり、電力を節約します。
• 人感センサーがオンの場合、電源が接続されている際やランプが消灯して
いる際に自動的に人感センサーを校正します。校正時間は 30 秒です。校
正時は人感センサー機能が一時的に停止されます。
30 分休憩タイマー機能をオンにするには、30 分休憩タイマーボタン
をタッチしてください。その時点でライトが点灯、30 分のカウン
トダウンが始まります。30 分が経過するとお子様に休憩を促す通知音
が鳴ります。

• 自動調光スクリーン閲覧モードを選択するには、自動調光スクリーン閲覧モードキー に
触れて電源をオンにし、もう一度触れることで電源をオフにできます。
それぞれの明るさや色温度の設定、及びさまざまな調光モードでのインジケーターの状態に
ついては下記の表をご参照ください。
ライトが机上の照度を検知し、照度状態を色別の周囲明るさインジケータで表示します。
• 赤：机上の照度が暗すぎます。照明の輝度を上げてください。
• 緑：机上の照度は良好です。
• 青：机上の照度が明るすぎます。照明の輝度を下げてください。
ランプが消灯しても明るさインジケータは赤、緑、または青に表示し続けますが、周囲の明るさが極端に
低い場合、夜間に睡眠を妨げないために全てのインジケーターの表示ライトがオフになります。
USB 充電機能の使用方法
このライトの USB Type A 充電ポートは 5V/0.8A
(800mA) の電力を出力するため、互換性のあるモバイル
デバイスを接続することで、充電することができます。モ
バイルデバイスに付属の USB ケーブルを使用して、充電
ポートに接続してください。
このランプの USB 充電ポートは、モバイルデバイスの充電のみに
対応しております。この充電ポートにその他の電源を接続しないで

メンテナンスと故障の際の解決方法
• ランプを消灯し、ランプのプラグを電源コンセントから抜きます。羽毛立ちのない柔らか
い布を中性洗剤で軽く湿らせて、ランプの外装ケースの汚れやホコリを拭ってください。
ランプのケースが損傷する恐れがあるため、アルコールや化学溶剤 (灯油、ナフサなど )
を使用しないでください。
• ランプや部品等を水で直接洗わないでください。
• ランプが点灯しない場合は、電源コード、電源アダプター、電源コンセント間の接続にゆ
るみがないか、確認してください。
