INSTALLATION (PEMASANGAN)
- Installation and maintenance are to be performed by authorized person.
(Pemasangan dan penyelenggaraan alat ini hendaklah dilakukan oleh wakil yang bertauliah.)
- Must conform with local codes, building regulation and any other authority having inspection, with the national fuel gas code,
ANSI Z 223.1, natural gas installation code, CAN / CGA - B149.1, or the propane installation code, CAN / CGA - B149.2, as
applicable including.
(Mesti mematuhi peraturan kuasa tempatan, peraturan pembinaan dan mana-mana pihak yang berkuasa untuk membuat
pemeriksaan, peraturan bahan api gas, ANSI A 223.1, peraturan pemasangan Gas Asli. CAN / CGA - B149.1 atau peraturan
pemasangan propana, CAN / CGA - B149.2, yang mana berrkenaan.)
SITE PREPARATION (PERSEDIAAN TEMPAT)
- Only install the appliance in a well ventilated place. Inadequate ventilation causes asphyxia.
(Alat ini hanya boleh dipasangkan di tempat yang mempunyai pengedaran udara yang mencukupi. Pengedaraan udara yang
tidak mencukupi mungkin menyebabkan kematian lemas.)
- This equipment should only be installed on a hard and level surface. Keep appliance free and clear of any obstructions and
combustible materials. Leave at least 10cm between the appliance and the side or rear walls.
(Alat ini mesti dipasangkan di atas tapak mendatar yang kukuh. Jauhkan daripada sebarang bahan yang mudah bakar dan
sebarang halangan. Jarakkan bahagian belakang dan sisi alat ini sekurang kurangnya 10 cm dari dinding.)
NOTE (PERHATIAN)
- Strong exhaust fan in the hood may produce vacuum in the room strong enough to cause air draughts.
(Kipas eksos menghasilkan pengaliran udara kencang.)
- This condition may interfere with the pilot or burner performance. Air movement should be checked during installation.

GAS CONNECTOR (PENYAMBUNG GAS)
- LPG : - Use two gas regulators of 0.6m³/hr for the following models : -
GG3B, GG3BFS, GG4B, RCGG4BFS, GG4BFS, OB4, OB6, OB4FS, OB6FS, CB5B, CB5BFS, CRB3B, CRB3BFS.
(LPG : - Gunakan dua biji regulator gas jenis 0.6 m3 / jam untuk model-model yang berikut : - )
GG3B, GG3BFS, GG4B, RCGG4BFS, GG4BFS, OB4, OB6, OB4FS, OB6FS, CB5B, CB5BFS, CRB3B, CRB3BFS.
- The appliance and its individual shutoff valve must be disconnected from the gas supply piping system during any pressure
testing of that system at test pressure in excess of 1/2 psi (3.45 kpa).
(Alat ini dan injap tutup mesti dipisahkan dari bekalan gas semasa ujian tekanan yang melebihi tekanan 1/2 psi (3.45 kpa).
- The appliance must be isolated from the gas supply piping system by closing its individual manual shut off valve during any
pressure testing of the gas supply piping system at test pressures equal to or less than 1/2 psi (3.45 kpa).

- A separate gas supply shut off valve must be installed up-stream of the regulator in an accessible location for installation.

- The gas service supply line must never be smaller than the appliance inlet line.

FREE STANDING GAS EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION PROCEDURE (PROSEDUR PEMASANGAN PERKAKAS BERDIRI BEBAS)
Step 1 (Langkah 1)
- Fix 4 legs by turning anti-clockwise.
(Pasangkan keempat-empat kaki dengan pusingan arah lawan jam.)
Step 2 (Langkah 2)
- Fix the undershelf by adjusting the height with spacer provided. Tighten the allen bolts.
(Pasangkan papan bawah dan laraskan ketinggiannya dengan penjarak yang dibekalkan. Ketatkan bolt allen.)

TECHNICAL DATA (DATA TEKNIKAL)
OPERATION (OPERASI)
Pilot Light (Lampu Pilot)
- Our equipment are equipped with manual controlled, continuous burning pilots. The pilots are kept burning to provide the flame for
burner ignition when the individual burner knobs are turned on. The pilot control valves can be accessed at the front on the valve
panel and are adjustable.
(Alat ini dilengkap dengan kawalan manual, penunu pilot yang menyala secara berterusan. Api penunu pilot dikekalkan bernyala
untuk memasangkan api penunu pembakar terbuka dan pemanggang apabila pemutar injap telah diputarkan. Api penunu pilot dapat
dikawal dengan melaraskan injap yang berada di panel injap di hadapan.)
- The pilot should be lit immediately after the gas has been turned on and should always be adjusted to provide the smallest blue flame
necessary to ignite the burner. It is the responsibility of the or equivalent person to ensure that the equipment users are instructed on
the pilot locations and the importance of ensuring that they’re lit before turning on a burner.
(Sebaik sahaja gas telah dibuka, api penunu pilot harus dinyalakan dan dilaraskan sehingga ia bernyala dengan api nyalaan kecil
yang berwarna biru untuk memasangkan api penunu. Adalah penting supaya pengguna alat ini mengetahui kedudukan penunu pilot
dan memasangkannya sebelum membuka gas untuk penunu pembakar terbuka atau penenu pemanggang.)
Open Burner Pilots (Penunu Pilot Untuk Pembakar Terbuka)
- Remove the burner grate. The pilot is located on each burners. One pilot valve controls two burners.
(Tanggalkan penyokong atas Pembakar Terbuka gas. Penunu pilot terletak dekat dengan kedua-dua penunu pembakar terbuka injap
pilot mengawal kedua-dua penunu tersebut.)
- Light pilot by piezo ignitor, and test fire for both burners.

Griddle Or Broiler (Pemanggang Besi Panas / Batu-Batan / Gas)
- The pilots are attached to each burner located beneath the griddle plate. If the griddle has already been used, remove the drip pan to
avoid any accidental ignition of grease, which may be in the drip pan. Light the pilots with piezo ignitor, and test fire for burner(s).
(Penunu pilot terletak di bawah plat panggang dekat dengan kedua-dua penunu Pemanggang. Bagi alat yang telah digunakan, talam
takungan minyak hendaklah dikeluarkan untuk mengelakkan kebakaran minyak yang berada di talam takungan minyak. Nyalakan
api penunu pilot dengan pemetik api piezo dan ujikan nyalaan penunu pemanggang.)
Burner Lighting (Menyalakan Penunu)
- Do not attempt to light burners if the odor of gas is present. Immediately shut off the gas to the appliance, extinguisher any open
flame and call for service.
(Jangan nyalakan penunu jikalau bau gas dikesan. Dengan serta merta tutup semua injap gas, padamkan semua api dan hubungi
perkhidmatan lepas jualan.)
- Ensure that the pilot for the burner you intend to use is lit.
(Pastikan api penunu pilot bagi penunu yang berkenaan telah dinyalakan.)
- Rotate the knob counter-clockwise to the desired setting (push and turn knob dials). The burner should light within four seconds.
(Tekan dan putarkan pemulas pada arah pusingan lawan jam kepada kedudukan yang dikehendaki. Penunu yang berkenaan
seharusnya bernyala dalam masa 4 saat kemudian.)
- When pilot lighted, hold knob in for a further 20 seconds. If flame extinguished, wait 5 minutes and retry.
(Apabila api penunu pilot sudah menyala, terus tekankan pemutar selama 20 saat lagi. Jiakalau api padam, tunggu 5 minit sebelum
cuba menyalakannya semula.)
To Shut Down (Memadamkan Api Penunu)
- Turn all knobs clockwise to the “OFF” position.
(Putarkan semua pemulas pada arah pusingan jam ke kedudukan “OFF”)
WARNING (AMARAN)
- This appliance is designed for cooking foodstuffs. It is intended for commercial use only. Any other use is to be considered improper.
(Alat ini direkabentuk khas untuk memasakkan makanan secara komersil. Kegunaan alat ini untuk tujuan lain adalah tidak sesuai.)
- Do not spray aerosols in the vicinity of this appliance while it is in operation.

CLEANING (PEMBERSIHAN)
- Stainless surface : - Use soap or detergent and water to clean grease and dirt; then dry.

- Never use any metal on any surface.

- Do not use steel wool.

- Clean appliance regularly.
