WARNING

•Never add water to the oil.
•Do not fill the frying basket more than 2/3 full.
•Extreme caution must be used when moving this fryer containing hot oil. Do not carry or move the deep
fryer if the oil or grease is still hot.
•Do not operate the device with an external timer or a separate remote control system.

NOTE: To attach the handle, press the wires on the end of the handle together and insert it into
hoops on the basket.
Remove the lid from the deep fryer.
Remove the frying basket and fill it with oil or grease.
Make sure that you fill between the minimum and
maximum fill lines.

Insert the plug into the wall outlet and the power
indicator light will turn on.
Set the temperature control to your desired
temperature and the temperature indicator light will
turn on. Once the temperature has been reached the
light will turn o.

Carefully place the frying basket containing the food
items into the hot oil or grease. Use the timer to set
the frying time.
Once the frying time is over, remove the frying
basket.
NOTE: The temperature indicator light will switch on
and o several times during frying to maintain a
constant temperature.

Allow the oil to drip from the fried food. When finished, turn the temperature control to OFF and remove
the plug from the wall outlet.
NOTE: To change the oil, carefully pour the oil out from the side of the oil pot.

USAGE NOTES
•It is recommended that you clean the lid, housing, oil pot, and frying basket before use.
•Always attach plug into the appliance first, then plug AC cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn
appliance o and remove AC cord from the wall outlet.
•It is recommended that you use liquid frying oil.
•Be careful because oils and fats may burn if overheated.
•Always remove the food remaining in the oil (e.g. pieces of French fries).
•Change the oil after several uses.
•Only use high quality frying oil or frying grease. Fats and oils must be able to withstand high
temperatures.
•Do not use margarine, olive oil or butter because they are not fit for frying.
•If using fat to fry, divide it up into small pieces. Turn the thermostat to a low temperature and slowly
add the fat pieces. Once the fat has melted and the correct oil level is reached, set the desired
temperature on the thermostat.
•Never place fat in the deep frying basket.
•If frying food containing starch (potatoes, cereals), the temperature during frying should not exceed
340°F. Keep frying as short as possible and fry until food is golden yellow.
•Always confirm the temperature that food should be fried. A rule of thumb is that pre-fried foods
require a higher temperature than raw foods.
•When frying dough-like foods, scrape o the excess dough and carefully place the pieces into the oil.
•Rub dry foods with a cloth before frying.
•If food is too moist (e.g. frozen food, etc.) large amounts of foam may form, which may cause the oil
to overflow.
OVERHEATING PROTECTION
•If you accidentally switch on the fryer without oil or fat, overheating protection will activate. Do the
following to turn the device back on:
- Unplug the deep fryer.
- After the device has cooled down completely, press the RESTART button on the rear of the
control panel.
CLEANING
•Clean the oil pot, lid, and housing with a damp cloth and mild household detergent (if necessary). Do
not immerse the oil pot, lid, or housing in water.
•Clean the frying basket with water and a mild detergent.
•Do not clean with a wire brush or other abrasive objects.

All items can be returned for any reason within 60 days of the receipt and will receive a full refund as long as the
item is returned in its original product packaging and all accessories from its original shipment are included. All
returned items will receive a full refund back to the original payment method. All returned items will not be charged
a re-stocking fee.
All returned items require an RA (Return Authorization) number, which can only be provided by a Best Choice
Products Customer Service Representative when the return request is submitted. Items received without an RA
may not be accepted or may increase your return processing time. Once an item has been received by Best Choice
Products, refunds or replacements will be processed within 5 business days.
All returns must be shipped back to the Best Choice Products Return Center at the customer’s expense. If the
reason for return is a result of an error by Best Choice Products then Best Choice Products will provide a pre-paid
shipping label via email. Boxes for return shipping will not be provided by Best Choice Products, and is the
customer’s responsibility to either use the original shipping boxes or purchase new boxes.
Pictures may be required for some returns to ensure an item is not damaged prior to its return. Items returned are
not considered undamaged until they are received by Best Choice Products and verified as such. All damages to
items are the customer’s responsibility until the item has been received by and acknowledge by Best Choice
Products as undamaged.
