02 Safety operation and preventive action
Warning :
Do not place this equip ent outdoors. if it exposed in the rain, it ay cause short
circuit and electric shock.
Only professional person have qualification to install this equip ent. If not, it
ay cause electric shock or fire.
Should place this equip ent on the fir ground in case of tu ble. If not, it ay
cause injury because it capsizes.
Do not place equip ent in hu id environ ent or a place with dripping water.
Otherwise it ay cause short circuit or electric shock
Do not place equip ent near fla able aterials and volatile substance.
Otherwise it ay cause explosion or fire.
Do not place equip ent in the area where surrounded by acidic or corrosive
gas, Otherwise it ay cause short circuit or electric shock
Please use power supply socket with protective conductor ter inal in case
electric shock. If power socket without protective conductor ter inal, it is necessary to
install it by licensed technician.
Do not connect protective conductor ter inal through gas, water pipe, telephone
line or lighting arrester which will cause electric shock.
Please use specified power supply. If not, it ay cause electric shock or fire.
Do not put volatile and infla able substances in the inner cha ber of
equip ent if it cannot be sealed, or it ay cause explosion or fire.
Do not insert nail or wire and si ilar etal objects into any inlet or outlet of
equip ent, or it ay cause electric shock or injury
Please operate this equip ent in safe area if it stores any toxic ,har ful and

Safety operation and preventive action
Warning :
Do not touch any electric co ponents or switch with wet hand, or it ay cause
electric shock
Make sure wear ask when aintaining the equip ent to prevent any har ful drug
substance and airborne particle.
Do not splash water onto the equip ent, or it ay cause electric shock or short
circuit .
Do not place container which is filled of water on the top of equip ent, or it ay cause
short circuit or electric shock.
Do not drag, twine or bind power cord. Do not da age power plug, or it ay cause
electric shock or fire hazard.
Do not use loose power plug, or it ay cause fire or electric shock
Do not dis antle, repair or refit equip ent without authorization and guidance fro
our co pany.It ay cause fire or injury due to the i proper handling.
Please unplug the power if equip ent is alfunctioning. It ay cause fire or electric
shock if it continues.
Press power plug instead of pulling the power cord when you want to unplug the
power fro power socket, or it ay cause electric shock or fire hazard because of
short circuit.
Should unplug the power before oving equip ent. Do not da age power cord.
Da aged cord ay cause electric shock or fire.
Should unplug power plug if it’s not used for long period, or it ay lead to electric
shock, leakage or fire because of wear and tear of insulator.
Keep out of reach of children and the door unsealed if the equip ent is not
supervised or not used for a long period.
Should infor authorized technician when you dispose the equip ent. Should
dis ount the equip ent door to prevent suffocation and such accident.
Keep out of reach of children with the wrapping plastic.

Safety operation and Preventive measure
Attention :
Please clean the dust on the power plug and then insert it into power socket properly,
or it ay cause over-heating or strike sparks
Check te perature, hu idity, seg ent and ti ing and other setting value when
reboot the equip ent after been short circuited or cut off by power supply.
Otherwise ay cause da age lost of products stored inside.
Please place equip ent in ventilated place and dry place if not used for long period
after purchase, or it ay lead to equip ent alfunctioning when use.
Should arrange proper carrying-tools or qualified person when oving equip ent.
Prevent tu bling when oving equip ent, it ay cause da age of equip ent or
hu an injury.
Ensure enough space when oving equip ent. If you need to carry it to the second
or higher floors, ake sure the elevator has enough space for the equip ent and
working personal.
Do not put acidic, alkaline or corrosive substance in the inner cha ber if the container
is not sealed. Otherwise it will cause corrosion or da age to the co ponents of
equip ent.

03 Instruction(application ,perfor ance, technical para eters )
Application :
BCCL Cli ate Cha ber is ther ostatic equip ent with heating, cooling,hu idification and
lighting function, highly precise and advanced.
Widely used in plant cultivation, breeding test, bacteria, ould, icrobial cultivation &
preservation, BOD deter ination and so on. Which is also used in biological genetic
engineering, edical treat ent, health and epide ic prevention, edical test, agriculture and
ani al husbandry, aquatic and other scientific research institutions.
Performance :
BCCL series Cli ate Cha ber transfers actual te perature and hu idity detected fro te p.
sensor and hu idity sensor into signal. Through icroco puter control to heater towards
required te perature and hu idity.

ode, press this key to decrease value or shift para eter, or turn over the below page
9) key, decrease key, in setting ode, press the key to decrease setting value ;
10) key, in the ain interface ,press this key to shift display easured value between the
value of running ;long press this key to access setting ode. In setting ode ,press to shift
value, long press to log out setting ode;

Equipment installation
In order to ake sure the equip ent can run nor ally, please place equip ent as following:
Attention: a bient te perature 10~30°C; relative hu idity less than 70%
1 Avoid exposure to the sunlight
Do not place it in direct sunlight, or it won’t reach predicted perfor ance
2 An efficient ventilative place
If you operate this equip ent in a narrow and concealed roo , it ay lead to
over-heating and alfunctioning. Mini u safe distance between equip ent and wall is
10CM
d) Keep away from heat source
Don’t install the equip ent near heating source. External excess heat will affect perfor ance
of the equip ent and ay cause alfunctioning
e) Flat and firm ground
Make sure to install it in flat and fir ground. Uneven surface or leaning installation ay
da age equip ent or injure people. Proper installation can avoid shaking and noise
f) Avoid humid place
Install the equip ent in a place where hu idity is less than 70%. Otherwise it ay cause
creepage or electric shock.
Warning
Do not place this equipment outdoors If it exposed in the rain, it may cause short
circuit and electric shock Do not place equipment in humid environment or a place with
dripping water Otherwise it may cause creepage or electric shock
13. Avoid place with fla able or corrosive gas.

05 Installation
1. Unpacking
Re ove packing aterials ,open the door for ventilation . Please use neutral detergent to
clean if the shell and panel is dirty. then wipe with wet cloth and at last with dry and clean
cloth
2. level equip ent
Fix equip ent with the front brake-wheel after installation in case equip ent oves
3 Earthing
Warning
Please use power socket that has protective conductor terminal in case of electric shock
If it is not connected, has to install protective conductor terminal by licensed technician
Do not connect protective conductor terminal through gas, water pipe, telephone line
or lighting arrester which will cause electric shock
4. Idle equip ent
Before setting equip ent aside , e pty water in the hu idifier and re ove internal, oisture
thoroughly. Be sure the inner cha ber is dry and cool before closing the door .
5. Move equip ent
Before oving equip ent ,e pty water in the hu idifier .or it will cause creepage or electric
shock because of overflow water or splashed water
Preparation before operation
When equip ent running in the first ti e, please operate as belows:
1. Take out the shelves or other accessories
2. Clean the inner wall with gauze which is soaked by alcohol and then use dry cloth to wipe-
dry
3. Put the shelves into inner cha ber according to your experi ent of require ent
4. Put water tank on the top of equip ent before using ,please connect water pipe with water
inlet and overflow outlet which in the left of equip ent (refer to co ponent picture ) ,and put
storage water tank under the overflow pipe and water outlet for spare use
5. Pour enough pure water into water tank

Notice ：Don’t use NaCl or other Halide solution to clean equip ent ,or it will
cause rust
06 Operation
Display :
1. In the general ode, screen displays ain interface;
2. In aster interface, press key to check interface,after 60 seconds , it will return aster
interface auto atically;
3. In aster interface, long pressing key 4 seconds ,get into setting interface,long pressing
key 4 seconds ,it will return aster interface and save setting value; after 60 seconds without
press any key, it will return aster interface auto atically ,but the setting value is not saved;

4. In aster interface ,long press key 4 seconds to access para eter password interface ;
different para eter have different password , input correct password, press to access
relative para eter interface; if password is incorrect, press key ,it will return ain interface
5. In para eter password interface , input correct password ,press key, enter relative
para eter interface ; in this interface ,long press for 4 seconds ,it will return ain interface
,and save set value; after 60 seconds without pressing any key, it will return ain interface
auto atically ,but the setting value is not saved;
6. In ain interface press and key for 4 seconds , to internal para eter password
interface ,input correct password, press key to relative para eter interface; if password is
incorrect, press key ,it will return ain interface

Operation Method
Operation steps
For exa ple：after power is connected , the equip ent will start working 120 inutes later.
Set 10 cycles, two seg ents each cycle. in the first seg ent, it needs to work for 720 inutes,
the te perature controlled is at 30 C, light intensity is class 6 ,hu idity controlled is at 60%
RH; in the second seg ent , it need to work for 1200 inutes, the te perature controlled is at
10 C, light intensity is class 4, hu idity controlled is at 50% RH.
a) Press key for 4 seconds to enter the setting interface;
b).press the key, switch the cursor to the value of the total cycle, press and key ,
odify the total cycle to 10; re-press key, the cursor stays at the value of total seg ents,
and odify the total seg ents to 2 ; re-press key, the cursor stays at the value of
appoint ent ti e, odify the appoint ent ti e to 120 inutes ;
c)Then press the key to access the setting interface of the first seg ent, the cursor stays
at the value of te perature , odify the te perature to 30 °C; re-press , the cursor stays
at the value of hu idity, odify the hu idity to 60% RH; then re-press key to odify
light intensity to 6 class ; re-press key to odify ti e to 720 inutes.
d) Re-press to setting interface of the second seg ent, odify the te perature,
hu idity, light intensity and ti e to 10°C, 50%RH, class4 and 120 0 inutes according to
above steps; re-press key for 4 seconds, then log out setting interface , turn back to
ain interface, setting is finished.
e) Long press the key for 2 seconds , the controller will start ti ing according to
appoint ent ti e, when running, it displays : ti ing………, after 120 inutes, the progra will
proceed with the first seg ent
f) After the progra enters the first seg ent, if the ti ing way is 0 , it will start ti ing, and it
will display : ti ing…..:; if the ti ing way 1, it displays : running ….., when te perature reaches
to setting value, start ti ing; if the ti ing way is 2, it will start ti ing after te perature and
hu idity reach setting value
g) It will enter the second seg ent after the first seg ent is over, then it will enter the first
seg ent of the second cycle after the second seg ent of the first cycle is over , then go next
and so on; running stops after the second seg ent of the tenth cycle is over
h) Notice : when hu idity is 0, no hu idification and dehu idification function, this
equip ent can be used as bioche ical incubator
