ART WAXER MANUAL
USER’S OPERATION
Art Waxer Manual
1. Plug in the unit and turn on the main power switch.
(“OFF” appears on the display window.)
2. Place desired tip onto the wax pencils and insert the wax pencil
cords into “OUT I” and “OUT II”.
3. Press power button for the corresponding wax pencil.
Numbers will be displayed on the digital readout.
4. To adjust the settings for each wax pencil that channel must be
the “Active” channel. The “Active” channel will be the one with
the LED above the power button blinking. To make a desired
channel “Active” simply press the power button.
6. Excellent visibility of control buttons that are easy to use and have LED indicator.
7. Build-in digital CPU circuit to precisely maintain desired temperature.
8. Digitally visible temperature with choice of Celsius or Fahrenheit.
9. Previous working temperature is kept in memory, even after the unit has been turned off.
10. Buzzer on when pressing a pad key.
11. Usable for AC100-240V without additional adjustment
12. Silicone handle to reduce fatigue even over long periods of use
13. Magnetic cradle on the back of the unit to hold waxing pencils.
14. Tip holder protects and organizes unused tips
CAUTION: FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE SAFEGUARDS MAY RESULT IN FIRE OR ELECTRIC SHOCK.
1. Do not touch the tip or tip holder while in use as it is very hot.
2. Do not touch unit, wax pencil, cord or plug with wet hands.
3. Protect the unit from bumps, impacts or scrapes which may cause mechanical problems.
4. Turn off the power and let cool before changing the pencil tip to prevent burning.
5. Do not allow the tip of the carver to touch the wires.
6. Do not use the unit if the power cord or plug is damaged in any way.
7. Make sure the power cord is not twisted, bent or pinched.
8. “WARNING : To avoid the risk of electric shock, this equipment must only be connected to a
power source that is grounded”
9. To prevent possible overheating do not block the ventilation openings at the bottom of the products.
10. Unplug the unit during storms and when it will not be used for an extended period.
11. When unplugging the unit be sure to do so by pulling the plug and not by pulling on the cord
12. Do not install the product in a room with high humidity, dust or around splashing water.
13. Please install the product away from heating instruments and other heat sources.
14. Always unplug the unit before cleaning. Do not spray water directly on the unit. Avoid chemical cleaning
products.
15. Keep the power plug prongs free of dust and water.
16. If you detect noise, smell or see smoke coming from the unit unplug immediately.
17. Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the unit.
18. Contact us for question or detailed information about troubleshooting.
Use of the equipment in any way not intended by the manufacturer compromises the safety of the equipment
and can void the warranty.

5. To adjust the working temperature use UP/DOWN arrows to change the setting of the active channel.
6. Press the “M” button to set the touch function temperature increase amount.
Touch function range is 0°C - 50°C / 0°F to 90°F.
7. Press the “T” key to enable the touch function capability. (LED light will be solid)
8. Touch Function: Touch the end of the handle where indicated to raise the temperature (LED Blinks)
9. Touch the end of the handle again to go back to the previous temperature. (LED is solid)
10. To switch between Celsius or Fahrenheit push the “°C |°F” button.
11. The built-in memory function will retain the previously programmed temperatures automatically.
12. If an error occurs a beeping noise will sound and the digital display will read “ERR”. Turn the main
power button off, wait 10 seconds and then back on to reset.
