Connecting a camera and power supply unit

Connect Ethernet cable to Factbird View
Note: Factbird View works with WiFi where users select WiFi and enter password. (Not applicable for WiFi that
requires authentication using captive portal including WPA2-Enterprise. e.g. WiFi that requires registration on a
browser)
After a minute, you will see a WiFi-hotspot called
‘Factbird-View-xxxxx’ on your smart phone (or
computer, tablet). Connect to the hotspot. You will
be redirected to a page where you can select your
company’s WiFi and enter the password.

Associate the Factbird View to your
Factbird
1. Log into the Blackbird application with your
email and password at: cloud.blackbird.online
2. Click the hamburger icon on the top left
corner and click
3. Search the Factbird View and click the Three
dots icon on the top right corner of the
Factbird View and click Device settings
4. Click Attached sensors on the left menu
5. Click button on the top right corner and
select the Factbird you want to attach the
Factbird View
Watch your videos
1. On the Blackbird application, go to LIVE page of
the Factbird you attached the Factbird View to
(If the Factbird View is attached to a main sensor
of a line, you can also go to LIVE page of the line)
2. On the production live graph, click a datapoint
and click the camera button to watch video

Software Setup
Factbird View collects video images from a camera and sends them to a cloud server, where video
images are synced with production data from Factbird digital/analog. On the Blackbird Application,
you can watch the videos on the live graph of your Factbird which your Factbird View is associated to.
