1. Using a multimeter ensure the unit is receiving

a clean power feed.

2. Using a multimeter ensure the unit is receiving

a clean ignition feed.

1. Restart the device making sure to power off

fully the test again.

2. If the unit is still experiencing issues contact

3Logix Support for further Diagnosis or to

organise a repair.

SOUND NOT WORKING

1. Using the buttons on the bottom left, ensure

the volume has not simply been turned down.

2. Test by sending a message to the unit as well

as completing bin exceptions of the unit. If no

sound is heard power the unit down fully then

test again.

3. If the unit is still experiencing issues contact

3Logix Support for further Diagnosis or to

organise a repair.

1. Ensure the backlight has not been turned

down via the buttons on the bottom left.

2. Restart the device powering it down fully and

retest.

3. Ensure there is a sim card in the device and that it is activated. This can be checked by pulling a

working sim from a unit that is reporting and using it to test the non-responsive unit. It must also be

placed in the inner most (screen side) slot with the contacts facing towards the board.

1. Ensure the SMA connection is tight and has a

good signal.

2. Check to see there is no damage to the

antenna.

3. Ensure the antenna is positioned with a clear view of the sky and isn't impeded by anything.

4. If the unit is still experiencing issues contact 3Logix Support for further Diagnosis or to organise

a repair.

1. Ensure the SMA connection is tight and has a

good signal.

2. Check to see there is no damage to the

antenna.

SuperiorPAK Lifting System:

1. Using a multimeter ensure that the digital IO

input (Red wire on digital I/0, Red Quick

Connect 1) is receiving a signal upon bin lift.

2. If the unit is still experiencing issues contact

3Logix Support for further Diagnosis or to

organise a repair.

Bucher Lifting System:

1. Ensure the cable connecting the Master Node

to Can Port 1 is in good condition and con-

nected securely.

2. Check to see that the EVC094 Bucher Cable

is connected to Can Port 1 on the

Yellow/Green quick connect cable.

3. If the unit is still experiencing issues contact

3Logix Support for further Diagnosis or to

organise a repair.

General Diagnostics:

1. Inspect the red quick connect cable to ensure

it has a good connection to the PC and feel

for breaks.

2. There is a possibility that if the unit has

recently been connected to bin lift where

it wasn't previously there could be software

conflicts or is not set up correctly. If other

troubleshooting fails contact 3Logix Support

for configuration.

WEIGHTS NOT REGISTERING

1. Check the Yellow/Green quick connect cable

from the PC to ensure it is connected and free

of damage.

2. Contact the weights supplier to ensure that

they have made the Can Port 1 available to

the 3Logix system.

3. There is a possibility that if the unit has

recently been connected to weights where

it wasn't previously there could be software

conflicts or is not set up correctly. If other

troubleshooting fails contact 3Logix Support

for configuration.

3. If the unit is still experiencing issues contact 3Logix Support for further Diagnosis or to organise

a repair.

1. Ensure the connections to the BNC on the

light blue quick connect cable have a good

connection and aren't damaged.

2. Check the camera has a good 12V power

supply and there is no damage to any cables

from the camera back to the light blue quick

connect cable, this can be tested by replacing

the non-working camera with a functioning

device if one is available.
