Thank you for purchasing our digital scale (TUFF-WEIGH series). With normal care and
proper treatment, this scale will provide years of reliable service.
General Maintenance and Care
1. Avoid exposure to extreme heat or cold. Also avoid any kind of moisture. Always allow
your scale to acclimate to normal room temperature before use.
2. Keep your scale in a clean and dry environment. Dust, dirt, moisture, vibration, air
currents and proximity to other electronic equipment may have an adverse effect on the
accuracy and reliability of the scale.
3. Handle the scale with care. Gently apply all items to be weighed on the tray top.
Although this scale is designed to be quite durable, avoid rough treatment, as this may
permanently damage the internal parts. Always avoid shaking and dropping. This is a
precision instrument and should be handled with extreme care.

Operation
1. Place the scale on a leveled surface & press the “ON/OFF” key to turn on the scale or
power it off.
2. Wait until the LCD display shows “0.0”or “0.00”, then press the “MODE” key to choose
the weighing unit.
3. Place the item to be weighed on the platform and wait until the reading is stable.
Tare Function
1. Turn on the scale as described above.
2. Place the “tare item” on the platform. Press “TARE” key and wait until the LCD displays
zero.
3. Scale can now be used for weighing. Add the “net-weight-item”.
Calibration
1. When the scale is turned off, press the “ON/OFF”key to turn on the scale. Wait until the
LCD display shows “0.0”or “0.00”.
2. Press and hold the “MODE” key until the display shows “CAL”, then release the button.
Press the “MODE” key again and the required calibration weight will flash on the display.
Place the required weight onto the center of the platform.
3. The LCD display reads “PASS” and come back to the normal weighing mode.
Calibration is now complete.
Auto-Off setting
1. The defaultAuto-Off is programmed to shut off after 180 seconds of inactivity.
2. To change the Auto-Off time setting or disable this function, please follow these steps:

① Turn on the scale and wait till the display shows zero. Press and hold “TARE”key
until the displays shows “180”. Now release the button.
② Press the “MODE” key to cycle through your choices of “0/60/120/180”seconds.
Then press “ON/OFF” key to confirm your setting. Now turn on the scale to begin
weighing.
Disable Auto-Off: if user chooses “0”seconds in previous step, it means the
Auto-Off function is disabled. To keep a longer battery life, please turn the scale off by
pressing the “ON/OFF” key after each use.
Warning
1. “LO”: Low voltage. Please replace the batteries.
2. “O-Ld”: Overload. Please remove item quickly to protect the scale.

vervolgens op "ON/OFF"-toets om uw instelling te bevestigen. Draai nu op de weegschaal
om te beginnen wegen.
Uitschakelen Auto-Off: als de gebruiker "0" seconden kiest in de vorige stap,
betekent dit dat de Auto-Off-functie is uitgeschakeld. Om een langere levensduur van de
batterij te houden, schakelt de weegschaal uit door op de "ON/OFF"-toets na elk gebruik.
Waarschuwing
1. "LO": lage spanning. Vervang dan de batterijen.
2. "O-Ld": Overload. Gelieve te verwijderen snel om de schaal te beschermen.
Garantie
Het product wordt beschermd door een 1-jaar garantie vanaf de datum van aankoop. Voor
