Die voreingestellte Funktion Auto-Add ermöglicht das automatische Addieren der Einzeler-
gebnisse zu einer Gesamtsumme.
1. Münzen in den Münzbecher füllen.
2. Münzbecher auf die Wiegeauflage stellen.
Tipp: Noch schneller zählen Sie Ihre Münzen direkt mit Ihren
Kassencups!
Münzrollen wiegen RS )
Mit dieser Funktion können Sie Münzrollen zählen. Im SETUP-Menü können Sie die Funktion COIN ROLL
auswählen.Wählen Sie mit den PfeiltastenON zur Aktivierung bzw.OFF zur Deaktivierung derCOIN ROLL-Funktion
aus und bestätigen Sie mit OK. Legen Sie die Münzrollen in beliebiger Reihenfolge auf die Wiegeauflage, die
Waage erkennt die Rollen automatisch. Den Münzrollenzählmodus mit „ > “ verlassen.
Banknoten wiegen
Pro Schritt ca. 12 Banknoten stoßweise auflegen (die bereits aufgelegten Scheine nicht vom Gerät entfernen!).

der kleinsten Sorte der ausgewählten Währung. Diese Funktion ist voreingestellt.

Referenzwiegen
Diese Funktion ermöglicht es Ihnen, die Waage auch für andere Gegenstände zu verwenden als nur ausschließlich
für Münzen und Banknoten, wie zum Beispiel für Rezepte, Schrauben, etc. Im SETUP-Menü können Sie die
Funktion Reference auswählen. Bestätigen Sie die Einstellung mit der OK-Taste, daraufhin blinkt die Funktion
Reference durchgehend, bis die Gegenstände aufgelegt werden. Sobald Sie 20 Gegenstände auf die Wiegeauflage
gelegt haben, ertönt ein Signal. Anschließend drücken Sie auf die OK-Taste und verlassen Sie das Setup-Menü
über die CLEAR-Taste. Um die Gegenstände wiegen zu können, müssen Sie die Info-Taste 2 Sekunden gedrückt
halten, damit die Waage in das richtige Menü wechselt.

Freiwiegemodus
Die Funktion Freiwiegemodus ermöglicht Ihnen diverse Gegenstände zu wiegen, ohne vorher eine Einstellung
vorzunehmen. Halten Sie die Infotaste gedrückt um in das Freiwiegemodus zu gelangen. Sie können durch
erneutes Drücken der Infotaste die Gewichtseinheit ändern.
Verfügbare Gewichtseinheiten:
g = gramm
oz = ounce
Bitte beachten Sie, dass dieser Modus nur benutzt werden kann, wenn Referenzwiegen deaktiviert ist.
Die maximale Belastbarkeit liegt bei 1 kg.
Info: Die RS1000 / RS1200 ist keine eichfähige Waage und deshalb nicht zum Abwiegen verkäuflicher Produkte
zugelassen.

Mit der Funktion Float können Sie einen bestimmten Geldbetrag in der Kasse für den nächsten Tag oder den
nächsten Benutzer belassen. Um Float zu aktivieren oder anzupassen, müssen Sie die Float Funktion im Setup
Menü auswählen. Verwenden Sie die Pfeiltasten, um den genauen Float Betrag einzustellen oder die Funktion zu
deaktivieren. Sie können einen beliebigen Float Betrag zwischen 0 und 500 in 5er Schritten wählen. Der Standard
Float Betrag ist . Speichern Sie den gewünschten Betrag durch Drücken von derOK-Taste. Wenn die Float Funktion
aktiviert ist, beginnt der Zählvorgang mit einem negativen Wert, sprich mit der gewählten Float Summe (wenn der
Float Wert 50 ist, beginnt die Zählung bei -50). Die gewogenen Münzen und Scheine werden zu dem negativen
Startwert addiert. Durch die Aktivierung der Float Funktion wird die Verwendung der Referenz Wägung deaktiviert.
Durch kurzes Drücken der Infotaste gelangen Sie zu der Wechselgeldübersicht.
Durch langes Drücken der Infotaste, blenden Sie die Float Funktion im Zählvorgang temporär aus.

Ist ein Belegdrucker an den Druckeranschluss der Geldwaage angeschlossen, kann durch Halten der OK-Taste ein
Beleg gedruckt werden.

Einzelergebnis
Wählen Sie die gewünschte Sorte aus, die Sie vom Zählergebnis löschen möchten. Anschließend drücken
Sie gleichzeitig die CLEAR-Taste und die OK-Taste und das Zählergebnis von der gewünschten Sorte wird
gelöscht.
Gesamtergebnis
Drücken Sie die CLEAR-Taste und bestätigen Sie den Löschvorgang mit der OK-Taste. Das Gesamtergebnis
wird gelöscht.

Fehlermeldung Ursache Lösung
Overload too much weight Mehr als 1 kg wurde auf die Waage
gelegt.
Entfernen Sie alle Gewichte von der
Waage.
Empty tray Während des Wiegevorgangs,
wurde eine Taste gedrückt. Das
Wiegeverfahren wurde abgebrochen.
Entfernen Sie das gesamte Gewicht
von der Waage und starten Sie den
Wiegevorgang erneut.
Es wurde mehr als eine Münzrolle
während des Zählvorgangs
entnommen. Die Waage kann die
entnommenen Münzrollen nicht
identizieren.
Nehmen Sie die Münzrollen von der
Waage und beginnen Sie erneut mit
dem Zählvorgang.
Suspect check roll Eine Münzrolle wurde nicht erkannt.
Die Rolle hat eventuell zu viele oder
zu wenige Münzen, es bendet sich
Klebeband auf ihr oder sie ist nass.
Nehmen Sie die Münzrolle von der
Waage.
Korrigieren Sie eventuelle Mängel
an der Verpackung und legen Sie sie
wieder auf die Waage.
Wenn die Rolle immer noch nicht
erkannt wird, müssen Sie diese
entpacken und als lose Münzen
zählen.
Vibration Die Waage steht auf einer unebenen
Oberfläche oder wird durch äußere
Einflüsse erschüttert.
Stellen Sie die Waage auf eine ebene
Fläche und starten Sie die Waage
neu, entfernen Sie äußere Einflüsse.

The preset Auto-Add function enables the automatic addition of the individual results
to a total sum.
1. Fill coins into the coin cup.
2. Place the coin cup on the weighing rest.
Tip: Count your coins even faster directly with your cash cups!
Weighing coin rolls (RS 1200)
This function allows you to count coin rolls. In the SETUP menu you can select the COIN ROLL function. Use the
arrow buttons to select ON to activate or OFF to deactivate the COIN ROLL function and conrm with OK.
Place the coin rollsin any order on the weighingsupport, the scale recognizes the rolls automatically. Exitthe coin
roll counting mode with „ > „.

grade of the selected currency. This function is preset.

Reference weighing
This function allows you to use the scale for other items than just exclusively for coins and banknotes only, such
as prescriptions, screws, etc. In the SETUP menu you can select the Reference function and conrm the setting
by pressing the OK button. Reference function flashes continuously until the objects are placed on it. As soon as
you have placed 20 objects on the weighing support, you will hear a signal. Then press the OK button and exit
the SETUP menu by pressing the CLEAR button. Exit the SETUP menu by pressing the CLEAR button. To be able to
weigh the items, you must hold down the INFO button for 2 seconds so that switches to the correct menu.

Free weighing mode
The free weighing mode function allows you to weigh various objects without having to make any settings
beforehand. Press and hold the INFO button to enter the free weighing mode. You can change the weight unit
when you press the info button again.
Available weight units:
g = gramm
oz = ounce
Please note that this mode can only be used when reference weighing is deactivated. The maximum load capacity
is 1 kg.
Info: The RS1000 / RS1200 is not a legal-for-trade scale and therefore not approved for weighing marketable
products.

The Float function allows you to leave a certain amount of money in the cash register for the next day or the next
user. To activate or adjust Float, you must select the Float function in the SETUP menu. Use the ARROW buttons
to set the exact Float amount or to deactivate the function. You can select any Float amount between 0 and 500
in steps of 5. The default Float amount is 0. Save the desired amount by pressing the +/OK button. If the Float
function is activated, counting starts with a negative value, i.e. with the selected Float sum (if the Float value is
50, counting starts at -50). The weighed coins and notes are added to the negative starting value. Activating the
Float function deactivates the use of the Reference weighing.
Pressing the INFO button briefly takes you to the change overview.
By pressing and holding the INFO button, you can temporarily hide the Float function in the counting process.

A print-out is possible using the optionally available RTP 300 thermal receipt printer. If a receipt printer is
connected to the printer connection of the banknote counter, a receipt can be printed by holding the OK button.

Select the desired variety you want to delete from the count result. Then press the the CLEAR button and
the OK button at the same time and the count result of the desired variety is deleted.

Error messages Problem Solution
Overload too much weight More than 1 kg was put on the
scales.
Remove all weights from the scale.
Empty tray During the weighing process,
a button was pressed. The weighing
procedure was interrupted.
Remove all the weight from the scale
and restart the weighing process.
More than one coin roll has been re-
moved during the counting process.
The scale cannot identify the coin
rolls that have been removed.
Remove the coin rolls from the scale
and start counting again.
Suspect check roll A coin roll was not recognised. The
roll may have too many or too few
coins, there is tape on it or it is wet.
Remove the coin roll from the scale.
Correct any defects in the packaging
and place it back on the scale.
If the roll is still not recognized, you
must unpack it and count it as loose
coins.
Vibration The scale is standing on an uneven
surface or is shaken by external
influences.
Place the scale on a flat surface and
restart the scale, remove external
influences.
Remove some Too many notes were put on during
the counting process.
Remove a few banknotes from
the scale.
Calibrate error The 500g weight was not applied
during calibration or the weighing
sensor is damaged.
Please place the 500g weight on the
weighing hod during calibration. If
the error message is still displayed,
please contact technical support.
