Important safety precautions

How to use Kneading hook, Flat beater, Whisk
1. Place the appliance on a at surface, e.g. a
kitchen counter, and make sure it is standing
rmly.
2. Turn the arm release button (2) clockwise.
At the same time lift the swivel arm (1) with a
hand so that it locks into place with a click. The
swivel arm tilts up.

1. Put the splashguard (9) onto the kneading
hook (10) as shown in the picture. Turn and  x
the hook. The splashguard (9) can prevent the
dough from climbing to the top of the hook.
2. Fit the required accessory (10 with 9, 7 or 8)
onto the motor spindle on the underside of the
swivel arm (1).
3. A. The kneading hook (10) is used for heavy
dough, minced meat or other demanding
kneading jobs.
B. The  at beater (8) is used to mix lighter types
of dough.
C. The whisk (7) is used for whisking cream,
egg whites, etc.
4. Turn the accessory, so the pins on the
spindle are aligned with the depressions on
the accessory top edge. Press the accessory
against the swivel arm and turn it anti-clockwise
at the same time until the pins engage and the
accessory locks into position securely. The
accessory must not be loose nor should you be
able to pull it free.
EN Fit the lid (6) onto the swivel arm and turn it
slightly clockwise, so that it locks into position
securely.
1. Place the food in the mixing bowl (5).
2. Fit the mixing bowl in the recess on the main
house (4).
3. Turn the mixing bowl slightly clockwise, so it
locks into position.

1. Switch off the appliance by turning the speed
control knob to 0 when you have nished
mixing. Switch off the appliance and unplug it
before you change the accessories, or before
you take the appliance apart or when it is not
in use.
2. Turn the swivel arm release button clockwise.
At the same time lift the swivel arm with hand
so that it locks into place with a click. The
swivel arm tilts up.
1. Lower the swivel arm so that it locks into
place with a click. The lid must t tightly with
the mixing bowl, otherwise it is tted incorrectly.
The appliance is now ready for use.
2. Plug the power cord into the main power
outlet.
3. Select the setting you want by using the
recommended speed, time and capacity which
are shown in the table above.
4. If you need to scrape inside the mixing
bowl, wait until the accessory has stopped
completely. Use the spatula, never your ngers.

Cleaning
When cleaning the appliance, you should pay attention to the following points:
• Remove the plug from the main socket, and allow the appliance to cool down
before cleaning it.
• Do not immerse the motor section of the appliance in water and make sure
no water enters the appliance.
• Clean the motor section by wiping it with a damp cloth. A little detergent can
be added if the appliance is heavily soiled.
• Do not use scouring pads, steel wool or any form of strong solvents or abra-
sive cleaning agents to clean the appliance, as they may damage the outside
surfaces of the appliance.
• Take the appliance apart and clean all of the accessories separately. They can
be cleaned in warm soapy water or in the dishwasher. Make sure the parts are
not  xed  rmly in the dishwasher as this may change their shape.
• Be careful not to touch any sharp parts during use and cleaning.
• IMPORTANT! Allow to dry fully after cleaning before using it again. Do not use
the appliance if it’s damp.
• After washing and drying, immediately place the attachment into the protec-
tive sleeve for storage.

• Wanneer het snoer beschadigd is, moet het worden vervangen door de

2In deze positie kunt u de kneedhaak, menghaak
of garde bevestigen.
Wees voorzichtig met draaiende accessoires!
Houd uw vingers uit de buurt van de mengkom wanneer het apparaat in gebruik
is. Wacht tot het apparaat is gestopt met draaien en haal de stekker uit het stop-
contact voordat u accessoires verwisselt. Nadat u het apparaat uitzet, blijft het
nog even nadraaien.
De kneedhaak, menghaak en garde gebruiken
1. Zet het apparaat stevig op een vlakke
ondergrond, zoals het aanrecht.
2. Draai de ontgrendelknop (2) rechtsom.
Beweeg tegelijkertijd de draaiarm (1) omhoog
totdat die vastklikt. De draaiarm staat nu schuin
omhoog.

1. Bevestig het spatdeksel (9) op de kneedhaak
(10) zoals aangegeven. Draai de haak vast.
Het spatdeksel (9) voorkomt dat het deeg naar
boven ‘kruipt’ over de kneedhaak.
2. Bevestig de gewenste accessoire (10 met
9, 8 of 7) op de as aan de onderkant van de
draaiarm.
3. A. De kneedhaak (10) is geschikt voor onder
andere zwaarder deeg en gehakt.
B. De menghaak (8) is geschikt voor lichter
deeg.
C. De garde (7) is geschikt voor het kloppen van
room, eiwit enzovoort.
4. Lijn de pennetjes op de as uit met de
uitsparingen aan de bovenkant van de
accessoire. Duw de accessoire op de draaiarm
en draai hem linksom om vast te zetten. Zorg
dat de accessoire stevig vastzit.
Bevestig het deksel (6) om de arm en draai het
rechtsom om vast te zetten.
1. Doe de ingrediënten in de mengkom (5).
2. Zet de mengkom in de uitsparing in het
onderstel (4).
3. Draai de mengkom rechtsom om hem vast
te zetten.

1. Schakel het apparaat na gebruik uit door
de snelheidsregelaar op 0 te zetten. Schakel
het apparaat uit en haal de stekker uit het
stopcontact voordat u accessoires verwisselt of
het apparaat uit elkaar haalt.
2. Draai de ontgrendelknop voor de draaiarm
rechtsom. Beweeg tegelijkertijd de draaiarm
omhoog totdat die vastklikt. De draaiarm staat
nu schuin omhoog.
1. Beweeg de draaiarm omlaag totdat die
vastklikt. Als het deksel goed is bevestigd, zit
het precies en stevig op de mengkom. Het
apparaat is nu klaar voor gebruik.
2. Steek de stekker in het stopcontact.
3. Selecteer de gewenste stand op basis van
de aanbevolen snelheid, tijd en capaciteit in de
bovenstaande tabel.
4. Wacht totdat het apparaat helemaal is
gestopt met draaien voordat u in de mengkom
roert. Roer altijd met een spatel, niet met uw
vingers.

Belangrijk!
Het water dat u gebruikt bij het bereiden van deeg moet een temperatuur hebben
van maximaal 40 +/-5°C.

Reinigen
Houd bij het schoonmaken van het apparaat rekening met het volgende:
• Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact en laat het apparaat afkoelen voordat u
het schoonmaakt.
• Dompel het onderstel met de motor niet onder in water en laat het niet nat
worden.
• Veeg het onderstel schoon met een vochtige doek. Gebruik wat
schoonmaakmiddel als het apparaat erg vies is.
• Gebruik geen schuurspons, staalwol, oplosmiddelen of chemische
reinigingsmiddelen om het apparaat schoon te maken, om beschadiging van
de buitenkant te voorkomen.
• Haal alle onderdelen los en maak ze afzonderlijk schoon. U kunt ze afwassen
in warm water met afwasmiddel of in de vaatwasser doen. Zorg dat ze niet
klem zitten in de vaatwasser om te voorkomen dat ze van vorm veranderen.
• Wees tijdens het gebruik en schoonmaken voorzichtig met scherpe
onderdelen.
• BELANGRIJK! Zorg dat alle onderdelen goed droog zijn voordat u ze weer
gebruikt. Gebruik het apparaat niet als het vochtig is.
• Berg de accessoires na het schoonmaken en afdrogen meteen op in de
beschermhoes.

2 Installation du crochet pétrisseur, le batteur
plat ou le fouet
Les accessoires rotatifs peuvent provoquer des blessures!
Durant le fonctionnement de l’appareil, tenez vos doigts hors de portée du bol.
Ne changez pas les accessoires avant que l’appareil ne soit immobile et débran-
ché. Lors de la mise en arrêt, le moteur continue de fonctionner pendant un bref
instant.
Utilisation du crochet pétrisseur, batteur plat et fouet
1. Placez l’appareil sur une surface plane, par
ex. un comptoir de cuisine, et assurez-vous qu’il
est posé fermement.
2. Tournez le bouton déclencheur (2) dans le
sens des aiguilles d’une montre. En même
temps, soulevez le bras (1) avec une main pour
qu’il se verrouille en place avec un clic. Le bras
s’incline vers le haut.

1. Placez le pare-éclaboussures (9) sur le
crochet pétrisseur (10) comme illustré. Tournez
et  xez le crochet. Le pare-éclaboussures (9)
empêche la pâte de remonter sur le crochet.
2. Glissez l’accessoire souhaité (10 avec 9, 7 ou
8) sur l’axe du moteur, situé sur le dessous du
bras (1).
3. A. Le crochet pétrisseur (10) s’utilise pour les
pâtes denses, la viande hachée ou tout autre
pétrissage intense.
B. Le batteur plat (8) s’utilise pour mélanger des
types de pâtes moins denses.
C. Le fouet (7) s’utilise pour monter la crème,
les blancs d’œuf, etc.
4. Tournez l’accessoire pour que les branches
de l’axe s’alignent avec les fentes situées sur
le bord supérieur de l’accessoire. Appuyez
l’accessoire contre le bras et tournez-le dans
le sens inverse des aiguilles d’une montre en
même temps, jusqu’à ce que les branches se
glissent dans les fentes et que l’accessoire se
verrouille bien en place. L’accessoire doit être
bien  xé et vous ne devez pas pouvoir le tirer
facilement.
Placez le couvercle (6) sur le bras et tournez-le
légèrement dans le sens des aiguilles d'une
montre pour qu'il se verrouille en place.
1. Placez les aliments dans le bol (5).
2. Placez le bol dans le renfoncement de la
partie principale (4).
3. Tournez le bol légèrement dans le sens des
aiguilles d’une montre pour qu’il se verrouille en
place.
