The BMW Z4 engines are designed to run on RON 9 5 fuel. They may be run on RON 9 1
fuel with a slight decrease in performance. Unleaded fuels of 9 1 RON and higher with a
maximum ethanol percentage of 1 0 % (E1 0 ) are permissible. Performance and consumption
figures apply to RON 9 8 fuel.
