DANGER
Risks of damage!
Do not vacuum up toner, gypsum, cement,
rock or drill dust. These materials may block
the lter and cause damage to the motor.
Cleaning the lter
In order to provide for consistent suction power, the
lter must be cleaned regularly (see Fig. 4). Only rinse
the lter with clean water or clean it with pressurised
air. Do not use any cleaning agents or detergents.
Replacing the lter
The lter is designed for prolonged operation. In the
event, however, that a lter is damaged or lost, you
may acquire a new one through your dealer.
Be sure to check the following:
1. Is the delivery complete?
2. Does the device show any transport damage?
3. Do not start operating the device if the delivery is
incomplete or showing signs of transport damage.

Proper use
The unit is designed to vacuum up loose, dry and wet
dirt such as dust, lint, crumbs on oor surfaces and
upholstered areas in the home and vehicle. The device
can also vacuum up liquids such as e.g. water.
The product is intended exclusively for private use and
may not be used in the professional sphere.
Any other use is deemed improper and may result in
material damages or even injury to persons.
The manufacturer assumes no liability for damages,
which result due to improper use.
Before using the appliance
Check the appliance after unpacking it as well as
before each use for any signs of damage.
If there is any damage, do not operate the appliance
and please notify your dealer.
The operating instructions are based on the standards
and regulations valid in the European Union. Also
observe country-specic regulations and laws when in
foreign countries.
Please read the safety information and oper-
ating instructions carefully before using your
device. This is indispensable for the safe and
reliable use of all functions.
Store the operating instructions, the sales slip and, if
possible, the outer and inner carton.

Safety instructions
DANGER
Hazard: Grid voltage!
Decient electrical installation or excessive
grid voltage may result in an electrical shock.
− The device is designed exclusively for 230
V~/50 Hz alternating voltage.
− Do not operate the device if it exhibits visible dam-
ages or the mains cord resp. mains plug is defec-
tive.
− Do not open the casing, rather allow qualied
personnel to perform repairs. For this, consult a
qualied workshop. Liability claims and claims
to warranty are excluded in the event of repairs
performed individually, improper connection or
incorrect operation.
− Only parts corresponding to the original device
specications may be used for repairs. Electrical
and mechanical components are contained in this
device, which are essential for protection against
potential causes of risk.
− Never reach into the inside of the device during
operation.
− Do not submerge the device or the mains cord or
plug in water.
− Never come into contact with the mains plug with
wet hands.

− Never attempt to grasp an electric appliance if it has
fallen in water. In such a case, immediately discon-
nect the mains plug.
− Keep the device, the mains plug and the mains cord
away from open ames and hot surfaces.
− If you are not using the device, are cleaning it or in
the event of a fault, deactivate it and always remove
the plug from the socket.
− Check the device and cord regularly for damages.
− Never use the mains cord as a transport strap.
−Render the device, which has outlived its purposes,
unusable.
DANGER
Hazard for children!
Children often do not recognise risks or
underestimate them.
– Never allow children to play with the packaging foil.
They may catch themselves in it and suffocate.
– Ensure that children do not have access to the
device when they are unsupervised.
– Children may only use the device when unsupervised
if they have received appropriate instruction enabling
them to use the device in a safe manner and to
understand the dangers associated with incorrect
operation!
– Despite the lter, a limited amount of dirt particles
may still be present in the outgoing air of the vacuum
cleaner. Such particles may trigger allergic reactions
if inhaled by small children. As such, do not use the
vacuum cleaner in the direct vicinity of children.
DANGER
Explosion hazard!
The formation of sparks may trigger an explo-
sion.
– Never vacuum up ammable liquids such as
e.g. gasoline with this device.
ATTENTION
Risk due to incorrect operation!
Improper handling of the device may result in
damages.
–The device may only be used by persons,
who are aware of the dangers and unique qualities of
the device.
– Never cover the appliance, never sit or stand on it.
– Only use the device if the lter has been inserted.
Otherwise dust or liquids, which have been vacu-
umed up, will penetrate the device itself.
– The lter may not exhibit any damages.
– The air intake on the nozzles may become blocked.
In such a case, immediately turn off the device and
remove the blockage before you continue vacuum-
ing.
– Never subject the device to high temperatures
(heater etc.) or the inuences of weather (rain, etc.).

Charging the rechargeable battery
• See Fig. 5 – 6.
Prior to the rst use, fully charge the rechargeable
battery. If necessary, depress the buttons 7on both
sides of the rechargeable battery 6and remove the
rechargeable battery from the device.
• Mount the rechargeable battery on the charging
station 15 and connect the mains plug with a socket.
During the charging operation, the charge control
light on the charging station 15 will illuminate. If the
green light is illuminated, then the rechargeable bat-
tery has been fully charged.
• If the rechargeable battery is very hot after use, al-
low it to cool off for approx. 30 min and then set it on
the charging station.
Operation
• See Fig. 2 and 7.
• Mount one of the suction nozzles included in the
product contents as needed (see Fig. 2).
• Turn the device on resp. off using the On/Off
switch 4.
• Recharge the rechargeable battery as needed.
Emptying the dust bin
ATTENTION
Risk due to incorrect operation!
Improper handling of the device may result in
damages.
– Only use the device if a lter in acceptable
condition has been inserted. Otherwise the dust or
liquids, which have been vacuumed up, will penetrate
the device itself.
• See Fig. 3 – 4.
• Empty the dust bin 2 once it has been lled up to the
max. mark.
• While depressing the release button 3, remove the
dust bin 2.
Remove the liquid separator 13 from the dust bin 2,
empty the dust bin 2.
Remove the permanent lter 14 from the liquid
separator 13.
• Wash out the lter with clean water every time after
having vacuumed up liquids. Do not use any clean-
ers.
Only insert a completely dry lter.
Care and maintenance
DANGER
Danger of short circuit!
Ensure that no water penetrates the motor
casing. Never submerge the device in water.
• Wipe the casing off with a damp cloth and then dry
it thoroughly. No liquids may penetrate the motor
casing 5.
• Never use aggressive cleaners or those containing
solvents (e.g. gasoline, thinner etc.). Such cleaners
damage the surface.
