Product Assembly
STEP 2: Install Hexagon Sleeve
a. Insert the correct Hexagon Sleeve into the handlebar tube, aligning the
hole to match the side of the Cap Screw during STEP 3a.
● SPX or SPX-Mag use part #10a (larger Hexagon Sleeve)
● SPR or SPT-Mag use part #10b (smaller Hexagon Sleeve)

b. Then continue by installing the Main Frame
Assembly (01-ASM) into the Hexagon Sleeve
(10a or 10b).
c. Confirm the Main Frame Assembly (01-ASM)
inside the tube, is not extended out past the
“Max” line marked on top of frame.
STEP 3a: Securing Frame
Secure both the Hexagon Sleeve (10a or 10b) and the Main
Frame Assembly (01-ASM) to the handlebar tube using the
existing Cap Screw (M5 x P1.0 x 10mm L ) (A) from STEP 1.
NOTE: Double confirm the Cap Screw is tightened down to
withstand vigorous training usage.
STEP 3: Install Connect-22
Secure the Connect-22 (Connect-22-001) to the
Main Frame Assembly (01-ASM) using the hardware
pre-attached to the back of the Connect-22 (Connect-22-001):
● 4: Flat Washers (M5)
● 4: Lock Washers (M5)
● 4: Philips Head Screws (M5 x 1.0p x 15mm L)
NOTE: Double confirm the Screws are tightened down to withstand vigorous usage.
01-ASM
STEP 1: Install Main Frame Assembly
a. Place the Main Frame Assembly (01-ASM) into the
top of the Computer Arm.
b. Then place the Support Bracket, Bottom (007)
under the Computer Arm.
c. Secure the Main Frame Assembly (001-ASM) to the
Support Bracket, Bottom (007) with the follow
hardware:
i. 4: Bolts, Allen Head, M8 x 20mm L (008)
ii. 4: Nut, Nylon Lock, M8 x 1.25 P (009)
STEP 2 – “Torque Time” Tighten the Nuts, Nylon Lock
(009) to the Recommended Torque Specs of 20 ft-lbs (+/- 2 lbs).
STEP 4: Power Supply & Back Cover
Install the Power Supply (Connect-22-005) then the
Back Cover (Connect-22-011) to the Connect-22
(Connect-22-001) using the follow hardware that was
pre-attached:
● 1: Philips Head Screws (M3 x 6mm L)
NOTE: Back Cover not required, only for cosmetic.
TORQUE WRENCH 3/8 DRIVE
THE FOLLOWING TOOLS ARE RECOMMENDED FOR ASSEMBLY:
20 ft-lbs
+/- 2 lbs
