Montagehandleiding tbv. handpomp HP02
Deze handleiding is geschreven om u te begeleiden bij de montage van de Mh2o
handpomp type HP02, geschikt voor aansluiting op een waterleiding. Handleidingen
van andere Mh2o producten kunt u vinden op www.mh2opompen.nl
Voorbereiding:
Wij gaan er bij deze montagehandleiding
vanuit dat de locatie van de pomp al
volledig ingericht is om de pomp te kunnen
plaatsen.
In het kort:
• De meegeleverde voetplaat en bijbe-
horende draadeinden zijn al waterpas in-
gegoten in een betonnen fundatie, of u
heeft alle voorbereidingen voor een andere
deugdeljke bevestiging getroffen.
• De draadeinden zijn op 25mm voor de
buitenste en op 16mm voor de middelste
boven de voetplaat afgekort.
• Er is voorzien in een 20mm tyleen toe-
voerleiding, die loodrecht vanuit het midden
van de voetplaat omhoog komt. Deze steekt
minimaal 80cm boven de voetplaat uit. Deze toevoerleiding is aangesloten op het
waterleidingnetwerk door middel van een afsluiter en is op het laagste punt
voorzien van een aftapkraan.
• Er is voorzien in voldoende afwateringsmogelijkheden, voor overtollig
opgepompt of gemorst water.
Vereist gereedschap:
• steek of ringsleutel 17mm
• waterpomptang
• scherp mes
• rolmaat
• PTFE tape
• stukje stevig plakband, bijvoorbeeld
duct-tape
Opmerkingen:
• Installatie van de HP02 handpomp
is mogelijk met één persoon maar het is
aan te bevelen om het uitlijnen van chas-
sis en waterleiding samen te doen.
• Het zwaarste deel van de pomp, het
chassis weegt 16kg

1. Wikkel het schroefdraad van de kraan in
met PTFE-tape, wikkel rechtsom en gebruik
minimaal 3 lagen. Draai het zwarte ge-
deelte van de meegeleverde knelkoppeling
stevig met de hand vast op de kraan.
Gebruik eventueel een waterpomptang
maar borg de kranen in dat geval geval
zodat deze niet verdraaien.
2. Zet het pomp chassis op een vlakke
ondergrond en meet nauwkeurig de afstand
van de vloer (voetplaat) tot de bovenkant
van het dikke stuk van het zwarte deel van
de knelkoppeling. Het is belangrijk dat u
deze stap nauwkeuring uitvoert. Te kort
betekent geen goede aansluiting, te lang
betekent dat de pomp niet op de voetplaat
komt te staan.
3. Kort de toevoerleiding af op een halve centimeter minder als de bij stap 2
gemeten afstand boven de voetplaat. Ontbraam de leiding zorgvuldig en voorzie
deze rondom van een schuine rand zodat deze gemakkelijker de knelkoppeling in
gaat. Spoel de leiding kort door om er zeker van te zijn dat er geen stukjes slang in
de kranen terecht komen.
4. Voorzie de toevoer leiding op 8 centi-
meter van de bovenzijde van een stuk tape.
Schuif vervolgens eerst het blauwe en dan
het witte gedeelte van de knelkoppeling op
de toevoerleiding. Beiden met de breedste
zijde naar boven. Verzeker u ervan dat
deze geborgd worden door het stuk tape.
Hierdoor zorgt u ervoor dat deze bereikbaar
blijven bij montage.

5. Pak nu het chassis, en zet deze over de
toevoerleiding heen. Verzeker u ervan dat
de toevoerleiding in het zwarte gedeelte
van de snelkoppeling schuift. Geleid deze
met uw handen en duw de koppeling en
chassis zo ver mogelijk over de slang.
Als u correct gemeten heeft staat het chas-
sis nu stevig op de voetplaat. Als dit niet
het geval is dan heeft u de toevoerlei-
ding waarschijnlijk te lang gelaten. Til het
chassis weer van de toevoerleiding en haal een stukje van de toevoerleiding af en
probeer opnieuw.
6. Reik van boven af in de chassiskoker en
breng het blauwe en witte gedeelte van
de snelkoppeling omhoog. Schroef het
blauwe op het zwarte gedeelte van de
snelkoppeling. Hiermee wordt de leiding
stevig vastgeklemd.
Breng de toevoerleiding op druk en con-
troleer of er geen lekkages zijn. Wanneer
dit wel het geval is probeer de koppeling
dan iets vaster te draaien. Druk beide
kranen een aantal keer in om er zeker van te zijn dat de kranen naar behoren
werken.
7. Zet het chassis vast op de voetplaat door aan beide zijden op het middelste
draadeinde een dopmoer te draaien.
8. Schuif de behuizing met gemonteerde bedieningshendel over het
chassis heen totdat beide voetplaten elkaar raken. Zet de behuizing vast
door de dopmoeren op de overige vier draadeinden te draaien.
9. De montage van de pomp is nu compleet. Verzeker u ervan dat alles
naar behoren werkt. Controleer of de pomp tijdens de montage geen
beschadigingen heeft opgelopen. Loop de pomp na op bramen en scherpe
randen waaraan gebruikers zich aan kunnen bezeren.
