INTEGRATED CONE COFFEE GRINDER
The coffee station is classified as a full-scale espresso machine, that is why
brewing of each cup begins with beans grinding. The grinding degree control
(18 levels) allows varying coffee beans fineness in accordance with taste
preferences and the variety of coffee.
GROUND COFFEE CONTROL
The option of smooth and precise ground coffee amount control will allow you
to achieve the desired strength of espresso.
PRECISE TEMPERATURE AND PRESSURE
CONTROL
The coffee station is equipped with a pressure gauge and temperature control
sensor for the best coffee extraction.

RESIDUAL MOISTURE EXTRACTION
FUNCTION
At the final stage of espresso making the integrated electronic valve removes
residual moisture ensuring easy cleaning of the filter.
PRE-BREWING FUNCTION
Before brewing, hot water is pumped through the heating system for a short
time, causing the ground coffee to moisten and swell, and thus increasing the
pressure to obtain rich coffee aroma.
PROGRAMMING OPTION
The programming function allows to store user settings of espresso
volume for one or two cups.

PRESS FOR GROUND COFFEE
The press allows to ram coffee without taking the press out of the niche and is
also ideal for manual pressing.
Before ramming evenly distribute ground coffee in the filter.
SINGLE AND DOUBLE BOTTOM FILTERS
Tanks to the single and double bottom filters you receive an additional
opportunity to select your unique coffee flavor and feel like a real barista.
Single filters are meant for fine-ground coffee. Double filters are recommended
for coarse-ground coffee.

AUTOMATIC COOLING OF THE HEATING
ELEMENT
After using the Cappuccinatore a little amount of water is automatically passed
through the heating element to cool it down to the optimal espresso brewing
temperature.
CUP WARMER PANEL
You can warm up the dishes and maintain the best temperature before serving
coffee. The warmed up cups preserve the creamy texture of espresso.
The cup warmer panel starts to heat right after switching of the coffee station.

CAPPUCCINO FUNCTION
The Cappuccinatore can be set into any convenient position thanks to the ball
joint rotating at 360°. With the Cappuccinatore nozzle you can easily make
magnificent milk froth.
FULL CLEANING CYCLE
The system’s full cleaning cycle facilitates the coffee maker treatment even
when using hard water. It is not necessary to wash the parts of the coffee
station manually.
ENERGY SAVING MODE
After 30 minutes of stand-by the coffee station automatically switches into the energy
saving mode reducing energy consumption by 50%.
After 2 hours of stand by the coffee station switches off automatically.
In order to exit from the energy saving mode press the button to brew one or
two cups of coffee.

CONTROL PANEL
POWER — switch on / off button
GRIND AMOUNT — ground coffee amount control
Controls the strength of espresso
FILTER SIZE — FILTER SIZE SELECTION BUTTON
Press the button to set the size of the filter placed
in the holder.
SINGLE / DOUBLE — light indicators of filter size.
Make sure that the switched indicator corresponds
to the filter set in the holder.
PROGRAM — programming mode button Press the
PROGRAM button to enter the programming mode.
Press button for one portion or
for two portions of coffee and pour the necessary
amount of espresso. Repeated pressing of button
or will keep the settings in the memory,
and the coffee station will make two sound signals.
In order to cancel the settings hold down the
PROGRAM button until the coffee station makes
three sound signals.

CLEAN

Switches on automatically when it is necessary

GRINDING DEGREE CONTROL
Choose the desired grinding degree by turning the
control. The first 3 levels are recommended for
double bottom filters.
Adjust the grinding degree only when the coffee
grinder is on. Grinding degree adjustment when the
coffee grinder is off will lead to sticking of coffee
beans between the millstones, additional operating
noise and, a result, failure of the appliance.
MODE SELECT SWITCH
For milk frothing turn the switch into position .
To switch on espresso mode or stand by mode turn
the switch into STANDBY position.
After 5 minutes of continuous steam supply the
steam function will be automatically off. Set the
switch in STANDBY position.
INTERGRAL COFFEE GRINDER
Before using the coffee grinder turn the locking
mechanism located in the container clockwise
through 90° in the LOCK position.
For convenient cleaning of the beans container set
the blocking mechanist in the UNLOCK position.
CASE FOR ACCESSORIES
Insert the case for accessories in the base of the
coffee station and move it against the back wall.
REMOVABLE TRAY FOR DROPS
Assemble the tray for drops upon setting of the
filling indicator and the grid and place the tray in
the coffee station’s base against the stop.
When the filling indicator turns into position FULL,
it is necessary to remove water from the tray.
REMOVABLE WATER CONTAINER
Fill in the container with cold drinking water. The
volume of the water container is 2 l.
Before washing the container take off the filter.

GROUND COFFEE COMPARTMENT
Set the necessary amount of ground coffee using
the grind amount control. Place the filter holder in
the compartment and press forward to activate the
ON button of the coffee grinder, which is located in
the compartment. Before pressing evenly distribute
ground coffee in the filter.
For manual adjustment of ground coffee amount
press and hold down the ON button of the coffee
grinder.
If you use ready ground coffee to make a 30 ml
portion add one measuring spoon.
FILTER FOR 1 OR 2 CUPS
Place the filter in the holder.
The 1 cup filter is meant for brewing 30 ml of
espresso, the 2 cups filter is meant for 60 ml of
espresso.
Press the FILTER SIZE button to set the size of the
filter placed in the holder.
FILTER HOLDER
Before installation of the filter holder turn the
mode select switch into STANDBY position.
Place the filter holder into the brewing unit and
turn the holder’s handle against the stop.
CAPPUCCINATORE TUBE
In order to receive milk froth immerse the
Cappuccinatore tube, so that the end was a little
lower than the milk surface, and rotate smoothly by
the perimeter of the jar. Do not let milk rise above the
nozzle.
Use the nozzle and cold fat-free milk to receive rich
froth.
MANOMETER
See that the arrow is within the ESPRESSO RANGE,
which corresponds to ideal pressure for making
espresso. Pressure reduction leads to incomplete
extraction – espresso will be watery. Pressure

CLEANINGSAFETY PRECAUTIONS AND ADVICE
• Make sure that this operating manual is safety
kept.
• The coffee station is not meant for usage by
unattended children.
• Before using the coffee station make sure that it
is correctly and entirely assembled.
• Add only cold drinking water into the container.
• Never take off the filter holder during operation
of the coffee station: coffee is brewed under
pressure.
• Do not switch on the coffee station if the water
container is empty.
• Carefully wash the water container, the
filter holder, filters, the brewing unit and the
Cappuccinatore tube after usage of cleaning
agents.
• Upon detection of any damages immediately
suspend operation of the coffee station and bring
it to the nearest service center for testing, repair
or replacement.
• For safety reasons all operations on repair
and maintenance of the coffee station shall be
performed only by authorized representatives of
BORK certified service centers.
• Wash all removable parts before usage of the
coffee station.
• Adjust the grinding degree only when the coffee
grinder is on. Grinding degree adjustment when
the coffee grinder is off will lead to sticking of
coffee beans between the millstones, additional
operating noise and, a result, failure of the
appliance.
• When buying ground coffee make sure that the
grind suits for usage in espresso coffee stations.
For proper extraction coffee must be evenly
compacted in the filter.
• 7 g of coffee are needed to brew one standard
portion of espresso, which corresponds to the
measuring spoon volume.
• In order to warm up milk without frothing take off
the Cappuccinatore nozzle.
• Store the coffee station in the vertical position.
During storage do not place any objects on the
upper panel of the coffee station.
• Before brewing it is recommended to let some
water flow though the brewing unit by turning of
the mode select switch to position . This will
clean the brewing unit, ensure its heating and
stabilize temperature.
AUTOMATIC CYCLE OF FULL CLEANING
CLEAN indicator will be on when it is necessary to
make full cleaning.
• Fill the container with water to the maximum
level mark.
• Place the cleaning disk in the one cup filter.
• Place cleaning tablets above and install the
holder in the brewing unit.
• Place a 500 ml reservoir below the brewing unit.
• Make sure that the coffee station is off. Press
consecutively , and POWER and hold
down during 3 seconds.
• The full cleaning cycle with begin and last for 5
minutes. Upon completion you will hear 2 sound
signals.
• Remove the filter holder and make sure that the
cleaning tablet is fully dissolved.
If necessary, repeat the cleaning cycle. Do not use
a new cleaning tablet.
CLEANING OF THE WATER FILTER
It is recommended to clean the water filter before
the first use of the filter.
Take off the filter from the container, remove
it from the casing and immerse into the water
reservoir for 5 minutes. Then wash the filter and its
casing with running water. The water filter must be
replaced every 2 months.

KIT OF ACCESSORIESCLEANING
SCALE REMOVAL
Add scale removal liquid to the water container.
Alternately switch on brewing and steam modes,
until the solution in the container is not over. Wash
the container with clear running water and repeat
cleaning using clear water. Remove scale timely,
every 2-3 months.
CLEANING OF THE COFFEE GRINDER
In order to remove coffee oils switch on the empty
coffee grinder upon placement of the empty filter
holder in the coffee compartment. Then switch
off the coffee station, take off the beans container
by turning the blocking mechanism through 90°
in UNLOCK position and remove it. Clean the
compartment with millstones and the axis of the
coffee grinder with the brush.
CLEANING OF THE CAPPUCCINATORE
AND THE NOZZLE
It is necessary to clean the Cappuccinatore tube
and the nozzle right after usage.
Wash the nozzle with running water. Clean the
Cappuccinatore tube using the steam mode and
the cleaning tool. For deeper cleaning remove the
Cappuccinatore.
CLEANING OF THE BREWING UNIT, THE
FILTER HOLDER AND COFFEE FILTERS
Wipe surfaces of the brewing unit with a wet napkin.
It is necessary to wash the holder and filters with
running water after each usage. Use the cleaning
tool for deeper cleaning.
CLEANING OF THE CASING
Wipe the casing and the cup warmer panel with
a soft wet napkin and then with a dry napkin or use
a special agent for cleaning stainless steel.
