When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed
including the following:
. Read all instructions before using the heater.
. It is intended for household use only. Do not use outdoors or commercially.
. Do not use the heater other than for its intended use.
. Do not use this heater in the immediate surrounding of a bath, a shower, swimming pool,
laundry areas, or similar indoor locations. Never place the heater in a position from where it
may fall in to a bath tub or other body of water.
. The heater must not be located directly below a socket outlet.
. The heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch the hot
surface. Do not move the heater when plugged or hot.
make sure your hands are dry to prevent an electric shock.
. Caution-High temperature, keep electrical cords, drapery, furniture, papers, clothes and
other furnishings at least m from the front of the heater and away from the side and rear.
Leave sufficient space all around the heater. Do not place any objects in front of the heater.
. Do not run the cord under carpeting. Do not cover the cord with throw rugs, runners, or
the like. Arrange the cord away from traffic areas and where it will not be tripped over.
Always plug the heater into a properly grounded power socket. Always plug heater directly
into a wall outlet/receptacle .Never use with an extension cord or relocatable power tap
(outlet/power strip)
. In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.
. To avoid fires, do not block air intakes or exhaust or insert foreign objects in any manner.
. Before unplugging the power cord, be sure to turn off the power. When touching the unit,
. Do not use this heater with a programmer, timer or any other device that switches on the
heater automatically, since a fire risk exists, if the heater is covered or positioned incorrectly.
. To reduce the risk of fire, the heater must not be installed close to curtains, clothes, beds
and other combustible materials. The heater has hot, arcing & sparking parts inside.
Do not use it in areas where gasoline, paint or other volatile or flammable liquids are
used or stored.
. Check the power cord and plug carefully before use to make sure that it is not damaged.
Do not operate the heater with a damaged power cord or plug or if the heater is
malfunctioning. Contact the Borosil Authorized Service Centre.
. This appliance is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
. Never allow children to operate the heater. Extreme care must be taken when the heater is
used near children. Do not let children play with parts of the packing (such as plastic bags).
Do not let the power cord overhang the edge of a tabletop where a child could reach.
INTRODUCTION
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

. Always unplug the heater when not in use.
. The heater is designed to provide supplemental heat only for residential applications and
should not be used as a continuous primary heat source.
. Do not use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
. Use this heater only as described in this manual. Any other uses not recommended may
cause fire, electric shock, or personal injury and may void the warranty.
. When scrapping the heater, follow the regulations concerning the disposal of oil.
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
. This heater is filled with a precise quantity of special oil. Repairs requiring opening of the
oil container are only to be made Borosil Authorized Service Centre who should be
contacted if there is an oil leak.

) Remove all packaging.
) Before using the heater make sure that it is on a flat and stable plane and heat resistant
surface. away from hot objects and naked flames. Damage may occur if it is placed on an
inclined surface.
Notice: When your heater is heated for the first time, it may emit slight smoke or odor. This is
normal with many heating appliances. This does not affect the safety of your appliance.
GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS:
WARNING:
A short power-supply cord is provided to reduce the hazards resulting from entanglement or
tripping over longer cord. If it is necessary to use an extension cord, it should be positioned in
such a way that it does not drape over the counter or tabletop where it can be pulled on by
children or tripped over and;
. The marked rating of the extension cord must be equal to or greater than the rating of
the appliance.
This appliance is equipped with -wire cord having a grounded plug. This plug must be
plugged into a properly installed and grounded outlet.
Improper use of the grounding wire may result in the risk of electric shock. Consult a qualified
electrician if necessary. Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature by modifying the plug.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Assemble the Castor wheels before operating the heater.
WARNING: Do not operate without wheels attached. Do operate the heater only in upright position
(feet on the bottom, controls on the top), any other position could create a hazardous situation.
. Repeat , , and on the rear of radiator
for mounting of the rear Castors.
Note: the rear castors must be mounted
between the end two fins.

. Place the radiator body upside-down on a scratch-free location, make sure
it is stable and will not fall.
. To attach the castor mounting plate to the radiator body, you should insert
the threaded ends of the U bolt in the holes on the castor mounting plate.
Note: do not over tighten, which may cause the damage of radiator flange.
. Screw the wing nuts back to the U bolt and fasten the wing nut properly.
. Screw off the wing nuts from the U-shaped bolt provided, attach the
U shaped bolt to the U-facing flange between first and second fins
(near the front cover).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
. Switch ON the power switch and select the heat setting. (I, II or III)
. Set the thermostat knob to the MAX” temperature setting.
. Once the room temperature stabilizes with maximum temperature setting, reset the thermostat
to desired level.
. The Power Indicator will glow if the temperature is below the setting value of the thermostat.
. After use turn the power switch to OFF position, the thermostat knob to MIN position and
pull out the power plug.
. There will be a ticking sound during initial heating due to oil expansion. This is normal and not a
manufacturing defect.
NOTE:
• It may take some time to reach desired temperature depending upon room size.
• Parts illustrated in this user manual are indicative only, parts provided with the product may
differ with illustrations.
. Insert the power plug into the electric supply socket, with the power switch in the OFF position
and the thermostat control knob at minimum position.
• Specifications are subject to change without notice.
SAFETY FEATURES
This product has protection safeguards that shut off the product when parts become excessively
hot or if it tips over. If the product shuts off, immediately turn the Control to the OFF position
and unplug it from the electric outlet.
Place the product on a flat, level, stable surface in order to prevent the product from tipping
over again.
IF TIPPED OVER:

WARNING: DO NOT IMMERSE HEATER IN WATER or allow water to drip into the housing,
as this could cause an electric shock hazard.!
Wind the cable round the cord winder, and then store the heater in the polybag in the box in a
cool, dry place.
CAUTION:
Note: ALWAYS UNPLUG THE CORD BEFORE MOVING OR SERVICING.
Do not use gasoline, benzine, thinner, harsh cleaners, etc. as they will damage the heater.
NEVER USE ALCOHOL OR SOLVENTS.
. Wipe the outer surface of the fins and heater with a soft damp cloth only and dry with another
cloth. This will help in proper radiation of heat. Do not attempt to take heater apart.

STORAGE:
. The heater must be switched off and the plug must be removed from the socket outlet before
cleaning or when the heater is not in use. Remove the plug by pulling the plug & not the cord
and wait for the heater to cool.

To prevent possible harm to the environment or human health from uncontrolled
waste disposal, recycle this product responsibly to promote sustainable reuse of
material resources.

Borosil Authorized Service Centre and provide information about the defect with the
model number and serial number of the product.
1) Product is not used according to user manual.
2) Defects caused by improper or reckless use.

This product comes with a warranty of Two Years on product from the date of purchase as
specified on the Warranty Card. This is against all defective material or workmanship. In the
event of a defect, Borosil Limited at its sole choice, will either repair or replace this product or
any component of the product found to be defective free of cost through any Borosil
Authorized Service Center or at customer place or with dealer from whom it has been
purchased during the warranty period.

The warranty is not valid in case:
