Compliance and conformity to local
codes and ordinances is the
responsibility of the installer.
Pressurized plumbing fixtures must
be installed in accordance with
manufacturer’s recommendations.
The supply piping to these devices
must be securely anchored to the
building structure to prevent
unnecessary movement of the
installed device when operated by
the user. Use extreme caution when
installing the device to prevent
damage to the exposed significant
surface.
Separate parts from packaging and
make sure all parts are accounted
for before discarding any packaging
material. If any parts are missing,
do not begin installation until you
obtain the missing parts.
Flush water supply lines before
making connections. DO NOT use
pipe dope on any faucet or supply
connections. Possible solenoid
contamination could occur which
will void any warranty. Teflon tape is
the recommended sealant.

Step 2 - Connecting the Water Supply
1. Insert the black rubber seal attached to each of the
hoses into the open end of each hose.
2. Connect the check/strainers to the hot and cold water
supplies (see Figure 3).
• The black rubber seals inserted into the ends of
the check/strainers must be located between the
strainers and the hot and cold supplies.

1. Connect the power cord using the power source as
shown in Figure 4.

Step 1 - Installing the Faucet
1. Remove the protective film from the bottom of the
faucet.
• Make sure the countertop surface is clean before
installing the faucet.
2. Install the faucet shank (contained in the mounting
prepack) to the bottom of the faucet (see Figure 2).
3. Connect the flexible hoses to the bottom of the faucet.
4. Slide the faucet shank and flexible hoses through the
hole(s) in the countertop and position the faucet in
place.
5. Secure the faucet to the countertop using the parts
contained in the mounting prepack.
• Slide the rubber seal up the shank to the bottom
of the countertop.
• Slide the washer up the shank to the bottom of
the countertop.
• Secure the faucet in place with the mounting
nut.

Check Contents
Separate all parts from packaging and check each part
with Figure 1 and the parts list on the preceding page.
Make sure all parts are accounted for before discarding
any packaging material. If any parts are missing, do not
attempt to install your Bradley electronic faucet until you
obtain the missing parts.
Supplies Required:
• Mounting hole(s) in countertop
• Hot and cold water supply to connect to 1/2" NPS
male inlet shank
• Piping needed to make water supply connections to
connect hot and cold water supply.
Tools Required:
• Wrench
• Tools needed to connect hot and cold water supply to
1/4" nom. copper tubing
Pre-Installation Information
If the water pressure drops, the dirt filter may be clogged.
To clean the filter:
• Disconnect the water inlet pipe from the
check/strainer.
• Remove the dirt filter from the check/strainer and
clean the filter thoroughly.
• Replace the dirt filter in the check/strainer and
reconnect the faucet.
To maintain the faucet chrome’s shine:
• Clean the exterior of the faucet with warm soapy
water or mild bathroom cleaner.
• Wipe faucet thoroughly with a dry, soft cloth.
• Do not use steel wool or cleaners containing alcohol,
acid or sand particles to clean the faucet.
