INTRODUZIONE
INTRODUCTION
Il manometro digitale 168.1005.33 è stato realizzato secondo le più
moderne tecnologie per garantire un elevato livello di affidabilità e
versatilità.
Le principali applicazioni si sviluppano dove è necessario monitorare
processi in ambienti industriali o in campo con una classe di precisione
migliore dello 0.50%.
Per aumentare la praticità e rendere lo strumento completamente
autonomo il manometro è alimentato da batterie interne che garantiscono
una autonomia di circa 1 anno.
Nel menu di programmazione è possibile regolare diverse funzioni quali il
filtro digitale che consente di mantenere stabile la misura anche in
presenza di pressioni non stabili, la risoluzione del display che permette di
far incrementare la misura a step prestabiliti di 2, 5, 10 e l’unità di misura
che può essere variata in mbar, bar, kPa, MPa e psi.
Il sensore è realizzato interamente in acciaio inox monolitico per garantire
elevata stabilità nel tempo anche in presenza di pressioni altamente
dinamiche.
Selezionando la lettura della TEMPERATURA è possibile visualizzare sul
display la temperatura del fluido che è a contatto con il sensore.
The digital pressure gauge 168.1005.33 is made according to the more modern
technologies in order to assure an high level of reliability and versatility.
Its main applications is in industrial fields where it is necessary to check
processes or in field, with a precision class better than 0.50%.
To increase the practicality and make the instrument completely autonomous,
the pressure gauge is fed by internal batteries which ensure round 1 year.
In the programming menu it is possible to adjust different functions such as:
digital filter that allows to maintain the measurement steady even in presence of
unsteady pressures, the display resolution which allows to increase the
measurement at fixed steps (2, 5, 10) and the measurement unit which can be
changed into mbar, bar, kPa, MPa and psi.
The sensor, entirely executed in stainless steel, is monolithic to ensure a long
term high stability even in presence of highly dynamic pressures.
By selecting the reading of the TEMPERATURE you can see, on display, the
temperature of the fluid that is in contact with the sensor.

la risoluzione e il filtro digitale in funzione della misura da eseguire.

INSTALLAZIONE
INSTALLATION
L'installazione deve essere eseguita da personale qualificato.
Per una rapida installazione seguire la sequenza:
VERIFICHE PRELIMINARI
Montare il manometro come consigliato;
Verificare che la pressione applicata non sia maggiore del fondo scala
dello strumento;
Se il manometro è installato in un circuito oleodinamico, eseguire lo
spurgo prima di fare le misure.
ACCENSIONE DELLO STRUMENTO:
All'accensione lo strumento esegue un ciclo di verifica del display (TEST)
con visualizzazione della revisione.
Dopo questo test viene normalmente visualizzata la pressione misurata.
Nel caso compaia "LLLL" (superamento pressione negativa) o "UUUU"
(superamento pressione positiva) intervenire immediatamente per riportare
la pressione all'interno del campo di misura del manometro.
Installation shall be done by authorized personnel only.
For a fast installation follows the instructions listed below:
PRELIMINARY CHECKS
Mount the pressure gauge as suggested;
Be sure that pressure provided is not higher than the instrument full
scale.
If the pressure gauge is installed in a oil-pressure circuit, please
perform the bleeding before starting to work.
POWER ON
At its power on, the pressure gauge performs a display test cycle (TEST)
then shows the release mounted on.
After this test it is usually displayed the pressure measured.
In case the string "LLLL" (negative pressure overcoming) or the string
"UUUU" (positive pressure overcoming) appear, set immediately the
pressure within the nominal range.

KEYS DESCRIPTION
Tasto a 3 funzioni:
1) ON accensione del manometro.
2) Premuto per 5 sec spegne il manometro.
3) SET ingresso nel menu di configurazione (premere per 3 secondi).
Key with three functions:
1) ON to switch on the pressure gauge.
2) Pressed for 5 sec. performs the pressure gauge switching off.
3) SET to enter the setting menu (keep it pressed for 3 seconds).
Tasto a 3 funzioni:
1) Premuto 3 sec. esegue lo ZERO del display (entro il 50% della
portata).
2) Premuto per 6 sec. disabilita la funzione di ZERO visualizzando l'offset.
3) All'interno del menu di configurazione decrementa () il valore
selezionato.
Key with 3 functions:
1) Pressed for 3 sec. performs the ZERO of the display (within ~50% of
range)
2) Pressed for 6 sec. deactivates ZERO function by showing the offset.
3) Inside the setting menu it decreases (  ) the value of the selected
parameter.
Tasto a 4 funzioni:
1) Premuto 2 sec. attiva la funzione di PICCO (visualizzazione pressione
Max).
2) Premuto 4 sec. attiva la funzione di PICCO (visualizzazione pressione
Min)
3) Premuto 6 sec. visualizza la TEMPERATURA, per tornare alla
pressione premere nuovamente il tasto.
4) All’interno del menu di configurazione incrementa () il valore
selezionato

1) Pressed for 2 sec. activates the PEAK function (shows the max
pressure).
2) Pressed for 4 sec. it activates the PEAK function (shows the min
pressure).
3) Pressed for 6 sec. it displays the temperature in °C, to come back to
pressure press the same key again. (OPTION)
4) In the setting menu, it increases (  ) the value of the selected
parameter

instabili o pulsanti. I valori selezionabili sono da 0 a 99.
Questa funzione agisce sulla velocità di conversione,
pertanto se si vogliono rilevare picchi è consigliabile
diminuire al minimo l’effetto del filtro.

This parameter changes the effect of the Digital
Filter. By increasing the XX value, filter effect
increases, allowing the user to detect the average
value of unsteady or pulsating pressures. Selectable
values go from 0 to 99.
This function also acts on display conversion speed,
therefore if the operator wants to detect the peaks, it is
recommendable to decrease at the minimum the filter
effect.

automatico in caso di misura costante; impostando 0
(zero) lo strumento resta sempre acceso.
Il tempo di auto spegnimento si attiva se l'indicatore
non rileva variazioni maggiori del 10% della pressione
indicata.

Time in minutes (from 1 up to 30) before the auto-
power off function activates, in case of constant
measurement; by setting 0 (zero) the instrument never
switches off. Auto power off function starts working if
the indicator does not detect changes higher than
10% of set pressure.

TARATURA PER PUNTI DEL FONDO SCALA (PRESSIONE)

ATTENZIONE: Queste procedure vengono riportata nel presente manuale a
titolo di documentazione, ma deve essere eseguita solo da centri di taratura
autorizzati ed in caso di effettiva necessità.
Braglia Srl declina ogni responsabilità relativamente ad errori di misura o
malfunzionamenti che dovessero derivare da regolazioni non correttamente
eseguite, che fanno decadere anche l'eventuale certificazione SIT del
manometro.
Premere contemporaneamente i tasti ON ePEAK.

SOSTITUZIONE DELLE PILE
BATTERIES REPLACEMENT
Lo strumento è alimentato da 2 pile stilo Alcaline non ricaricabili (tipo AAA)
da 1,5V che consentono una autonomia di circa 1 anno.
Il consumo delle batterie è segnalato dall’icona LO BAT; le misure effettuate
in questo stato possono essere alterate: provvedere alla sostituzione delle
pile. Durante questa operazione pulire le linguette del porta batterie da
eventuale ossidazione e controllare la pressione esercitata dalle linguette
esterne su ciascuna pila: aumentarla se necessario. Verificare il contatto
elettrico anche in presenza di malfunzionamenti.
The instrument is supplied with 2 not rechargeable Alkaline batteries (AAA
type 1,5V), with an average autonomy of 1 year.
Batteries consumption is signalled by the LO BAT icon, the measurements
performed during this phase could be altered: replace therefore the batteries.
During this operation clean up the clips contacts from possible oxidation and
check the pressure exerted by external flaps on each battery: please
increase it if necessary. Verify the electrical contact also in presence of
malfunctions.
Le pile ALCALINE devono essere

ATTENZIONE
Se lo strumento NON viene utilizzato per lunghi periodi si
consiglia di RIMUOVERE le pile dal manometro.
