-
For greater convenience, we recommend you put your tumble dryer close to your
washing machine.
-
Install the tumble dryer in a clean place where dirt does not accumulate.
-
The tumble dryer must not be installed close to a gas cooker hob, a cooker, a
water heater or a grill because the flames of the burners may damage it.
-
When installing the appliance, make sure that the supply cord is not caught or
crushed.
-
The appliance works best at an ambient temperature of 25°C. Outside this
temperature range, performance may be affected.
-
If you have to move the tumble dryer, always keep it upright.
-
For optimal drying performances, provide a clear space between the back of the
appliance and the wall (10 cm).
-
The appliance must not be installed behind a lockable door, a sliding door or a
door with hinges on the opposite side to that of the tumble dryer, thus preventing
full opening of the tumble dryer.
-
To minimise vibrations and noise when the tumble dryer is being used, place it
on a flat and solid surface.
IMPORTANT:
The temperature of the hot air released by the tumble dryer may reach 60°C.
Therefore, you must not install the appliance on floors that are not resistant to high
temperatures.
Levelling the appliance
The tumble dryer must be perfectly level for safe and proper operation.
If the tumble dryer is not correctly flat on the floor, adjust the feet as
necessary. Do not put pieces of wood or any other object under the feet of
the appliance.
If the appliance is installed on a floor covered with a carpet or on a rug, adjust the
feet so that air can freely circulate underneath the appliance.
Do not remove the feet. Do not reduce the space between the appliance and
the floor with long-haired rugs/carpets, pieces of wood or similar objects. This
could lead to an accumulation of heat which would damage the proper
functioning of the tumble dryer.

8
Installation of the exhaust hose (to directly evacuate the condensation)
