Checking for Gas Leaks
Before cooking with your appliance for the fi rst me, burn o any foreign ma er and rid the
unit of any odors by burning the unit on HIGH for about 10 minutes. When lit, the ame should
have a mostly infrared color to it.This appliance should be preheated before cooking with the
main burner control se ngs on HIGH for fi ve minutes with the glass door closed.

Removing Skewers

• The food must be evenly distributed on each one of the skewers, so that it can easily
rotate. If you misplace (place out of the center spot) the meat onto the skewer, this could
damage the motor gear box.
• Capacity 3.3 pounds (1,5 kg) of meat per skewer.
