•Elektroinstallation gemäss örtlichen Bestimmungen •Fehlerstrom-Schutzschalter (FI) 30 mA ist Vorschrift!

DE EIGERFLEX-Leitungen 450 mm abisolieren.
EN Strip the insulation from the EIGERFLEX pipes (450 mm).
FR Dénuder les conduites EIGERFLEX de 450 mm.
IT Togliere l’isolamento dalle tubazioni EIGERFLEX per 450 mm.

DE Bitte beachten, dass vor der Montage genügend Medium-
rohr und Frostschutzband vorhanden ist.
EN Make sure that sufcient medium pipe and anti-frost strip
is available before the tting work.
FR Avant le montage, s’assurer que la longueur disponible de
tube médian et de bande de protection contre le gel est
sufsante.
IT Accertarsi che, prima del montaggio, sia disponibile suf-
ciente tubo e cavo scaldante.

DE Mediumrohr auf die passende Länge zuschneiden und
T-Fitting montieren (T-Schalen-Masse beachten!)
EN Cut the medium pipe to the matching length, and mount
the T-tting (pay attention to the T-shell dimensions!)
FR Couper le tube médian à la longueur adaptée et monter le
raccord en T (attention aux cotes de la coquille en T!)
IT Tagliare il tubo interno di servizio alle lunghezze come da di-
segno e montare il raccordo a TEE (attenzione agli ingombri
dei gusci).

DE Vorbereitung der Frostschutzbänder der Abgänge X,Y ,Z:
Aussenmantel axial 120 mm einschneiden. Schutzgeecht
nicht beschädigen.
EN Prepare the anti-frost strips for branches X,Y,Z:
Make an axial icision of 120 mm into the outer casing, but
do not damage the protective braiding.
FR Préparation des bandes de protection contre le gel des dé-
parts X,Y,Z: effectuer une incision axiale de 120 mm sur
l’enveloppe extérieure. Ne pas endommager la tresse de
protection.
IT Preparare i cavi scaldanti e le uscite X,Y,Z: Intagliare il
mantello esterno del cavo scaldante per 120 mm. Attenzione
a non danneggiare la treccia.

DE Aussenmantel radial einschneiden. Schutzgeecht nicht
beschädigen.
EN Make a radial incision into the outer casing, but do not

FR Faire une incision radiale sur l’enveloppe extérieure sans
endommager la tresse de protection.
IT Intagliare radialmente a 120 mm il mantello esterno. At-
tenzione a non danneggiare la treccia di protezione.

DE Aussenmantel ablösen.
EN Detach the outer casing.
FR Détacher l’enveloppe extérieure.
IT Levare il mantello esterno del cavo scaldante.

maire. Ne pas endommager les conducteurs de cuivre.
IT Intagliare assialmente per 105 mm l’isolamento primario.
Attenzione a non danneggiare il cavo.

nicht beschädigen.

EN Detach the primary insulation.
FR Retirer l’isolation primaire.
IT Levare l’isolamento primario.

DE Heizelement zwischen den Kupferleitern einschneiden
(siehe Abbildung).
EN Make an incision into the heating element between the
copper conductors (as shown in the illustration).
FR Inciser l’élément chauffant entre les 2 conducteurs cuivre
(voir la gure).
IT Intagliare l’elemento termico tra i due li di rame.
13.
DE Mit Spitzzange einen Kupferleiter aus Heizelement lösen
(nach hinten ziehen).
EN Using pointed pliers, detach one copper conductor from
the heating element (pull it towards the back).
FR Liberer l’un des conducteurs cuivre de l’élément chauffant
en le tirant vers l’arrière à l’aide d’une pince à bec.
IT Con la pinza a becco separare il lo di rame dall’elemento
termico (tirare all’indietro).

DE Heizelement vorsichtig bis zum nächsten Kupferleiter
einschneiden. Kupferleiter nicht beschädigen!
EN Carefully make an incision in the heating element, as far
as the next copper conductor. Do not damage the copper
conductor!
FR Inciser avec précaution l’élément chauffant jusqu’au
conducteur de cuivre suivant. Ne pas endommager le
conducteur!
IT Intagliare con cautela l’elemento termico no al successivo
lo di rame. Attenzione a non danneggiare il cavo.

DE Mit Spitzzange das restliche Heizelement wegziehen.
Heizelementreste entfernen.
EN Using pointed pliers, pull the rest of the heating element
away. Remove the residues of the heating element.
FR Tirer le reste de l’élément chauffant avec la pince à bec
eflé et enlever.
IT Con la pinza a becco slare il secondo lo di rame.
Rimuovere i resti dell’elemento termico.

DE Schrumpfschäuche A & B aufschieben.
EN Push on the shrink-t sleeves (A & B).
FR Emmancher les tuyaux thermorétractables A & B.
IT Inlare i manicotti termorestringenti A e B.

mendrücken, bis Klebstoff austritt.
EN Using pointed pliers, press the shrink-t sleeve together
until glue comes out, as shown in the illustration.
FR Pincer le tuyau rétractable selon la gure avec la pince à
bec eflé jusqu’à la sortie de la colle.
IT Con la pinza a becco comprimere al centro il manicotto
no a che non fuoriesce il mastice (come da disegno).

EN Push on the dividing sleeve (D) (one entry per heating
conductor).
FR Emmancher la boîte de distribution (D) (une entrée par

IT Inlare la muffola D (un ‘entrata per ogni conduttore del
riscaldamento).

Schrumpfendkappen aufstecken:
1: Kupferleiter 1 von X,Y und Z
2: Kupferleiter 2 von X,Y und Z
3: Erdung von X,Y und Z
EN Twist together the copper conductors/earthing elements
and put the shrink-end caps on:
1: copper conductor 1 -X,Y and Z
2: copper conductor 2 -X,Y and Z
3: earthing element - X,Y and Z
FR Torsader les conducteurs de cuivre/mises à la terre et
emboîter les capuchons rétractables.
1: conducteur de cuivre 1 de X, Y et Z
2: conducteur de cuivre 2 de X, Y et Z
3: mise à la terre de X, Y et Z
IT Unire tra di loro i diversi li delle singole tubazioni e le
treccie della messa a terra e inlare i capucci terminali

Klebers & Lötmittels achten.
EN Shrink the shrink-end caps. Make sure the adhesive and
the solder have melted.
FR Rétrécir les capuchons. Attention à la fusion de la colle et
de l’agent à braser.
IT Far termoretrarre i cappucci terminali. Fare attenzione alla
fusione del mastice.

EN Start to shrink the dividing sleeve (D) from the back.
FR Commencer à rétrécir la boîte (D) en partent de l’arrière.
IT Iniziare a far termoretrarre la muffola D iniziando dal lato
posteriore.
27.
DE Restliche Aufteilungsmuffe schrumpfen bis an den Kanten
der Kleber herausquillt.
EN Shrink the rest of the dividing sleeve until the adhesive
ows out at the edges.
FR Rétrécir la boîte de division restante jusqu’à l’écoulement
de la colle sur les bords.
IT Continuare a far termoretrarre la muffola D e il cappuccio
G no a che il mastice non fuorisce da tutti i bordi.
