Please read this user manual carefully before you start to use the appliance and keep it well
for future reference.
WARNING
Please do not place the appliance on an uneven, unstable or high surface.
To avoid the risk of burns, product damage, electric shock, or other physical injuries. It may also
cause fires.
Please do not place the appliance in a damp or humid area, or on a surface that is wet.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications
such as:
-staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;
-farm houses;
- by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;
- bed and breakfast type environments.
To prevent the risk of water or moisture entering the appliance and cause the electricity to short circuit
and damage the appliance. It may also cause fires.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible
for their safety.
CAUTION
Tatami Mat, carpet, materials with low heat resistance, paper, near to the curtains, walls, furniture,
open flames, stove, or near any flammable materials.

Power Cord Maintenance
WARNING
Please ensure your hands are dry and clean before touching or using the power cord and
plug.
Do not damage the power cord, connector or plug.
Do not use the power cord if the plug or the connector itself is damaged.
Before plugging in the socket, please ensure the used voltage is in line with the voltage
indicated by the product.
Always untie the power cord before use.
Do not use a loosened or damaged socket.
Do not spillage the liquid on the connector.
Avoid damaging, modifying or placing it close to high heat. Avoid twisting, pulling or placing
heavy objects on it. Damaged power cords will cause electrocution, short-circuiting or fires.
When abnormalities occur during usage such as malfunctioning, please stop usage
immediately, switch it off and unplug.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a special cord or assembly available
from the manufacturer or its service agent.
Please ensure the plug is fully installed properly to avoid electrocutions or fires.
Please do not plug your appliance into any socket other than directly into the standard
10A socket. Do not use of the appliance with extenders, multi plugs, or voltage converters
to prevent electrocutions or fires.
Before cleaning, please turn off and unplug the appliance. If not, injuries, burns,
electrocution or fires may occur.
Please wipe clean and dust your appliance regularly to avoid the build-up of dirt.
Only use with 220-240V. If used with the wrong voltage, resulting in damage and the warranty is voided
immediately
Do not use the product overseas.
Do not use next to the wall or furniture. Please maintain good ventilation to dissipate
heat during usage.

Never touch or place your hands near the steam vents as it is hot during or after cooking.
If not, it may result in injury and burns.
Unplug after use and do not connect to the socket continuously to prevent electrocutions
or short-circuiting.
The appliance turns to keep warm mode automatically once it is done. Please unplug when
not in use.
CAUTION
When not in use, please turn off and unplug. If not, it may cause electrocution, electricity
leakage and fires.
When removing the plug from the socket, please hold on to the plug firmly, not the power
cord. If not, it may damage the power cord and cause electric shock, short circuit or fires.
Product Usage
WARNING
Never attempt to repair or disassemble the appliance. This can result in serious physical
injury. Please contact local distributor if needed.
Never immerse the appliance, plug and power cord in water or any liquid, or use excessive
liquid to clean the appliance. This can result in electrocution or short-circuiting of the product.
Do not hit the appliance from external force.
Please do not move or shake the appliance when in use or immediately after use.
Do not place the inner pot on other heat sources such as gas stoves, microwave ovens or
IH induction heaters etc.,
Never touch or scratch the inner pot with sharp or abrasive items or corrosive cleanser as
this could damage the non-stick coating.
Do not place foreign objects into the gap or steam vent to prevent injuries and damage.
Do not use it for any purposes other than cooking to prevent injuries or damages.
Do not operate the appliance without the inner pot to prevent burns or fire.
Cook with the provided inner pot only and do not cook directly with other containers on the
heating base.
Do not run the appliance empty to avoid damage to the inner port and non-stick coating.
Do not heat the sealed container such as canned food directly to avoid injuries and burns.
CAUTION

○ Besides heat-generating objects such as open flames.
○ The places that are unstable, can shake or vibrate.
○ Where it is accessible to children and infants.
○ Directly near a water source or a place with high humidity.
○ On wool blankets, electric heating blankets or quilts.
○ Besides objects that will deform when heated for example plastic products.
Keep the appliance and power cord away from the pets as pets and animals could damage
the power cords.
Important Safety Information
Please follow below instructions to maintenance the product performance.
Usage of The Main Body
○ Do not press the button too hard to prevent damage.
○ Please wipe off the foreign objects or food scraps on the main body or heating base
before use to avoid damage from burning.
Do not touch the hot surface during and after cooking to avoid burns.
Do not place your hands and face near the steam vent to avoid burns.
When opening the lid after usage , please note that hot steam will escape. If not careful,
you may burn yourself.
CAUTION
Please ensure the appliance has cooled completely before cleaning or storage.
The heating element surface is subject to residual heat after use.
Do not exceed the maximum volume indicated to avoid burning from spillage.
Never touch or scratch the inner pot with sharp items such as metal forks or knives as
this could damage the non-stick coating.
After usage, always clean and perform maintenance to the inner pot. If there are any
residual water or food scraps on the inner pot, it may result in coating damage.
Do not use or store the appliance in the following places

Usage of The Inner Pot
○ Do not place the inner pot on other heat sources such as gas stoves or microwave ovens.
○ Do not hit the inner pot with hard objects to avoid damage.
○ Do not wash the rice in the inner pot with metal utensils.
○ Do not stack the inner pot with metal objects to avoid damaging the coating.
○ Do not hit the main body and inner pot with the rice scoop.
○ Do not wash the rice in the inner pot.
○ Do not place any tableware in the inner pot.
○ Please wash the inner pot thoroughly after use if seasoning is used while cooking.
○ After cleaning the inner pot, wipe dry before storage.
○ Do not attempt to wash the inner pot in a dishwasher and dish sterilizer.
○ Do not clean the inner pot with steel wool, nylon scrubber, sourcing pad or scrub cleaners.
○ The inner pot can be used if
•There are minor scratches or uneven in the outer coating.
•The inner coating has minor scratches formed during production

How to Use
How to Use
●Before Use
Before the first use, please rinse the glass lid, inner
pot, measuring cup and rice scoop with neutral
detergent and water.
○Never touch or wash the inner pot with sharp items as
this could damage the non-stick coating.
○Do not place the inner pot in microwave ovens,
dishwashers and dish sterilizers.
●Procedures of cooking rice
○The maximum volume of the appliance is 2 cups of rice
(with a flattened top). Do not exceed the maximum
volume. (The amount of rice can be adjusted according
to personal preference.)
1.Use the measuring cup provided to measure
the amount of rice.
2.Wash the rice
Wash the rice with enough water and drain the water
away.
Rinse and wash 2-3 times to get rid of impurities until
washing water runs clear.
○Do not wash the rice in the inner pot to prevent damage
of the coating.
○Mix the rice and water well gently after washing the rice.
3.Add water
Place the inner pot on a flat surface and follow the mark
(water level) given in the pot when adding water.
Gently shake the pot after adding water to ensure the
rice and water are level.
○Add water to the mark of “1 Cup” if putting 1 cup of rice
and so on. The amount of water needs to be adjusted
according to different rice types and personal
preferences. The current mark (water level) is based
on jasmine rice.

●How to Use The Rice Cooker
Please ensure no foreign objects and water between the main body and inner pot.
○In the initial few times of use, it would be some smoke and smell during use and it is normal. The smell and smoke
will be gone after repeated use.
○It is normal to hear the sound of “Ka-cha” when cooking.
○After taking out the inner pot, it will enter the keep warm mode automatically without disconnecting the power supply.
○Staying in the pot for 5-10 mins after cooking enhances the texture of the rice.
After placing the inner pot in the main body, turn it 2-3 times as indicated by the arrow.
Connect to the power supply by plugging in the connector to the connecting socket on
the main unit and plug into the wall socket as indicated in the pictures.
Main body enters the “WARM” mode and the
“WARM” light will be on (ORANGE) once
connected to the power supply.
Start the cooking by pressing the button and
the “COOK” light will be on (RED).
After usage, please remove the plug from the
wall socket.
Once cooking is completed, it will turn to keep
warm mode automatically. The “COOK” light
will be off (RED) and the “WARM” light will be
on (ORANGE).
For some food other than rice that takes a long time to cook, such
as porridge, please turn the button from “COOK” to “WARM”
manually after boiling and unplug it after cooking.
The amount of water needs to be adjusted according to the cooking
situation. Do not exceed the maximum water level indicated. (2 cups)
To prevent the porridge from spilling over, it is suggested to place the
cover stands on the inner pot before cooking.

Inner Pot

• Use a damp cloth to wipe the body of the appliance.
• When there is oily dirt on the outside of the body,
wipe with a damp cloth and neutral kitchen detergent.
• Wipe with a damp cloth to clean it thoroughly if
cleaned with a neutral kitchen detergent.
• Finally, wipe dry the appliance with a dry cloth after
cleaning.
• If ingredients fall into the body, use a brush or flip
the body gently to clean/ remove the ingredients.
Do not wash the machine in water.
Do not spray water or detergent on the
machine to prevent damage or electric shock.
If you do not plan to use it for a longer period of time, please clean it properly and wipe dry before
putting it in storage.
For External Body

• Wipe with a damp cloth after completely cooled if any dirt sticks on it.
• The glass lid and inner pot can be washed with water
• When cleaning stubborn stains
Wash with a sponge and neutral kitchen detergent after
soaking in the warm water for a while.
Wipe dry with a dry cloth after cleaning.
For Heating Base
For Glass Lid and Inner Pot
○Do not cook strongly acidic or alkaline ingredients to avoid damaging the coating.
○Cooking ingredients such as curry, turmeric, kimchi or chili pepper etc., that can stain the food color easily may cause
permanent stains and cannot be removed.
○Do not leave any residual food on the inner pot. Always clean and perform maintenance on the appliance after usage.
○Always unplug before cleaning.
○Do not wash the main body, glass lid and inner pot while it is still hot, please clean it after completely cooled.
○Washing by neutral kitchen detergent but not scrub cleaners.
○Do not wash with thinner, alcohol and scrubs.
○Never touch or scratch the inner pot with sharp items such as metal spatulas, forks or knives as this could damage
the non-stick coating.
○Do not attempt to wash in a dishwasher and dish sterilizer.
Wash with a sponge and neutral kitchen detergent and
then use a damp cloth to wipe dry.
