1.1. Product Features
1. BIT-MSE-8K-309HD is an industrial-grade
high-performance product specially developed for the fusion
of multi-desktop operation and multi-channel projection. It
adopts HDMI/DP input interface and HDMI output interface.
2. It supports up to 3 inputs and 10 outputs. All splicing
modes within 10 screens can be combined arbitrarily:
horizontal screen/odd screen splicing, and large-scale parallel
use is supported.
3. Its ultra-high-definition resolution supports up to
6Kx4K@60Hz, and the output single port is up to
1920x1200@60Hz.
4. Support 1xN, point-to-point, no stretching, no deformation,
and a wider field of vision.
5. Using 45nm process high-end programmable FPGA chip,
full hardware real-time processing architecture, ultra-fast

3. Operation Instructions
3.1 . Device panel description
A: Power interface, connect to 12V@2A power supply. The LED
light (power) next to the interface is the power indicator.
When the device is powered normally, the LED light is always
on.
B: 10 HDMI output interfaces, used to connect display devices
such as monitors, TVs or monitors. There is an LED light next
to each HDMI interface, and the light indicates that the HDMI
interface has signal output.
C，E, G: HDMI input interface, suitable for graphics card
output or other devices on the PC host.
D，D, F, H: DP input interface, suitable for graphics card

3.2 . Classic connection case
1) The output of the computer graphics card is connected to
the input of the multi-screen treasure.
2) The output of the multi-screen treasure is connected to the
display device, and the serial number of the output port of the
multi-screen treasure is connected to the corresponding
display screen.
3) The multi-screen treasure is connected to the 12V power
supply.
4) After the correct connection is completed, the power light,
signal light and output light will show a steady light state.

3. 3. Custom resolution
Step 1: Right-click on the desktop and select "NVIDIA Control
Panel" in the pop-up box.
Step 2: Select "Change Resolution", select the multi-screen
device to be changed, and then click "Customize".
Step 3: Select "Create Custom Resolution".
Step 4: Please refer to the document "Custom Resolution" to
set.
Step 5: After the setting is completed, click Test and select
"Yes" in the pop-up command box.
Step 6: Click OK.
Step 7: After setting the resolution, select the custom
resolution and refresh rate, and then click "Apply".
Step 8: After applying, the "Apply Changes" command box will
pop up, click "Yes".
Step 9: Check the resolution, close the "NVIDIA Control Panel",
return to the desktop, right-click, select "Screen Resolution" in
the pop-up command box, and then check the resolution of
the multi-screen treasure.

4.common problem
4.1 , Multi-screen treasure equipment problem
4.1.1 Multi-screen red light problem
1. Check the power cord, the supplied 12V power cord must
be used for power supply.
2. Check whether the power supply of the multi-screen
treasure is stable (whether the voltage is stable, etc.).
3. Replace other 12V power adapters to test whether the
problem is the power adapter.
4. The equipment light is damaged, or other equipment
malfunctions.
5. The multi-screen treasure input data line must use the
delivery line
4.1.2 Multi - screen green light problem

1. The input signal lamp is damaged, or other faults (EDID
chip damage, etc.).
2. The input signal light is damaged, or other faults (computer
graphics card problem, device resolution problem, secondary
device problem, and signal line problem, etc.).
3. When there is input (the input indicator is always on) and
no output (the output indicator is flashing/off), check whether
the computer graphics card has output. You can connect the
graphics card output to a monitor that can be used normally
to see if there is output. If several output ports are normal,
you can exchange the normal output port with the abnormal
output port. After the exchange, the abnormal port can
output normally, it may be a problem with the output line, and
the output line should be replaced.

4.2 , computer graphics card problem
1. Check whether the graphics card needs additional power
supply. Multi-output graphics cards with multiple output
ports generally require additional power supply. Whether
there is an output port switch control, please refer to the
instruction manual of the corresponding model graphics card.
2. Confirm that the HDMI/DP output port of the graphics card
has a bandwidth of more than 600M.
3. It is not recommended to use other signals to convert to
HDMI/DP, please directly use the HDMI/DP port on the
graphics card to connect to the multi-screen treasure.
4. If the graphics card of the computer is connected to the
Multi-Screen Device, check the control panel of the graphics
card to see if you see the name of the Multi-Screen Device.
5. It is best to install the latest version of the graphics card
driver, download the latest driver for the graphics card from
the official website, and uninstall the old driver before
installing the latest driver.

4.3 . Display device problem
1. Whether the display device supports the output resolution,
you can directly connect the computer graphics card to the
device to test this resolution
2. Display whether the power supply of the device is stable,
turn on the signal receiving function (boot, search signal
function, etc.)
3. According to the transmission distance from the
multi-screen treasure to the display device, select the
appropriate receiver.
4. If there is still no output after connecting the multi-screen
treasure and the display device with a short cable, it may be
that the resolution required by the display device is special.
Please refer to the "Custom Resolution" operation.
5. If the connection distance exceeds 1.5 meters, it is
recommended to use network transfer.
