The temperature of accessible surfaces maybe high
when the appliance is operating. Always wear oven
mittens when removing food.

Installation
• Place the unit on a heat-resistant surface. Avoid placing it on or close to flammable materials.
Maintain a distance of 20cm (7 inches) between the appliance and walls or other objects for
ventilation.
• Keep the unit away from splashing water and countertop’s edge.

Before using for the first time
1. Wash the appliance and baking accessories thoroughly (See section “Cleaning, Care & Maintenance “).
2. Place the grill shelf and baking tray inside the oven.
3. Close the door.
4. Set the Timer knob to 5 minutes and the Temperature knob to MAX setting (250°C).
Note:
• If the desired time is under 20 minutes, turn the Timer knob beyond 20 first, then turn
back to the required setting.
• The Timer knob also acts as the Power switch. When it is set to “OFF”, the appliance will
switch off automatically.
• When the timer knob is set to “Stay on”, the appliance will keep working continuously.
5. When the set time elapses, the timer knob will go back to “OFF” to switch the appliance off.
6. Disconnect the appliance from the power supply and allow it to cool down.
Start cooking
1. Connect the appliance to the mains power supply.
2. Set the Timer knob to the desired time (0-120 minutes). The power indicator light will come on and
the fan will start to run.
3. Set the Temperature Knob to the desired temperature (50°C-250°C). The temperature indicator light
will come on and the appliance will start to heat up.
4. When the set temperature is reached, the temperature indicator light will turn off.

Note:
• During use, the temperature indicator light will cycle on/off, indicating the set
temperature is being maintained.
• During cooking, the temperature and cooking time can be adjusted at any time.
5. When the cooking time elapses, the appliance will beep then turn Off.
Overheating protection
This appliance is featured with an overheat protection. Should the temperature exceed safe levels the
appliance will automatically cut off power.
The thermal Cut-out switch is located on the rear of the appliance. To reset the appliance after a sufficient
cool-down period:
1. Press the small reset switch down until it clicks.
2. The appliance is now reset and can be used as normal.
Cleaning, Care & Maintenance
• Warning: Always turn off and disconnect the appliance from the power supply, and let it
cool down before cleaning and maintenance.
• Clean the interior of the appliance as often as possible.
• Do not use abrasive cleaning agents. These can leave harmful residues.
• For stains on the interior walls, wipe with a cloth damped with some mild soapy solution. Ensure no
moisture enters the inside of the cabinet.
• Always wipe dry after cleaning.
Cleaning the grill shelf and baking tray
• After use, remove the parts from the appliance for cleaning.
• Clean using warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry well.
• Re-locate into the appliance.

This appliance is supplied with a 3 pin BS1363 plug and lead.
The plug is to be connected to a suitable mains socket.
This appliance is wired as follows:
• Live wire (coloured brown) to terminal marked L

Inleiding
Neem de tijd en lees deze handleiding aandachtig door. Correct onderhoud en gebruik van deze machine
levert de best mogelijke prestaties voor uw BUFFALO-product.
Verpakkingsinhoud
Het volgende is inbegrepen:

BUFFALO is trots op kwaliteit en service en zorgt ervoor dat op het moment van uitpakken de inhoud
volledig functioneel en vrij van schade wordt geleverd.
Als u vaststelt dat uw product tijdens het transport schade heeft opgelopen, neem dan onmiddellijk
contact op met uw BUFFALO-dealer.
Installatie
• Plaats het apparaat op een hittebestendig oppervlak. Plaats het niet op of in de buurt van
ontvlambare materialen. Behoud een afstand van 20 cm (7 inch) tussen het apparaat en wanden of
andere voorwerpen voor voldoende ventilatie.
• Houd het apparaat uit de buurt van spetterend water en de rand van het aanrecht.

Vóór het eerste gebruik
1. Was het apparaat en de bakaccessoires grondig (zie paragraaf “Reiniging, zorg & onderhoud”)
2. Plaats het grillrooster en de bakplaat in de oven.
3. Doe de deur dicht.
4. Zet de timerknop op 5 minuten en de temperatuurknop op de MAX-stand (250°C).
Opmerking:
• Als de gewenste tijd minder dan 20 minuten is, draai de timerknop dan eerst verder dan
20 minuten en draai vervolgens terug naar de gewenste instelling.
• De knop Timer werkt ook als de voedingsschakelaar. Wanneer dit is ingesteld op “OFF”
(UIT), zal het apparaat automatisch uitschakelen.
• Als de timerknop op "Stay on" (Aan blijven) staat, blijft het apparaat continu werken.
5. Als de ingestelde tijd is verstreken, gaat de timerknop terug naar "OFF" (UIT) om het apparaat uit te
schakelen.
6. Koppel het apparaat los van het elektriciteitsnet en laat het afkoelen.
Begin met koken
1. Sluit het apparaat aan op het stroomnet.
2. Stel de knop Timer in op de gewenste tijd (0-120 minuten). De voedingsindicator licht op en de
ventilator wordt gestart.
3. Stel de knop Temperatuur in op de gewenste temperatuur (50°C-250°C). De temperatuurindicator
licht op en het apparaat begint op te warmen.
4. Wanneer de ingestelde temperatuur is bereikt, schakelt de temperatuurindicator uit.

Opmerking:
• Tijdens gebruik gaat het temperatuurindicatielampje aan / uit om aan te geven dat de
ingestelde temperatuur wordt gehandhaafd.
• Tijdens het koken kunnen de temperatuur en kooktijd op elk moment worden
aangepast.
5. Als de kooktijd is verstreken, piept het apparaat en wordt het uitgeschakeld.
Beveiliging tegen oververhitting
Dit apparaat is uitgerust met een oververhittingsbeveiliging. Het apparaat onderbreekt automatisch de
voeding als de temperatuur de veiligheidslimieten overschrijdt.
De thermische beveiligingsschakelaar bevindt zich op de achterkant van het apparaat. Om het apparaat
te resetten nadat deze lang genoeg heeft afgekoeld:
1. Duw de kleine resetschakelaar in tot deze klikt.
2. Het apparaat is nu gereset en kan normaal worden gebruikt.
Reiniging, zorg & onderhoud
• Waarschuwing: Schakel het apparaat altijd uit, trek de stekker uit het stopcontact en laat
het afkoelen voordat u het gaat reinigen en onderhouden.
• Maak het interieur van het apparaat zo vaak mogelijk schoon.
• Gebruik geen schurende reinigingsmiddelen. Deze kunnen schadelijke restjes achterlaten.
• Als er vlekken zijn op de binnenwanden, veegt u deze schoon met een doek, bevochtigd met een
zachte zeepoplossing. Zorg dat er geen vocht in de behuizing terechtkomt.
• Veeg altijd droog na het schoonmaken.
Maak het grillrooster en de bakplaat schoon
• Haal na gebruik de onderdelen uit het apparaat om ze schoon te maken.
• Reinigen met warm zeepwater. Grondig spoelen en drogen.
• Plaats het terug in het apparaat.

Elektrische bedrading
Men dient de stekker op een geschikt stopcontact aan te sluiten.
De bedrading van dit apparaat is als volgt:
• Stroomkabel (bruin) naar de aansluitklem gemarkeerd met L

Consignes de sécurité
• Placez l’appareil sur une surface plane, stable.
• L’installation et les éventuelles réparations doivent être
confiées à un dépanneur/technicien qualifié. Ne retirez aucun
élément de ce produit.
• Consultez les normes locales et nationales pour vous
conformer à ce qui suit :
- lois sur l’hygiène et la sécurité au travail ;
- codes de bonnes pratiques BS EN ;
- précautions contre le risque d’incendie ;
- réglementations sur les branchements électriques IEE ;
- règlements sur la construction.
• Attention ! Surface chaude !
La température des surfaces accessibles peut être
élevée lorsque l’appareil fonctionne. Portez toujours
des gants de cuisine pour retirer les plats.
• NE plongez PAS l’appareil dans l’eau.
• NE nettoyez PAS avec des nettoyeurs à jet ou à pression.
• NE déplacez ou ne portez PAS l’appareil quand il est allumé.

pour éviter tout danger.

de connaissances suffisantes, à moins que lesdites personnes

• Les enfants doivent être surveillés pour s’assurer qu’ils ne
jouent pas avec l’appareil.
• Buffalo recommande de faire tester régulièrement cet appareil

suivants : inspection visuelle, test de polarité, continuité de la

Installation
• Placez l’appareil sur une surface résistante à la chaleur. Évitez de le placer sur des matériaux
inflammables ou à leur proximité. Maintenez une distance de 20 cm entre l’appareil et les murs ou
autres objets pour assurer la ventilation.
• Tenez l’appareil éloigné des éclaboussures d’eau et du bord du comptoir.

Avant la première utilisation
1. Lavez soigneusement l’appareil et les accessoires de cuisson (voir la section « Nettoyage, entretien et
maintenance »).
2. Placez la grille et la plaque de cuisson à l’intérieur du four.
3. Fermez la porte.
4. Tournez le bouton de la minuterie sur 5 minutes et le bouton de la température sur le réglage MAX
(250 °C).
Remarque :
• Si la durée souhaitée est inférieure à 20 minutes, tournez d’abord le bouton de la
minuterie au-delà du repère des 20 minutes, puis revenez au réglage souhaité.
• Le bouton de la minuterie sert également d’interrupteur d’alimentation. Lorsqu’il est
réglé sur « OFF » (ARRÊT), l’appareil s’éteint automatiquement.
• Lorsque le bouton de la minuterie est réglé sur « Stay on » (Rester allumé), l’appareil
continuera à fonctionner sans interruption.
5. Lorsque la durée programmée est écoulée, le bouton de la minuterie revient sur « OFF » (ARRÊT)
pour éteindre l’appareil.
6. Débranchez l’appareil de l’alimentation électrique et laissez-le refroidir.
Début de la cuisson
1. Branchez l'appareil sur le secteur.
2. Réglez le bouton de la minuterie sur la durée souhaitée (0 à 120 minutes). Le voyant d’alimentation
s’allume et le ventilateur commence à fonctionner.
3. Réglez le bouton de température sur la température souhaitée (50 à 250 °C). Le témoin de
température s’allume et l’appareil commence à chauffer.
4. Lorsque la température réglée est atteinte, le témoin lumineux de température s'éteint.

• Pendant l’utilisation, le voyant de température s’allume et s’éteint, indiquant que la
température réglée est maintenue.
• Pendant la cuisson, la température et le temps de cuisson peuvent être ajustés à tout
moment.
5. Lorsque le temps de cuisson est écoulé, l'appareil émet un bip puis s'éteint.
Protection contre la surchauffe
Cet appareil est équipé d’une protection contre la surchauffe. Si la température dépasse les niveaux de
sécurité, l’appareil coupe automatiquement le courant.
Le coupe-circuit thermique est situé à l’arrière de l’appareil. Pour réinitialiser l’appareil après une période
de refroidissement suffisante :
1. Appuyez sur le petit interrupteur de réinitialisation jusqu’à ce qu’il s’enclenche.
2. L’appareil est maintenant réinitialisé et peut être utilisé normalement.
Nettoyage, entretien et maintenance
• Avertissement : Éteignez toujours l’appareil, débranchez-le de l’alimentation électrique
et laissez-le refroidir avant de procéder au nettoyage et à l’entretien.
• Nettoyez l’intérieur de l’appareil aussi souvent que possible.
• N’utilisez pas de produits de nettoyage abrasifs. Ceux-ci peuvent laisser des résidus nocifs.
• Pour les taches sur les murs intérieurs, essuyez-les avec un chiffon imbibé d’une solution savonneuse
douce. Veillez à ce que l’humidité ne pénètre pas à l’intérieur du boîtier.
• Essuyez toujours le congélateur après l’avoir nettoyé.
Nettoyage de la grille et de la plaque de cuisson
• Après utilisation, retirez les pièces de l’appareil pour les nettoyer.
• Nettoyez-le à l’eau chaude et savonneuse. Rincez abondamment et séchez bien.
• Réinstallez-les dans l’appareil.
Dépannage

einem BUFFALO-Mitarbeiter oder empfohlenen qualifizierten
Elektriker erneuert werden.
• Dieses Gerät sollte nur dann von Personen (einschließlich
Kindern) mit reduzierten körperlichen, sensorischen oder
geistigen Fähigkeiten, mangelnder Erfahrung und Kenntnissen
verwendet werden, wenn sie von einer für ihre Sicherheit
verantwortlichen Person im Gebrauch des Geräts geschult sind
bzw. ständig beaufsichtigt werden.
• Kinder müssen beaufsichtigt werden, um sicherzustellen, dass
sie nicht mit dem Gerät spielen.

Montage
• Stellen Sie das Gerät auf eine hitzebeständige Oberfläche. Stellen Sie es nicht auf oder in die Nähe
von brennbaren Materialien. Halten Sie einen Abstand von 20 cm zwischen dem Gerät und Wänden
oder anderen Gegenständen ein, um die Belüftung zu gewährleisten.
• Halten Sie das Gerät von Spritzwasser fern. Stellen Sie es nicht am Rand einer Arbeitsplatte auf.

Vor dem ersten Gebrauch
1. Waschen Sie das Gerät und das Backzubehör gründlich (siehe Abschnitt „Reinigung, Pflege und
Wartung“).
2. Stellen Sie das Grillregal und das Backblech in den Ofen.
3. Schließen Sie die Tür.
4. Stellen Sie den Timer-Regler auf 5 Minuten und den Temperatur-Regler auf MAX (250 °C).
Hinweis:
• Wenn die gewünschte Zeit unter 20 Minuten liegt, drehen Sie zuerst den Timer-Regler
über 20 hinaus und kehren Sie dann zur gewünschten Einstellung zurück.
• Der Timer-Regler dient auch als Ein-/Ausschalter. Wenn er auf „OFF“ (AUS) gestellt ist,
schaltet sich das Gerät automatisch aus.
• Wenn der Timer-Regler auf „Stay on“ („Eingeschaltet bleiben”) gestellt ist, arbeitet das
Gerät kontinuierlich weiter.
5. Nach Ablauf der eingestellten Zeit kehrt der Timer-Regler auf „OFF“ (AUS) zurück, und das Gerät wird
ausgeschaltet.
6. Trennen Sie das Gerät von der Stromversorgung und lassen Sie es abkühlen.
Garen beginnen
1. Schließen Sie das Gerät an das Stromnetz an.
2. Stellen Sie den Timer-Regler auf die gewünschte Zeit (0 - 120 Minuten). Die Betriebskontrollleuchte
leuchtet auf und der Ofenlüfter beginnt zu laufen.
3. Stellen Sie den Temperaturregler auf die gewünschte Temperatur (50 °C-250 °C). Die
Temperaturkontrollleuchte leuchtet auf und das Gerät beginnt sich aufzuheizen.
4. Wenn die eingestellte Temperatur erreicht ist, erlischt die Temperaturkontrollleuchte.

Hinweis:
• Während des Gebrauchs schaltet sich die Temperaturkontrollleuchte ein / aus, um
anzuzeigen, dass die eingestellte Temperatur beibehalten wird.
• Während des Garvorgangs können Temperatur und Garzeit jederzeit eingestellt werden.
5. Nach Ablauf der Garzeit piept das Gerät und schaltet sich aus.
Überhitzungsschutz
Dieses Gerät ist mit einem Überhitzungsschutz ausgestattet. Sollte die Temperatur ein sicheres Maß
überschreiten, schaltet sich das Gerät automatisch ab.
Der Schalter für den Überhitzungsschutz befindet sich auf der Rückseite des Geräts. So setzen Sie das
Gerät nach einer ausreichenden Abkühlphase zurück:
1. Drücken Sie den kleinen Reset-Schalter nach unten, bis er einrastet.
2. Das Gerät ist nun zurückgesetzt und kann wie gewohnt verwendet werden.
Reinigung, Pflege und Wartung
• Warnung: Vor der Reinigung und Wartung das Gerät immer ausschalten, vom Stromnetz
trennen und abkühlen lassen.
• Reinigen Sie den Innenraum des Gerätes so häufig wie möglich.
• Verwenden Sie keine scheuernden Reinigungsmittel. Diese können schädliche Reste hinterlassen.
• Verschmutzungen an den Innenwänden können Sie mit einem in einer milden Seifenlösung
angefeuchteten Tuch abwischen. Achten Sie darauf, dass keine Feuchtigkeit in den Innenraum des
Geräts gelangt.
• Wischen Sie das Gerät nach dem Reinigen immer trocken.
Grilllregal und Backblech reinigen
• Nehmen Sie nach Gebrauch die Teile zur Reinigung aus dem Gerät.
• Zum Reinigen warme Seifenlauge verwenden. Gründlich abspülen und gut abtrocknen.
• Setzen Sie die Teile wieder in das Gerät ein.
Störungssuche
Eine eventuelle Reparatur muss von einem qualifizierten Techniker durchgeführt werden.
