KURZANLEITUNG
Videoserver SVS-3001
Um den Videoserver in Betrieb zu nehmen, gehen Sie bitte wie folgt vor:
1. Verbinden Sie die einzelnen
Hardware-Komponenten wie folgt miteinander:
2. Legen Sie die beiliegende CD in Ihren PC/Laptop ein und installieren Sie
den IP-Finder.
3. Der IP-Finder zeigt Ihnen eine IP-Adresse für den Videoserver an.
Bei einem Doppelklick auf die IP-Adresse wird standardmäßig der Internet Explorer
geöffnet. Sollte dieses nicht funktionieren, können Sie auch manuell die vom IP-
Finder angezeigte IP-Adresse im Internet Explorer eingeben. Mittels des IP-Finders
kann bei Bedarf dem Videoserver eine andere IP-Adresse zugewiesen werden.
Hinweis:
Der Videoserver ist mit einer standardmäßigen IP-Adresse ausgestattet:
Standard IP-Adresse:192.168.1.168 (oder durch DHCP eingestellt, wenn verfügbar)
Benutzername: admin
Passwort: 9999
Weitere Informationen zur Konfigurationen des Videoservers entnehmen Sie bitte der
Bedienungsanleitung.
Irrtum und technische Änderungen vorbehalten.
1. Schließen Sie den
PC/Laptop an das Netzwerk
an.
2. Schließen Sie den SVS-
3001 an einen Netzwerk-
Hub/-Switch mittels CAT5
Kabel an. Sie können den
SVS-3001 auch direkt an
den PC/Laptop über ein
Cross-Over Kabel
anschließen.
3. Schließen Sie den
Videoausgang der Kamera
mittels eines Standard-
Koaxkabels (75 Ohm) an
den BNC-Anschluss an.
4. Schließen Sie das Gerät an
das Netzteil an (12 V DC).
5. Stellen Sie sicher, dass das
Netzteil den technischen
Anforderungen (110 V oder
220 V) entspricht. Schließen
Sie das Netzteil an die
Stromversorgung an.
6. Beide LED Kontrollleuchten
(Power und Netzwerk)
leuchten jetzt.

QUICK INSTALLATION GUIDE
Video server SVS-3001
To operate the video server, please follow these steps:
1. Connect the hardware components as follows:
2. Insert the CD (included in the delivery) into your PC/laptop and install the IP-finder.
3. The IP-finder displays an IP address for the video server. Double-click on the IP
address and the Internet Explorer comes up automatically. In case this doesn’t work,
you may also enter the IP address (as shown by the IP-finder) manually into the
Internet Explorer. Using the IP-finder, another IP address can be assigned to the
video server, if required.
Note:
The video server comes with a default IP address:
Default IP address: 192.168.1.168 (or DHCP, if available)
User name: admin
Password: 9999
Please refer to the user manual for further information on video server configurations.

1. Prepare a PC/laptop with an
Ethernet link to the network.
2. Connect the SVS-3001 video
server to a network
hub/switch with a standard
pass through (CAT5) cable.
You may also connect SVS-
3001 directly to the
PC/laptop using a cross over
cable.
3. Connect the video output of
the camera using standard
75 Ohm coaxial cable
terminated with BNC
connector.
4. Connect to power
(12V DC).
5. Ensure the power adapter
specifications match the
power system (110 V or 220
V). Connect the adapter to
the outlet.
6. Check both LEDs (power and
network); both lights should
be on.
