Storage
• Do not overfill drawers beyond weight limit. Doing so can damage the cart. Only open one drawer at a time to
reduce the risk of personal injury, damage to the cart or its contents
• Do not attempt to wheel cart without closing all drawers first and ensuring they are secure. Not complying with
this warning may result in the cart tipping over. Failure to do so may result in personal injury, damage to the cart
or its contents
• Do not lean or rest on cart. If cart drawers are open and this occurs, the cart may tip and cause injury
• Drawer Capacity: 35 lbs.
• Pull Out Worksurface Capacity: 35 lbs.
• Top Worksurface Capacity: 100 lbs.

How to replace the battery:

The key lock has two positions and the key can be removed in each position in order to maintain the cart in that state:
1. Locked (key slot is vertical)
2. Unlocked (key slot is horizontal)
The key must be removed from the cart in order to maintain the unlocked state
When using the key lock in combination with the electronic lock, the key slot should always be in the locked (vertical)
position. The key can then be used as an override to unlock the cart.

Electronic Lock
• Unlock Codes can be any 4-digit combination
• Default Administrator Code is 1-2-1-2
• Up to 100 codes can be stored
• If Auto Lock is disabled, cart will remain open until the LOCK key is pressed
• After 20 incorrect codes the system is locked for 1 minute and Orange LED remains lit for the same interval.
Press ‘CLEAR’ to cancel the current input and start over
• When a correct code is entered the motor will try to move to the open position unless it’s already in the open
position. If the motor cannot reach or maintain in the open position for 2 seconds, the lock motor will return to the
locked position and try again to reach the open position. If the motor cannot reach or maintain the open position
after the second try, it will return to the locked position and the Orange LED Flashes for 1-minute signifying a
Jammed Lock is detected.

• When the LOCK button is pressed the motor will try to move to the LOCK position unless its already in the LOCK
position. If the motor cannot reach or maintain the LOCK position for 2 seconds, the motor will return to the open
position and try again to reach the LOCK position. If the motor cannot reach or maintain the lock position after the
second try, it will return to the open position and the Orange LED Flashes for 1-minute signifying a jammed lock is
detected
• Green LED illuminates for 1 second upon LOCK button pressed
• Green LED illuminates for 1 second upon correct code entry for UNLOCK
• Blue LED flashes upon any key being pressed
• Orange LED illuminates for 1 second for incorrect access code
• Blue LED triple flashes every minute when Battery is Low (< 8V)
• Orange LED Flashes for 1 minute when jammed lock is detected, pressing ‘CLEAR’ stops the Orange LED from
flashing

Press ‘LOCK’ to save:
• If new code is accepted, Green LED flashes for 2 seconds
• If new code is not accepted, Orange LED will flash and then Green/Orange LED will alternately flash. User should
go back to step 4, or press ‘CLEAR’ to cancel
• This sequence will reset the administrator code: (access codes will not be reset)
• Hold down ‘CLEAR’ and ‘0’ at any time until Green/Blue LED flashes.
• Enter 1-2-1-2 (regardless of what the old code was, always enter this number)
• Green/Orange LED will alternately flash to indicate unit is ready to receive new administrator code
• Enter new administrator code
Press ‘LOCK’ to save:
• If new code is accepted, Green LED flashes for 2 seconds.
• If new code is not accepted, Orange LED will flash and then Green/Orange LED will alternately flash. User should
go back to step 4 or press ‘CLEAR’ to cancel
• Please follow the instructions herein to program the MayaCart with your own administrator codes in order to
replace the factory default codes prior to putting your MayaCart in service
To Reset the Administrator Code Only
Administrator Quick Guide
• After entering an administrator user code (Default is 1-2-1-2) the cart will open, and the following options are
available. Administrator should press the key combination within 10 seconds of opening the cart.
To Reset All Access Codes & Add A New Administrator Code
• Note: Use this option with precaution. This will erase all access pin codes
This sequence will delete all codes and proximity cards and reset the administrator code:
• Hold down ‘CLEAR’ and ‘4’ at any time until Green/Blue LED flashes
• Enter 5-4-9-0 (regardless of whatever previous administrator code was, always enter this number)
• Green/Orange LED will alternately flash to indicate unit is ready to receive new administrator code
• Enter new administrator code
• Please follow the instructions herein to program the MayaCart with your own administrator codes in order to
replace the factory default codes prior to putting your MayaCart in service

replace the factory default codes prior to putting your MayaCart in service
• If code is correct, Green LED will appear for 1 second
• If code is incorrect, Orange LED will appear for a 1 second. User should stop and start over
• Within 10 seconds press ‘CLEAR’ and then ‘2’
• Green/Blue LED will alternately flash to indicate unit is ready to receive code to change
Enter code to change:
• If code is accepted, Orange/Green LED will flash
• If code is not accepted, Orange LED will turn on for 2 seconds, and then Green/Blue LED will flash alternatively.
User should re-enter code while blue/green LED is flashing
• While Orange/Green LED is flashing, enter new code
• If code is accepted, Green/Blue LED will flash alternatively
• If code is not accepted, Orange LED will flash for 1 second. User should start over again.
• Press ‘LOCK’ to save. Green LED will flash for 2 seconds
To Change A User Code

• Enter in new code (4 digits)
• If new code/card is accepted, Green/Blue LED will alternately flash
• If new code/card is not accepted, Orange LED will turn on. User should stop and start over
• Press ‘LOCK’ to save, green LED will flash for 2 seconds
• Ensure the code was added by entering code and seeing if this opens the cart at the correct access level
programmed. If the cart is already open, Green LED will appear to signal the unit recognizes the code. If the code
was not added, Orange LED will appear when code is entered, and the cart will not open
• Enter administrator code
• If code is correct, Green LED will appear for 1 second
• If code is incorrect, Orange LED will appear for 1 second. User should stop and start over
• Within 10 seconds press ‘CLEAR’ and then ‘9’
• Green/Orange LED will alternately flash to indicate unit is ready to receive unlock code to delete
• Enter code or place proximity card on top of keypad
Press ‘LOCK’ to save:
• If code/card is not accepted (no such code/card to delete or code was entered incorrectly) then Orange LED will
flash for 2 seconds. User should stop and start over
• If code/card is entered correctly, then Green LED flashes for 2 seconds. Code has been deleted
• Ensure that the code was deleted by entering the deleted code: Orange LED will appear, and cart should not open

CME Corp warranties the MayaCart to be free from defects in workmanship and parts for a period of 2 years.
MayaCart accessories are covered under warranty for a period of 1 year. Electronic parts and subassemblies are
covered under warranty and are to be free from defects in parts and workmanship for a period of 1 year. CME Corp’s
MayaCart is warranted to the original buyer and warranty period begins upon receipt of products. It is normal for the
anodized aluminum corner extrusions to have minor imperfections and blemishes as part of the standard finish and are
not defects. These imperfections and blemishes are not covered under warranty.
This warranty does not cover freight damage, misuse or lack of appropriate maintenance, normal wear and tear,
damage caused by theft, exposure to excessive moisture or heat exceeding limitations in supplied user guide, and
improper installation of the MayaCart. This warranty does not cover reimbursement for labor or maintenance of the
MayaCart. It is the buyer’s responsibility to perform proper maintenance of the cart including but not limited to
tightening loose hardware, keeping cart free of corroding substances, tightening caster hardware to prevent
misdirection of cart steering and not exceeding the weight limit of the cart as outlined in user guide.
If there are defects covered by this warranty, the following steps must be taken to issue a claim:
1.
Contact CME Corp immediately upon receipt of cart. The back label will provide contact information, model
number and cart serial number. If possible, please provide a description and photos of the damages and original
purchase order number.
2. If a warranty claim is submitted, CME Corp has the option to inspect the cart on site. Inspections can only be
conducted by CME Corp service technicians. After a review is submitted and a warranty is accepted, it will be
determined if repairs can be done on site or need to be handled at our warehouse.
3. In the event a MayaCart needs to be sent to one of our warehouses, the claimant is responsible for any shipping
charges associated with the repair.
Warranty
• Start with the side accessory bracket tilted at 45 degrees and hold it against the cart side at the approximate height
desired
• Rotate the bracket until it is horizontal. Keep the bracket pressed firmly against the cart side, making sure that the
sides slide behind the aluminum tracks
• Once the bracket is horizontal and at the desired height, you use a small allen wrench (5/64”) to tighten the four set
screws. Tighten each set screw until it the top is flush with bracket nut
• Attached accessories to the bracket using provided screws and align with pre-drilled holes in the side bracket
To Mount Side Accessories
• Insert the square tubes into square holes on back of the cart
• Attach each tube from the bottom with provided 1/4-20 screw using a Philips screwdriver
• Hold the accessory bins at desired height against the square tubes. Adjust them so they are symmetric (evenly
spaced) across the tubes. Then use the four self-drilling #8 screws to attach the accessory bins to the tubes using
a cordless screwdriver
To Mount Back Accessories
To ensure old code was changed:
• Enter old code: Orange LED should appear, and cart should not open
To ensure new code works:
• Enter new code: Green LED should appear, and cart should open
