OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
This manual will provide you with all the information you need to get your board
on the water quickly and safely. The instructions provided include information
on how to inflate/deflate the board, fin attachment, how to store the board and
care and maintenance.
You can repair small punctures with the
included repair kit. Please note that in order for
the repair to be successful, the humidity level
should be less than 60%, temperature between
65°F/77°F or 18°C/25°C. Make sure the SUP is
fully deflated and lies flat.
1. Draw the shape of the patch exactly where it
will be applied, cut a round patch at least 2” / 5
cm larger than the cut/damaged area.
2. Clean the damaged area and the correspon-
ding side of the patch with an alcohol based
grease remover and allow it to dry for 5 minutes.
3. Apply 3 thin layers of glue on both the patch
and the damaged area, let it dry for 5 minutes
between layers until the glue is tacky.
4. When the third layer of glue is tacky, apply the
patch lightly and adjust the positioning if
needed. Press the patch down and remove any
air bubbles that may have under the patch by
smoothing the patch with a round object such as
a spoon. Do this by starting in the center of the
patch and moving towards the outside, clean
the excess glue with a solvent. Dry for 12 hours.

• Be careful that you do not over estimate your skill level.
• Be aware that weather and water conditions can change instantly.
• Always wear a Personal Flotation Device.
• Dress appropriately for the water temperature.
• Be prepared for an emergency carry water, food and a drybag with dry clothes. • Do not
over exceed the weight capacity of your board.
• The board should avoid contact with sharp objects and harmful chemicals.
• Do not leave children unattended on a stand up paddleboard.
• Keep children away from the backpack danger of suffocation.
• Be prepared to have fun!
Safety precautions must be followed to prevent injury, product damage, or
property damage. It is the owner’s responsibility to make sure that all users will
carefully read and follow the manual and instructions for the safe operation of
this Cala inflatable stand up paddle board. Observe all local and national laws.
Always wear a coast guard approved Personal Flo- tation Device. Follow the
weight limit approved for your inflatable board.
• Perform all of your repairs in a well-ventilated area. Avoid
inhaling glue vapors or swallow- ing. Avoid contact with the
skin or the eyes.
• Keep all repair materials (glue, solvents, etc.) away from
children.
N.B. the repairs on the weldings must not be glued. Only
the manufacturer of the SUP can perform the repairs on the
weldings.
Your product is designed in accordance with the standards
for a specific use. Any modifications, transformations or
use of a motor horse power higher than indicated by the
manufacturer could result in serious risks for the user and
will void the warranty.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Any use of an air compressor will damage your product and automatically void all warranties.
Prior to first use inflate the board indoors at room temperature for easy assembly. If it was stored at a temperature
below 0°C / 32°F, leave it at 20°C / 68°F for 12 hours before un- folding the board. Inflate the board with the pump
provided from Cala Boards or any inflator designed for inflatable boats, rafts, pool floats, air beds, camping mattres-
ses, and other low pressure inflatables. These types of pumps will have a hose and adapters to fit the valve on this
product.
1. Place the board on a clean smooth surface. Remove paddles and other accessories from the board.
2. Remove the fin and fin hardware from fin box. Screw the fin hardware back onto the fin or place fin hardware in the repair kit. Clean
the board of debris and rinse with fresh water if used in salt water.
3. Open the velcro flap on the pad (if your board has one) and unscrew the plastic valve cover. Push in on the spring loaded pin and while
applying pressure turn it clockwise so it locks in the down position. The valve is open and air should instantly begin to leave the board and
will deflate naturally.
4. Once the board is no longer deflating, roll it up from the opposite end of the valve so the remaining air can escape from the valve.
Return the spring loaded pin to the up position. If you have a retaining strap retie the board together, then place the board in the bag.
Secure the board in the bag with the straps inside the bag if your bag has them. Breakdown the 3-piece paddle place it in the bag as well
as the pump and fin and zip the bag up.
5. Use a mild soapy solution to clean the board, do not use detergents or any type of silicone-based products.
6. When storing your inflatable board for short term or long term make sure it’s dry and clean in the bag. Store it in a clean, dry place, avoid
excessive heat and away from rodents. The inflatable board can be open and lightly inflated but store on a flat surface to prevent warping.
Deflate air out of your board if it’s going to be left out in the sun on a hot day.
The ambient temperature affects the tube’s internal pressure: a variation of 1°C causes a variation of
the pressure in the tube of +/- 4 mBar.
Your Cala 3-piece paddle connects using a secure spring pin system and adjustable clamp lever. When fully
disassembled, the paddle fits into the carry bag provided.
Connect the tube of the blade (figure 1) with the small end of shaft (figure 2) by slotting them together and twisting
until the metal pin pops into the hole.
Slot the handle (figure 3) into the other end of the shaft by lifting the lever and sliding the tube into the desired
length. The numbers on the tube indicate the length of the paddle. Close the lever tightly.
Be careful to not pinch finger tips when connecting the two paddle shafts.
Inflate your Cala Board.
1. Remove the board from the backpack and discard any packaging. Unfold the board deck pad facing up on a
smooth and clean surface.
2. To access the valve for inflation pull up on the corner of the velcro pad (if your board comes with one) and unscrew
the plastic valve cap by turning it counter-clockwise. The spring loaded pin is now exposed.
3. Press the spring loaded pin counter-clockwise so the pin is in the up position. The pin is
now locked up and ready for inflation. The pin should always be in the up position for inflation. If the spring loaded
pin is pressed down and turned clockwise the valve is open and will not hold air if pumped in the down position.
4. Attach the hose to the pump on the side that says “out” that is molded on the plastic. If you do not see the label
attach the hose and if you feel resistance while pumping the hose has been inserted into the correct opening. The
red plug on the pump can be plugged in for faster inflation. Air will pump on the down and up motion. If it becomes
too difficult remove the red plug for easier inflation. Air will pump on the down motion only but will take longer to
inflate board.
5. Now that the pump is assembled and the spring loaded pin is in the up position the board is ready for inflation.
Insert the pump hose by pushing it into the valve on the board and turn clockwise to insure a proper seal. You can
begin pumping up and down watching the pressure gauge to reach 15 PSI. For cold water paddling place the inflated
board into the water, rein- sert your pump hose and pump the board up again until it reaches 15 PSI.
6. Once the desired PSI is reached, unscrew the pump hose, replace the plastic valve cover and secure the velcro pad
down if your board comes with one.

FIN INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
This inflatable SUP comes with a standard 10’ fin box. The fin box is designed to use the
standard Cala fin as well as most after-market fins. Your fin should fit tightly into the fin box.
Remove the fin hardware from the fin and position the plate as far forward as possible in the fin box.
Insert the fin into the fin box and choose the location of placement. Press and clic it, now is secure
the fin and plate securely together. The fin should be tight within the finbox.

kleine Reifenpannen reparieren. Bitte beachten Sie,
dass die Luftfeuchtigkeit weniger als 60% betragen
sollte, damit die Reparatur erfolgreich ist. Die Tempe-
ratur liegt zwischen 18 ° C und 25 ° C. Stellen Sie
sicher, dass das SUP vollständig entleert ist und flach
liegt.
1. Zeichnen Sie die Form des Pflasters genau dort, wo
es angewendet werden soll. Schneiden Sie ein rundes

das Pflaster leicht auf und passen Sie die
Positionierung bei Bedarf an. Drücken Sie das Pflaster
nach unten und entfernen Sie eventuelle Luftblasen
unter dem Pflaster, indem Sie das Pflaster mit einem
runden Gegenstand wie einem Löffel glätten.
Beginnen Sie dazu in der Mitte des Pflasters und
bewegen Sie sich nach außen. Reinigen Sie den
überschüssigen Kleber mit einem Lösungsmittel. 12
Stunden trocknen lassen.

Jede Verwendung eines Luftkompressors beschädigt Ihr Produkt und führt automatisch zum Erlöschen aller
Garantien. Vor dem ersten Gebrauch die Platine zur einfachen Montage bei Raumtemperatur in Innenräumen
aufpumpen. Wenn es bei einer Temperatur unter 0 ° C gelagert wurde, lassen Sie es 12 Stunden bei 20 ° C, bevor Sie
die Platte aufklappen. Pumpen Sie das Board mit der von Cala Boards bereitgestellten Pumpe oder einem Inflator
auf, der für Schlauchboote, Flöße, Schwimmbecken, Luftmatratzen, Campingmatratzen und andere Schlauchboote

6. Wenn Sie Ihr Schlauchboot kurz- oder langfristig aufbewahren, stellen Sie sicher, dass es trocken und sauber in der Tasche ist. Lagern
Sie es an einem sauberen, trockenen Ort, vermeiden Sie übermäßige Hitze und halten Sie es von Nagetieren fern. Das aufblasbare Brett
kann offen und leicht aufgeblasen sein, aber auf einer ebenen Fläche aufbewahren, um ein Verziehen zu verhindern.
Lassen Sie die Luft aus Ihrem Board ab, wenn sie an einem heißen Tag in der Sonne liegen bleibt.

fest. Achten Sie beim Verbinden der beiden Paddelwellen darauf, die Fingerspitzen nicht einzuklemmen.
Blasen Sie Ihr Cala Board auf.
1. Nehmen Sie das Board aus dem Rucksack und entsorgen Sie alle Verpackungen. Klappen Sie das Board Deck Pad

und Abpumpen beginnen und beobachten, wie das Manometer 15 PSI erreicht. Zum Kaltwasserpaddeln das
aufgeblasene Board ins Wasser legen, den Pumpenschlauch wieder einführen und das Board wieder aufpumpen,
bis es 15 PSI erreicht.
6. Wenn der gewünschte PSI erreicht ist, schrauben Sie den Pumpenschlauch ab, setzen Sie den Kunststoffventildec-
kel wieder auf und befestigen Sie das Klettband unten, falls Ihr Board mit einem ausgestattet ist.

FIN INSTALLATIONSANLEITUNG
Dieses aufblasbare SUP wird mit einer Standard-10-Zoll-Finnenbox geliefert. Die Finnenbox ist für
die Verwendung von ausgelegt. Standard-Cala-Flosse sowie die meisten After-Market-Flossen. Ihre
Flosse sollte fest in die Flossenbox passen. Entfernen Sie die Lamellenbeschläge von der Lamelle
und positionieren Sie die Platte so weit wie möglich vorne in der Lamellenbox.
Setzen Sie die Finne in das Finnenfeld ein und wählen Sie den Ort der Platzierung. Drücken Sie und
klicken Sie darauf, jetzt ist sicher die Flosse und Platte sicher zusammen. Die Flosse sollte fest in der

Puede reparar pequeños pinchazos con el kit de
reparación incluido. Tenga en cuenta que para que

Cualquier uso de un compresor de aire dañará su producto y anulará automáticamente todas las garantías.
Antes del primer uso, infle la tabla en interiores a temperatura ambiente para facilitar el montaje. Si se almacenó a
una temperatura inferior a 0 ° C / 32 ° F, déjela a 20 ° C / 68 ° F durante 12 horas antes de desplegar la tabla. Infla la
tabla con la bomba provista por Cala Boards o cualquier inflador diseñado para botes inflables, balsas, flotadores
de piscina, colchonetas de aire, colchonetas de camping y otros inflables de baja presión. Estos tipos de bombas
tendrán una manguera y adaptadores para adaptarse a la válvula de este producto.
1. Coloque la tabla sobre una superficie limpia y lisa. Retire las paletas y otros accesorios de la tabla.
2. Retire la aleta de la caja de aletas. Limpie la tabla de escombros y enjuague con agua dulce si se usa en agua salada.
3. Desenrosque la tapa de plástico de la válvula. Presione el pasador con resorte y, mientras aplica presión, gírelo en el sentido de las
agujas del reloj para que se bloquee en la posición hacia abajo. La válvula está abierta y el aire debería comenzar a salir instantáneamente
de la tabla y se desinflará naturalmente.
4. Una vez que la tabla ya no se desinfle, enróllela desde el extremo opuesto de la válvula para que el aire restante pueda escapar de la
válvula. Regrese el pasador cargado por resorte a la posición hacia arriba. Si tiene una correa de sujeción, vuelva a unir la tabla, coloque
la tabla en la bolsa. Asegure la tabla en la bolsa con las correas dentro de la bolsa si su bolsa las tiene. Desglose la paleta de 3 piezas,
colóquela en la bolsa, así como la bomba y la aleta, y cierre la bolsa.
5. Use una solución jabonosa suave para limpiar el tablero, no use detergentes ni ningún tipo de productos a base de silicona.
6. Cuando guarde su tabla inflable a corto o largo plazo, asegúrese de que esté seca y limpia en la bolsa. Guárdelo en un lugar limpio y
seco, evite el calor excesivo y lejos de los roedores. La tabla inflable se puede abrir y se puede inflar ligeramente, pero se guarda en una
superficie plana para evitar que se deforme.
Desinfle el aire de su tabla si se va a dejar al sol en un día caluroso.
La temperatura ambiente afecta la presión interna del tubo: una variación de 1 ° C provoca una
variación de la presión en el tubo de +/- 4 mBar.
Su remo Cala de 3 piezas se conecta mediante un sistema de pin y una palanca de sujeción ajustable. Cuando está
completamente desmontado, la paleta cabe en el backpack proporcionado.
Conecte el tubo de la cuchilla (figura 1) con el extremo pequeño del eje (figura 2) colocándolos juntos y girándolos
hasta que el pin de metal se introduzca en el orificio.
Coloque la manija (figura 3) en el otro extremo del eje levantando la palanca y deslizando el tubo a la longitud
deseada. Los números en el tubo indican la longitud de la paleta. Cierre la palanca con fuerza.
Tenga cuidado de no agarrarse los dedos al conectar los dos ejes de las paletas.
Infla tu tabla Cala.
1. Saque la tabla de la mochila y deseche cualquier embalaje. Despliegue con el EVA de la tabla hacia arriba sobre
una superficie lisa y limpia.
2. Para acceder a la válvula de inflado, tire hacia arriba de la esquina de la almohadilla de velcro (si su tabla viene con
una) y desenrosque la tapa de plástico de la válvula girándola en sentido antihorario. El pin ahora está expuesto.
3. Presione el pin en sentido antihorario para que esté en la posición hacia arriba, de esta forma estará lista para
inflarse. El pin siempre debe estar en la posición hacia arriba para inflarlo. Si el pin se presiona hacia abajo y se gira
en el sentido de las agujas del reloj, la válvula se abre y no retendrá el aire si se bombea en la posición hacia abajo.
4. Conecte la manguera a la bomba en el lado que dice "fuera" que está moldeado en el plástico. Si no ve la etiqueta,
coloque la manguera y si siente resistencia mientras bombea, la manguera se ha insertado en la abertura correcta.
El tapón de la bomba se puede conectar para un inflado más rápido. El aire bombeará con el movimiento hacia
abajo y hacia arriba. Si se vuelve demasiado difícil, retire el tapón para facilitar el inflado. El aire bombeará solo con
el movimiento descendente, pero tardará más en inflar la tabla.
5. Ahora que la bomba está ensamblada y el pin está en la posición hacia arriba, la tabla está lista para inflar. Inserte
la manguera de la bomba empujándola hacia la válvula en la tabla y gírela en sentido horario para asegurar un sello
adecuado. Puede comenzar a bombear hacia arriba y hacia abajo mirando el manómetro para llegar a 15 PSI. Para
remar en agua fría, coloque la tabla inflada en el agua, reinserte la manguera de la bomba y bombee la tabla
nuevamente hasta que alcance los 15 PSI.
6. Una vez que se alcanza la PSI deseada, desenrosque la manguera de la bomba, vuelva a colocar la tapa de plástico
de la válvula y asegure la almohadilla de velcro hacia abajo si su tabla viene con una.
