Ⅳ. Installation Requirements
⚫It is recommended to install indoors, ensure a stable and sufficient lighting environment. When the backlight and
lighting conditions are insufficient, supplementary light is required to ensure that the face features are clearly
visible, and direct light is required to avoid lest affecting the speed of face recognition.
⚫It is necessary to choose a indoor scene where the temperature is relatively stable and windless. It is not
recommended to install it outdoors. Avoid installing in an environment with high temperature and drastic
temperature changes, so as not to affect the temperature measurement effect.
⚫It is recommended to have a certain distance between the measurement position and the entrance to reduce the
impact of the outdoor high and low temperature environment on the target surface temperature.
Ⅴ. Installation
Note: the hole size on gate top cover is 40mm (±2).

Ⅵ. Device Operation
Note: The device is enabled by default with the function of [pass by people] + [body temperature detection] + [mask
check], which can be quickly applied to the scenes that require "fast body temperature initial screening and should
wearing masks", and the subsequent settings can be skipped
Device Connection
⚫Use the correct power adapter to the device normally, about 50s the device completes the start-up
⚫Device default IP: 192.168.1.189, the default username: admin; and the default password is: 888888
⚫Visit default IP by IE browser, download and install the client software as prompted
⚫Double click the shortcut on desktop ，Enter the login interface as shown in Figure 6-1
⚫Enter the password, click login, enter the client software home page, as shown in Figure 6-2

Add Face Database
Click Face List to enter the face database management interface, as shown in Figure 6-3

(1) Individual Face Import
⚫Click Add Group, Set Name and Group Type, create a new face group, as shown in Figure 6-4

⚫Click Add Face, go to Add Face interface, click Browse to select the face picture that needs to be added, and fill
in the relevant information, click confirm to complete the face picture import, as shown in Figure 6-5

(2) Face Database Batch Import
⚫Click Add Group, Set Name and Group Type, create a new face database group; Note: If a new group has been
created, select group by group name
⚫Click Add Multi Face to enter the batch import interface; Click Browse to select the face picture folder you need
to add, click confirm, the device will enter the batch import process, click confirm, as shown in Figure 6-6

Access Control
⚫Support Wiegand, alarm output connect to access control gate , as shown in figure 6-7
⚫Face: authorized the whitelist face recognition verification pass
⚫Wiegand card: use the authorized IC card to pass
⚫Face and Wiegand: authorized the whitelist face recognition and authorized IC card to pass
⚫Face or Wiegand: authorized either the whitelist face recognition or authorized IC card to pass
⚫Pass By People: passed when a living face is detected

Temperature Measurement
⚫Click system → parameter → face detect, enter the temperature setting interface, as shown in figure 6-8 Select
enable for temperature measurement function
⚫Set the temperature threshold, if it higher than this value, the alarm will be triggered, the default is 37.3℃
⚫Temperature correction, the user can set the temperature compensation according to the actual application
scenario
⚫In order to ensure the accuracy of temperature measurement, please take temperature according to the voice
prompt and the auxiliary information on the device

WIFI Configuration※
Steps:
⚫Click System→WIFI，enter into the WIFI configuration page，as shown in figure 6-9

⚫Click the icon to setup the access IP, as shown in figure 6-10

IC Card Configuration※
Note: This is an optional feature for the device. Please make the object as the standard.
(1) Read the Card Number
⚫Click System→Peripheral→Wiegand Config，enter the configuration interface，shown in figure 6-11
⚫Set the Wiegand Protocol.
⚫Place the card close to the front side of the device, less than 3cm.
⚫Click Refresh.

(2) Add Card Number to Face Picture
①Single Add
⚫Click Face List→Add Face，enter into the single add interface，shown in figure 6-12
⚫Click Browse to select the face picture.
⚫Fill in the name information.
⚫Select the wiegand type: Manual input.
⚫Fill in the card number and click confirm.
Note: User can also add or modify the card number of a face picture in database by click the icon
, as shown in figure 6-13.
