INTRODUCTION
This Breast Pump is equipped with two expression phases –stimulation phase and expression
phase. Each of two phases can operate up to nine levels depending on the individual needs and
preferences of the user.
Breast milk is the healthiest and most valuable food for newborns and infants. It is recommended as a sole
food given to your child in the first 6 months of life. After six months, it should be combined with solid food.
In the case of physiological problems, consult your doctor immediately.
USEFUL HINTS
Important safety information:
Never use a breast pump during pregnancy because it may start a labour pain.
If you experience problems while breastfeeding, or feeding causes pain, it is necessary to seek medical
advice, before using the breast pump.
The first use of the breast pump is best done under the supervision of specialists.
It is recommended to read specialist literature and get to know the principles of baby feeding.
Before use, make sure that the pump has been disassembled, washed and disinfected.

Disassemble, wash and disinfect the breast pump components which come in contact with mother's milk, always
before and after each use of the breast pump.
Do not wash or disinfect control panel or AC adapter.
Ensure the overall purity of the product. Prevent the build-up of dust and other contaminants that may
adversely affect the work of the product.
Taking special care of hygiene is important to ensure the safety of mother and child.
Elements of the device not intended for cleaning must be protected against water and moisture.
NOTE! Insufficient suction may result in a smaller amount of milk, but too high suction can cause soreness and
reduce production of milk. If you notice this type of failure, you should adjust the suction power.
When to use a breast pump?
If possible, wait until lactation stabilizes, which usually occurs within 2-4 weeks after birth.
Exceptions to this rule:
If your breasts produce too much milk, they become swollen and hard (engorged). Expressing a small
amount of milk before or during a feed can give you relief and help your baby to grasp the nipple.
If you have inverted nipples (which may occur because of long intervals between feeds.)
If you have a concave, flat or damaged nipples (using a breast pump can improve nipple shape).
If you feel overflow between breastfeeds and do not want to wake the baby.
The baby is sick and does not want to suckle.
If your breasts produce too little milk, using the pump between feeds will help increase milk production.
When you are working or away from home and want to continue breastfeeding, you should regularly
express milk using a breast pump to sustain the natural process of lactation.
How often should you express milk?
If mother temporarily cannot breastfeed it is recommended to express milk using breast pump at least 8 times for
every 24 hours. This will keep the lactation at the appropriate level. In the beginning you may experience difficulty
in expressing larger amount of milk, but after a few days you will be expressing more.
Also during stabilized lactation, possibility of single expression is smaller (30-60 ml), that is why collecting one
portion of milk may require several sessions.

CLEANING AND DISINFECTION INSTRUCTIONS
Before first and each subsequent use disassemble the breast pump. Wash all components of breast
pump and bottle in warm water with mild detergent, then rinse thoroughly and disinfect in accordance to
rules below.
Before first use, disinfect all components which come in contact with mother's milk (membrane cap fig
1.d, membrane (fig. 1.C), breast pump body (fig. 1.B), silicone massaging cushion (fig. 1.A), dust cover
(fig. 1.G), silicone anti-return valve (fig. 1.E), bottle adaptor (fig. 1.O), bottle (fig. 1.F)) by placing them for
5 minutes in boiling water. This is to ensure hygiene. NOTE! Do not leave components on the bottom of
the pot. Stir the water during disinfecting to prevent damage to components.
Be sure that all components are completely submerged in boiling water during disinfection.
Do not boil elements that don’t have direct contact with mothers’ milk and electric
elements (fig. 1: H, I, J, P).
Remove all components from water immediately after boiling.
Before subsequent use, disinfect all above mentioned elements of breast pump and bottle by pouring
with boiling water or placing in electric or microwave steam sterilizer, to ensure hygiene.
WARNING! Do not disinfect silicone tubing with connectors (fig. 1. H, I), and electric
elements Do not submerse these elements in water. Wipe with disinfectant.
After each disinfection completely, air- or towel-dry before reassembly and next use. Dried parts should
be stored in an airtight container or a plastic bag. You can also use a clean towel.
Warning! Partially dry components may affect the operation of your Breast Pump. Make sure that all
parts are completely dry before use.
Washing instructions:
Always wash the product immediately after use to remove any residual milk.
Disconnect the tubing with connectors. These elements don’t need cleaning, because the
pumping membrane protects them from contact with feed.
Clean all components of the breast pump in accordance with the instructions mentioned above.
DO NOT use any solvents or chemicals to clean the product.
Rinse with clean, hot water.
If you use electric sterilizer for disinfecting elements please follow the instructions given by its
manufacturer.
Anti-return valve should be cleaned very carefully. Do not allow the food to dry out in the valve.
NOTE! Always disassemble the valve by carefully pushing its rim with your finger through the goblet of
the membrane at the top of breast pump body. Never grasp the end of the valve as it can get damaged
and weaken the strength of suction.

Warning! Before each use, check the condition of all elements for cracks, tears, discoloration or
deterioration, as they may affect the effectiveness of the device.
How to disinfect the teat?
Before first and subsequent use wash the teat with warm water then place it in boiling water for 5 min.
This is to ensure hygiene. Clean before each use. Do not use any antibacterial agents! Inspect carefully
before each use especially when baby has teeth. Pull the teat in all directions. Throw away at the first signs
of damage or weakness. Do not tighten up bottle locking ring, as it may disturb its ventilation. Always
check for leakage. Never enlarge the teat flow holes by any means, as it may damage the teat. Do not
leave the teat in a direct sunlight, close to a source of heat, or in disinfectants (sterilizing solution) longer
than recommended, as this may weaken the teat. It is recommended to replace a teat max. after 2 months
of use to ensure safety and hygiene.
After use, clean the bottle and the teat from food remains, rinse and then wash thoroughly with hot water;
do not boil. The bottle is dishwasher safe (max. temp.65°C). Do not wash the teat in the dishwasher
because detergents / cleaning agents can cause damage to the product.
For your child safety and health WARNING! Always use this product under adult supervision. Never
use feeding teats as soothers. Continuous and prolonged suckling of fluids may cause tooth decay. Always
check food temperature before feeding. Warming in microwave oven may result in locally high temperature.
If warming feed in microwave, oven remember to leave the bottle open. Take particular care when heating
in a microwave. Always stir heated feed to ensure even distribution of temperature and check liquid
temperature before giving it to the child. Warming breast milk in microwave is not recommended. This
product is not a toy. Keep all components out of the reach of children when not in use.

EFFECTIVE MILK EXPRESSION WITH ELECTRIC BREAST PUMP
1. Before expressing milk wash your hands thoroughly and make sure the pump was cleaned and
disinfected (remember its parts should not be hot or wet after scalding) and assembled according to
the instructions. Check all the parts for correct fixing.
2. To improve effectiveness of milk expression, use the breast pump between feedings, and not
immediately after feeding.
3. Before expressing shower your breasts with warm water - this will stimulate milk flow. Gentle breast
massage toward the nipple or wrapping the breast with warm towel may also be helpful.

PUMPING INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING! Be very careful during the assembling and disassembling of the pump to avoid damaging the
components.
Before each use:
Wash your hands thoroughly before using the pump.
Ensure that the pump is pre-washed and dried, if not, follow the instructions located in section
“CLEANING AND DISINFECTION INSTRUCTIONS”.
Ensure that there is no liquid or moisture in the silicone tubing. Never operate the pump if you notice any
water in the silicone tube.
Note! Do not mouth blow the silicone tube in order to remove water.
Connect tubing set with breast pump and pump unit (fig. 1.J). Put one end in the opening of membrane cap (fig.
1.D) and the second in the port (fig. 1.J) placed on the control panel. Press connectors to ensure that they fit in
the openings tightly.
Warning! Ensure that there is no liquid or moisture in the silicone tubing. (eg. water remaining after the last
wash).
Hold assembled breast pump to your breast so that your nipple is centred inside the breast cushion.
NOTE! It is important that the silicone cushion clings tightly to the breast, otherwise the suction may be
reduced.
The pump unit is equipped with a touch panel. Touch the ON / OFF sign to start pumping. The breast pump
will switch on and immediately start working in the stimulation phase. When first used, the breast pump will
switch on to stage 1. Each next time it will switch on at the last used stage in stimulation mode.
4. Sit comfortably with good back support and relax. Place the baby's photo in front of you or express
milk in his presence - eye contact with your child stimulates lactation. Do not express milk when you
are stressed or tired, as this inhibits milk flow.
5. Place the nipple deep into the funnel and press the breast massage pad so that it tightly covers the
breast, preventing air outflow. Otherwise milk expression is ineffective.
6. Pumping should create vacuum, necessary for proper breast pump performance.
7. Do not try to move away from the main part of the pump at a time when the device produces a
vacuum. Turn the machine off, place your finger between the breast and silicone massaging cushion,
unhook the funnel off the breast and move the pump.
8. You should not feel the pain while expressing the milk. If you feel discomfort, reduce the suction level
or turn the pump off. Then carefully check the breast. If you see a red or hot area of it, contact your
midwife or doctor.
9. To increase the speed of the flow during expressing bend slightly forward (when the breast is well
filled, milk drops may often flow out in this position even without compressing the areola). However,
remember to hold the bottle in an upright position, and make sure you are sitting comfortably.
10. In the beginning express milk from each breast for only a few minutes. Do not expect to immediately
fill the bottle. As you get used to expressing the amount of milk will increase.
11. When the milk stops flowing, put the breast pump to the other breast.
12. Remember that you need about 10 minutes to express 60/120 ml of milk. The amount of milk
expressed at different times can vary.
13. When you finish expressing, remove the breast pump body, disassemble the device, wash its parts
in warm water with mild detergent, and rinse thoroughly. Dry all parts thoroughly on a cloth or on a
bottle and teat drainer.
14. You can feed your child immediately with the expressed milk after screwing on the cap with the teat
included in the package.

When milk appears, press the phase change button to enter the expressing phase. The button allows you
to freely and repeatedly switch between phases of stimulation and expressing.
If you do not change the phase yourself, after 2 minutes of the stimulation phase, the pump unit will switch
automatically on lately set stage of expressing phase.
Attention! After each change of the expressing phase, the operating time of the selected phase is counted
from the beginning.
ATTENTION! The breast pump switches off automatically after 30 minutes of work.
If you want to stop expressing before the automatically set time expires, touch the ON / OFF sign and turn
off the breast pump.
ATTENTION! When putting the breast pump away from the breast, make sure the pump it is not working. If
necessary, the breast pump can be put aside during pumping by inserting a finger between the silicone cushion
and the breast (just like a child is left standing from the breast).
After finishing, pull out the power supply plug from socket. Do not leave the device connected to the power
supply if it is not used.
SUCTION LEVEL
Whenever you select a suction level (in both stimulation & expression phase), your Breast Pump remembers it
until you change it yourself.
To set your preferred suction level:
1. In stimulation phase, adjust the suction to the level you find most comfortable by touching the icons up (+) or
down (-).
2. In expression phase, adjust the suction level to the highest effective, yet still comfortable, level by touching
the icons up (+) or down (-).
If milk gets under the silicone massaging cushion, reduce the suction level so that milk keeps up
flowing into the bottle.
MILK STORAGE
1. Due to the active biochemical and microbiological processes occurring in the milk, it is important to
maintain a constant temperature of storage.
2. The mother's milk should be stored in a bottle, specialized sterile bags or sealed containers with a lid
(which should be disinfected before use).
3. Mark the date of each container with expressed breast food.
4. Freeze only fresh milk. Do not fill the container completely as frozen breast milk increases its volume.
5. Breast milk can be heated in the same way as any other feed (but never in the microwave as this may
destroy valuable nutrients and antibodies).
6. Frozen breast milk can be defrosted overnight in the refrigerator then warmed gradually in bottle warmer
or hot water.

7. Shake the container to combine separated fat molecules with the remaining volume of milk.
8. DO NOT store milk on the shelves placed on the refrigerator door.
9. NEVER refreeze defrosted milk.
10. DO NOT add fresh breast milk to already defrosted milk.
11. DO NOT add fresh breast milk to already frozen milk for storage.
12. NEVER heat breast milk by boiling or putting it in the microwave.
13. ALWAYS check milk temperature before feeding.
14. Throw away any left-over breast milk after the feed.

Pain when using the breast pump:
Put a warm compress on your breast and wait 5 minutes, use the breast pump again.
Increase the suction level gradually, each time by 1 degree
If the above steps do not solve the problem, stop using the breast pump and consult
your doctor.
Breast pump doesn’t work
Check that the power supply is correctly connected to the DC inlet on the pump unit.
If the breast pump still does not work, contact the place of purchase or the distributor.
The suction power is too low or zero:
If you have observed a weakening in the suction power, do the following.
Make sure that the breast pump has been assembled correctly and all connections
between the elements are made correctly.
Check that the valve is located tightly in the body and is not damaged. This element
is crucial to achieving the right suction power. If it has been damaged, replace it with
a new one. The spare valve was included in the kit.
Check if the breast tightly adheres to the body with the funnel.
The food is collected in a silicone massaging cushion:
Make sure you are holding the breast pump correctly. The bottle should be in a
vertical position.
Reverse of milk
If the milk or water is in the silicone bladder or tubbing, clean it according to the
instructions. Stick to the principle of "dry completely before use.”
