C1H Full HD DVR Instructions before use
Thank you for purchasing Car Dash Cameras C1H Fu HD DVR.
Before use, p ease read this manua carefu y to ensure the correct use of the product. Keep
this manua for future reference.
Operating Conditions
Don't expose your C1H to high temperatures or direct sun ight. Do not put dash protectors
behind the camera as the heat ref ected cou d cause product fai ure, this wi void your
warranty. Do not use in dusty or Damp environments.
The equipment's norma working temperature is + 0 ° - + 60 °, the humidity range is 10% -
80%.
P ease p ace the equipment in a safe p ace if these numbers are exceeded.
Cleaning
To c ean your C1H, simp y use a c ean soft moist c oth.
P ease do not modify or repair the equipment as it wi void your 12 months Austra ian
warranty, it may a so ead to equipment damage.

Setup Instructions
start Up
Before you insert the Memory card, persona ise the menu.
To set the menu you can use the bui t-in battery, you can connect the car-charger cab e and
turn on ignition or you can start the camera by connecting to your computer using the USB
cab e.
•Remove p astic fi m over the ens.
Memory Card (Micro SD Card)
1. Format the C ass 10 Micro SD memory card
2. Insert the memory card by carefu y inserting it into the card s ot. Not enough care
or rough treatment may cause the SD card or the card s ot to fai .
3. If the device does not recognize the card, p ease take it out and try again.
4. It is advisab e from time to time to change the memory card.
Menu's
There are two menus, you can switch between them by pressing the menu button "M" once
or twice, the second press wi switch from the first menu to the second menu.
First Menu - Video Menu (One press of M button)
1. Resolution: This camera is a Fu Hi Definition camera but if you are away
from the vehic e for hours and want to use the Motion Detection function, you can
ower the reso ution to 720P HD. This wi give you more hours of recording on the
SD card.
2. oop Recording: We recommend you set this on 5 Minutes, that means that each
video is of a 5 minute duration.
3. WDR: Turn WDR on, Wide Dynamic Range describes an attribute of
an imaging Sensor that can record greater scene detai s than norma ,
from shadows to high ights.
4. Motion Detection: Shou d on y be on when vehic e is parked and when there is a
power source.
5. Power On Record: Turn ON, then when power is on, video wi automatica y
record.
6. Power Off Delay: Set this to whatever duration you wou d ike the camera to keep
recording after power if turned off.
7. Power On Delay: Leave this off if you want the camera to begin recording
immediate y power is turned on.
8. Record Audio: Turn off if you wish to have a private conversation in the vehic e.
9. Date Stamp: Turn on so that time and date is stamped on the video.
10. GSensor Set: We recommend you set this at "LOW", they can sometimes be
very sensitive where heavy braking can cause the videos to be ocked or saved as
read on y. This wi fi up the SD card and stop the Loop Recording function. If you
have this prob em, turn the GSensor OFF.

Second Menu - Setup Menu (Two presses of M button)
1. Date/Time: Set the date and time.
2. Plate Number on Movie: You can set your number p ate, it wi be stamped on the
video.
3. Auto Power Off: Sets the camera to turn off after power is off.
4. Beep Sound: Camera beeps when you set the menu.
5. anguage: Sets the anguage, the defau t is Eng ish.
6.
TV Mode: TV mode in Australia is PAL.
7.
Frequency: Frequency is 50Hz.
8.
Screensavers: You can set the screen to turn off after a set amount of time.
9.
Exposure: If you feel your video is too bright you can lower the exposure value
to a minus number or vice versa. This is up to your individual taste, my camera is always
set on Zero.
10.
White Balance: Set to Auto but change to suit the conditions.
11. Format: This function is used to format (refresh) your SD Memory card.
Reset
If the machine freezes or wi not turn on, it can be caused by improper operation or an
abnorma situation such as severe heat, reformat the SD card then press the reset button to
re boot the camera.
TROUB E SHOOTING
In the event of the camera not working as it shou d, p ease try the fo owing:
Camera won't record
•Turn off GSensor, Copy any fi es you want to keep to your computer or storage drive,
Re format your SD card
•Ensure the card has been insta ed correct y, during the insta ation process, you
shou d hear a c icking sound.
•Change the reso ution, frames per second.
Video is not clear
•Ensure that the camera ens and your windscreen is c ean.
•Wipe off the dust and dirt off the ens.
Menu does not respond
•Press the reset button to initia ize the machine.
Care and Maintenance
•P ease take your camera out of the vehic e if temperatures exceed 50 degrees C. It is
rated to 60 degrees but a simp e ru e of thumb is if you cannot stand the heat, the
camera wi strugg e too.
•If adjusting the ang e of the camera on your windscreen mount, oosen the nut first
as you may break the camera case if you force it.
