Pan thickness at waste:
Fit plug body (2) together with seal (1) into
pan/basin etc. Apply suitable sealant to seal (1)
if required. Fit lower seal (3) onto plug body (2)
screw waste body (4) onto plug body (2) and
position so that when it is tightened securely, the
pop-up rod assembly (10) (when installed) is in a
position suitable for connection to the lifting rod
(12). (see Fig.2) Note: For installations where
dimensions 'L' (Fig.1) does not allow the waste
body (4) to be tightened securely against lower
seal (3), fit spacer (14) and additional lower seal
(15) in the order shown in Fig.1

Install the pop-up rod assembly (10) into the waste
body (4) and tighten nut (8), making sure the seals
(9) are in position as shown in Fig.2 Slide the
swivel joint assembly (11) onto the pop-up rod
assembly (10) as shown, install the lifting rod (12)
through the hole in the tap outlet (13) and then
through the remaining holein the swivel joint (11).
With the lifting rod (12) and the pop-up rod (10) in
the fully down position, lock the two screws in the
swivel joint (11) to their respective rods.

Place the plug assembly (5) into the waste body (2)
and check that the plug (5) is approximately 10mm
above the waste body when in the open position,
as shown in Fig.1 To adjust, loosen locknut (6)
and wind screw (7) in or out to achieve this
dimension, then tighten locknut (6).

Check that the plug (5) seats fully in the waste
body (2) by lifting the operating rod (12).
