SAFETY GUIDELINES --------------------
GENERAL SAFETY
1. This product is designed for household use only, not for commercial usage.
2. The normal working elevation range of the product is 0-2000 meters.
3. Avoid placing the product in an unbalance surface, keep the product away from
humid and other source of fire, heat sources (such as furnaces), preferably a
distance of more than 30cm.
4. Because steam and heat can cause damage, discoloration and deformation of walls
and furniture, please use more than 8 cm away from walls and furniture.
5. Ensure proper ventilation when storing the product into cabinets and avoid direct
sunlight.
6. Do not place the product on soft-surfaces such as carpets, rags & etc.
7. If you intend not to use the appliances for a long time, switch off the product,
unplug from the socket and stored in a ventilated and dry place.
ELECTRICAL SAFETY
1. Avoid the use of power sources other than 220V AC as it will cause fire.
2. Be sure to use sockets with grounding wires above rated current 10A separately as it
will cause fire and other dangers.
3. Do not connect the power cord plugs to appliance with wet hands or when the cord
is wet, please ensure that it is fully dry before they can be used.
4. Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or when the appliance
malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner. Please return the appliance to
Casa (S) Pte Ltd, 15 Kian Teck Crescent 628884.
5. Do not attempt repair, repair should be done only by authorised personnel.
6. Unplug from outlet when not in use, before cleaning, and before servicing. Allow to
cool down before putting on, taking off parts, or before cleaning.
7. To protect against fire, electric shock, and personal injury do not sprinkle or
immerse cord, plugs, or appliance in any liquids.
8. Do not bend or twist AC power lines, otherwise the cores may be exposed or
broken.

CHILD SAFETY
1. Never allow children, physically or mentally handicapped, people who lack
experience or knowledge to operate, except that the person is responsible for
ensuring its replacement and maintenance.
2. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used near children. Do not let
children use, touch, or play with the machine.
3. Keep parts out of the reach of children.
OPERATING SAFETY
1. Do not place the inner pot on other heat sources (e.g., induction cooker, gas cooker)
2. Only the inner pot attached to this product can be used, and cannot be replaced by
other inner pots to avoid product failure.
3. Do not start the operation when the inner pot is not in the main machine or when
the inner pot is empty.
4. Do not operate the product when the inner pot is not in the machine or when the
inner pot is empty.
5. Do not remove the inner pot when the product is working
6. The product will produce high temperature and steam when used. Keep your hands
and face away from steam valves to prevent scalds.
7. Do not cover the cloth and other articles on the steam holes in order to avoid
deformation of the upper cover and product failure. Do not use this product in high
temperature and humidity.
8. Do not wash rice in the inner pot, should be placed in other containers after
cleaning and poured into the inner pot of this product, in order to avoid the
deformation of the inner pot and scratches on the non-stick coating.
9. If the inner pot is deformed, please do not continue to use it. Contact our after-sales
service personnel to purchase new inner pot.
10.Before putting the inner pot into the body, please ensure that there are no rice
grains or other food residues sticking at the bottom of the inner pot and on the
heating plate. If there is, please remove them first before placing the inner pot into
the body.
11.After the inner pot is put in, you may rotate around to ensure that the inner and the
heating plate are fully adhered to each other.

1. –Standby State : Appliance is ready to operate.
2. – Cooking State : Appliance is in operation.
3. "00:00" – Insulation State : Appliance is keeping the food warm. A timer will appear
and progressively count in 1-minute intervals.

OPERATING OF APPLIANCES-----------
1. Before plugging, please ensure that the outlet voltage at home is in accordance with
the product.
2. Before the first use, please take out all the packaging items from the product, clean
the Inner Pot, Water Container and Steam Valve with dishwashing liquid and soft
sponge.
3. Before putting the inner pot into the body, please ensure that there are no rice
grains or other food residues sticking at the bottom of the inner pot and on the
heating plate. If there is, please remove them first before placing the inner pot into
the body.
4. After the inner pot is put in, you may rotate around to ensure that the inner pot and
the heating plate are fully adhered to each other.

The maximum cooking duration allowed is
24 hours. It is recommended not to exceed
12 hours to avoid build-up of odour.
1. Press the "Function" button to select
your desired cooking function (e.g.,
Quick Cook, Porridge, Soup) and press
the "Preset" button.
2. When the "Preset" indicator is
flashing, adjust the duration by
pressing "Preset" to increase the
duration. If the duration is within 10
hours, the increment is by 0.5 hour.
After 10 hours, the increment is by 1.0
hour.
3. After adjusting the duration, press the
“Start” Button. The appliance is in
operation when the display starts to
countdown from the adjusted
duration.
4. The buzzer will sound 4 times when
the function completes and the cooker
will automatically enter into
“Insulation State” and timer will start.
* These are just recommendations rice to water ratio. It can be adjusted accordingly to individual
preferences
** Duration varies depending on the types of rice, amount of rice and water used. They are just for
references.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
•Best to clean after every usage to avoid build-up of odour and ensuring that your
appliance is at peak performance
•Please ensure that the unit is unplug from power socket and parts are completely
cool down to room temperature before attempting to clean and maintain.
Clean the Inner Pot, Rice & Water Container
•Use hot water, dishwashing liquid and sponge to clean.
•Do not use abrasive or aggressive agents for cleaning.
•If food sticks on the Rice Container/Inner Pot, soak in water for a while before
cleaning.
Maintain Inner Pot, Rice Container & Water Container
•Use only plastic or wooden spoon. Do not use a metal spoon as it will damage the
surface.
•To preserve the condition of the non-stick coating as long as possible, it is not
recommended to cut food in the inner pot.
•To avoid corrosion, do not pour vinegar into the inner pots and containers.
•Should be cleaned regularly to avoid build-up of odour and clogging of rice.
Clean and maintain Housing & Other Parts of the cooker
•Clean the central area, detachable cover and exterior of rice cooker with wet cloth.
•Do not immerse the whole appliance in water or wash it under the tap.
•If there is water on the electric heating plate, please wipe it dry with a cloth. If there
is burnt rice, you can polish it with steel ball or sandpaper.
•Steam Valve should be cleaned regularly to avoid the odour and clogging of rice.
