BEFORE FIRST USE
•Your CASCADE vacuum cleaner has been ackaged
carefully to ensure the roduct reaches you in good
condition. If the roduct has been damaged, dro ed, has
a malfunction in any way, or if the su ly cord is damaged,
immediately contact your retailer for re lacement or re air.
•Carefully un ack your CASCADE vacuum cleaner. Make
sure you do not discard any ackaging material until all
arts of the vacuum cleaner have been found.
•Carefully wi e the exterior of the cleaner to remove any
dust that may have accumulated. Dry with a dry towel. Do
not use harsh abrasive cleaners. Remove any label or
sticker.
WARNING! Do not immerse in water or any other liquids.
OPERATION
•Carry the vacuum cleaner to the area to be vacuumed.
•Fit the hose, extending tubes and floor tool to the vacuum
cleaner. Ensure that the vacuum dust bag is correctly
fitted. ARNING! Never use without the dust bag and
main cloth filter fitted. Note. The dust com artment door
will not close without a dust bag correctly fitted.
•Extend or retract the brush on the main floor tool as
required for the ty e of floor to be vacuumed. Extend brush
for hard floors such as tiles or wood and retract for rugs
and car et.
•Pull out the required amount of ower cord from the
vacuum cleaner. ARNING! Do not uncoil ast the yellow
marker on the ower cord, as this is a warning that the
ower cord is close to its full length. If the red indicator on
the ower cord is visible, retract back to the yellow
indicator. Damage to the recoiling mechanism can result if
this warning is ignored and will void warranty.

•Insert the ower lug into a mains outlet corres onding
with the vacuum cleaner requirements of 220 – 240V ~ 50
Hz - AC only.
•Switch on ower at the mains outlet.
•Set the suction control to the desired ower level of the
vacuum cleaner.
•De ress the on/off switch to start or sto the vacuum
cleaner. The cleaner will now start to suction.
•The vacuum cleaner has a manual air flow regulator
attached to the hose handle. This is used to briefly lower
the suction level during o eration; the further o en the
regulator the weaker the suction ower.
•Regularly change the dust bag and ensure the main filter is
clean.
When com leted disconnect vacuum from the mains su ly,
retract cord and em ty dust bowl. Store vacuum cleaner along
with all it accessories.
DUST BAG REPLACEMENT
This vacuum cleaner uses model CS003VB dust bag, barcode
number 9421009501106 vacuum dust bag available at The
Warehouse LTD nationwide.

CARE AND CLEANING
To clean the outer surface of the vacuum cleaner, use a soft
dam cloth and dry the a liance afterwards with a dry towel.
Ensure that no moisture enters the a liance. Stubborn s ots
can be cleaned with a cloth moistened with mild liquid
detergent. Do not use solvents to clean lastic arts. Liquids
such as solvents, etrol and oils that contain chemical
substances may damage, corrode or destroy the lastic arts
of the a liance.
Do not ut any detergents or any cleaning agents into the
vacuum cleaner.
Clean only after un lugging the vacuum cleaner from the
mains su ly.
Kee the ventilation slots on the vacuum cleaner clean to
revent the a liance from overheating.
Regularly clean the air exit filter (Located at rear of vacuum
cleaner behind the rear exhaust filter). Clean by hand in warm
soa y water. Air dry any filter before reinstalling. Do not use a
hair dryer or similar a liance to dry the filters.
Do not ex ose the vacuum cleaner to direct sunlight as the
quality of the vacuum cleaner finish may deteriorate.
STORAGE: Un lug vacuum cleaner from the mains outlet.
Retract the ower cord into the vacuum cleaner by de ressing
the cord rewind button with one hand. ARNING! Feed the
ower cord into the a liance with the other hand; do not
allow the ower cord to free wheel at high s eed and sto
suddenly when the lug enters the a liance. Store in its box
or in a dry lace with all of its accessories.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical a liances, basic safety recautions
should always be followed including the following:
1. Carefully read these instructions before using your
a liance.
2. VERY IMPORTANT: Do not immerse in water or other
liquids or use near washbasins or sinks. Ensure that
the a liance does not get wet (water s lashes etc.)
and do not use it with wet hands.
3. Safely dis ose of lastic bags and other com onents of
the ackaging. They may be otentially dangerous to
children.
4. WARNING! Un lug from mains outlet when a liance is
not in use or cleaning.
5. An a liance dro ed or damaged should not be used
until examined by a service engineer.
6. Do not ermit the mains lead to come in contact with
hot objects.
7. If the su ly cord is damaged, it must be re laced by
the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly
qualified erson in order to avoid a hazard.
8. CAUTION: Kee out of reach of children. This vacuum
cleaner is not intended for use by young children or
infirm ersons. Young children must be su ervised to
ensure that they do not lay with the vacuum cleaner.
9. Use this a liance only for its intended use. Use only
genuine attachments su lied by an authorised Service
Dealer.
10. This vacuum cleaner is intended for household use only
and not for commercial or industrial use.
11. The vacuum cleaner should not be used outdoors, or
laced near a hot gas or electrical burner.

12. WARNING! Any a liance should never be left
unattended when lugged in.
13. If a liance is to be used by a third arty, lease su ly
the instruction manual with it.
14. No liability can be acce ted for any damage caused by
non-com liance with these instructions or any other
im ro er use or mishandling.
CAUTION
Do not attem t to service this a liance yourself. Refer
servicing to qualified service ersonnel.

Warranty Card
This product is guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship for a period of two
years from the date of purchase with proof of purchase. The obligation to the purchaser
under this warranty is limited to servicing the unit and replacing defective parts or refund
when the product is returned freight prepaid to the retailer with proof of purchase. This
warranty becomes void if the product has been tampered with, damaged by accident,
damaged in any other way by improper use or has been purchased second hand. All
production orders have quality inspections. In the unlikely event of a deficiency, please
contact the retailer from which this product was purchased
