Full Rack & Half Rack
Attach your casters to the lower screen rack cross-
bars. They will have threaded inserts installed in
the bottom. Thread the casters into the inserts. Use
the aluminum spacers provided in between the
casters and the crossbars. Hand tighten until they
are secure in the crossbar.
Attach the crossbars to the screen rack frame. Use the
1/4 x 1-1/2 inch Hex cap bolt, the 1/4 inch at washers
and the 1/4-20 inch anged nuts that have been provid-
ed to install. You will need a 7/16 inch wrench to install
the hardware. Tighten it until it is snug in place.
Get each half of the tray assembly and attach together.
Use the #8-32 x 3/8 inch screws and #8-32 keps nuts
(washer nut) that are provided to install. A phillips
screwdriver is needed to install the hardware. Make
sure the bottom attachment edges are aligned with
each other before fully tightening the hardware. Attach
the support clips with the supplied hardware. Make
sure there arn’t any gaps before you fully tighten. Next
install the edge protection trim onto the top edges of
the tray.
WARNING
DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN. OVER TIGHTENING
WILL CRUSH THE ALUMINUM CROSS BARS.
