Precautions
The MobileCamcontainsdelicateelectroniccircuitryand batterysystems.Youshould
treat it withcareandpayparticularattentiontothefollowing points:
Do notallowtheMobileCam,batteryoraccessoriestocomeintocontactwithliquidsor
moistureat anytime. Do not immersein anyliquid.
The Mobile Camcan’tdo thevideo callover3hours continuously.Ifthetimeisover3
hours,it willshut off automatically.
Do notplacethe MobileCamalongsidecomputerdisks,creditcards,travelcardsorother
magneticmedia.The informationcontained ondisksorcardsmaybe affected bytheMobile
Cam.
Do notleavethe MobileCaminplaceswherethetemperaturecould exceed 60°C –e.g.
onacar’sdashboardorawindowsillorbehind glass indirect sunlight.
Do notdisposetheMobileCaminafire.Thisequipmentisfitted withaninternalbattery
thatcanonlybe replaced byaqualifiedserviceengineersoused batteriesmustbe safely
disposed at arecycling point.
Do not attempttodismantletheMobileCamoranyof itsaccessories.
The MobileCammaybecomewarmduring normaluse.TheMobile Cammayalso
becomewarm while the batteryisbeing charged.

aircraftcommunicationssystemsfrominterference,do notusetheMobileCamwhile inflight.
Using theMobile Cambeforetake-offrequiresaircrewpermission,according tosafety
regulations.
DonotusetheMobileCamontheground atan airportwithoutpermissionfrom
ground staff.
Precautionsformedical MobileCamsand facilities
WhenusingyourMobileCamnearpacemakers,please:Alwayskeep theMobileCam
morethan8inches(20 centimeters) fromthepacemakerwhile theMobile Camisswitched on.
Ifyouuseanyotherpersonalmedicaldevice,pleaseconsultthedevicemanufacturerto
determineif itisadequatelyshielded fromRFenergy.
If on premiseswithspecialdemands,suchashospitalorhealthcarefacilities,please

injuryifused asatoy.
Theoperation ofsomemedicalelectronicitems,suchashearing aidsand
pacemakers,maybeaffected iftheMobileCamisusedincloseproximity.Observeany
related signsand manufacturerrecommendations.
Roadsafety
Switchoff yourMobileCamatrefuelingpoints, suchaspetrolstations, evenif youarenot

Do notstoreorcarryflammableorexplosivematerialsin thesamecompartmentasa
radio transmitter.

area.Ifin-vehiclewireless equipmentisimproperlyinstalledand theairbag inflates,

Theuseofthird-partyequipment,cablesoraccessories,notprovidedorauthorized
byHwawoTechnologiesCo,.ltd,mayinvalidatethe warrantyofyourMobileCamand
alsoadverselyaffect theMobileCam’soperation.
Radiofrequency energy
YourMobile Camisalow-powerradiotransmitterandreceiver. Whenitisswitched on,it
intermittentlyreceivesandtransmitsradiofrequency(RF)energy(radio waves).Thesystem
that handlesthecallalsocontrolsthe powerlevelat whichtheMobile Camtransmits.
The antenna(s) used forthistransmittermustbe installed toprovide aseparationdistance
of at least 20cmfromall persons.
Thisdevicecomplieswithpart15 oftheFCC Rules.Operationissubjecttothefollowing
twoconditions:(1)Thisdevicemaynotcauseharmfulinterference,and(2)thisdevicemust

Indicators has2kinds:Thesystemindicator(red)andthenetworkindicator(blue).
Systemindicator: Quickflashstandsfordevicehardwareexception. Slowflashstandsfor
normalaccess tothe3G network,Turnsoff standsfor3G networknot registered.
NetworkIndicator:Quickflashstandsforanyuseraremonitoring thecamera,Slowflash
shandsfornormallyconnected totheInternet, Turning off standsfornotconnected tothe
Internet.
Twolightsalternatelyflashstandsforthefirmwareupgrade orbeingrestored tofactory
settingsorWiFimode switch, wheninprogress, it isprohibit topower.off.

LANportofthecameracanbe connected vianetworkcable,routerandcomputeras

ThenTurnonthecameraandsatrttorunCameraManagersoftwareincomputer,inthe
cameralist →local.youcanseeallconnected camera,Double-click “camera”toopenthe
thecameraloginscreen,youneed toentertheadministratorpassword,defaultis:admin.
Thenclickok.
Aftersuccessfullogin,itwillpop upthevideo settingsinterface,youcanadjustthevideo
settingsaccordingtotheirownneedsandnetworkconditions.Click “Mofifysetting”will
enabletomodifythe value forthecurrentsetting,click “reservessettings”,It willkeep thelast
value set. Aftersuccessful connection,youcansee theimage fromcamera.Whenmouse
movetotheupperrightcorneroftheimage.Itwilldisplaythree icons,fromlefttoright:
snapshot, video, 3G signalstaus.

youcanviewthestatusof recordingandthe remainingtime.
Download video:Click “cameravideo management”andopenremotevideo list, selecta
videoand right-click,thenchoosetodownload,youcandownload theselected video.To
download multiple videos,youneed toclickallvideotobe downloaded,thenclick “Batch
Download”.Alldownloadvideo will be savedinthesettingdirectorythathassetinthevideo
configurationpage.

Click ”alarmconfigure”,youcansetthealarmdevicestatus,Ifwanttoconnectexternal
alarm,toenable “externalalarm”forwireless detectorthatcanbesupported fromremote
control,doorsensorandotherexternaldevices.IfMotiondetectiontobe enabled,justclick
“motiondetectenable”.Ifcamerahasbeeninserted SIMcard,youcanenablethe videocall,
SMSalarmfunction.Ifyouenablealarmfirewall,allthephone inthecallbacklistcanonly
