In order to use and maintain LOGISTAR 100 Vehicle correctly, please read
this Manual carefully before use. This Manual should be considered as
one part of the vehicle, which contains the important contents of safety,
operation and maintenance in the use of the vehicle, so you should
carefully read it.
When your vehicle is transferred, please transfer this Manual and the
vehicle to the next user together.
The design and production status of the vehicle will be improved over time,
while the User Manual is dicult to be revised and reprinted at any time.
Therefore, in case of any inconsistency with this Manual during use, the
actual vehicle status shall prevail. If you have any questions, please consult
the dealer.

Please note that this Manual applies only to LOGISTAR 100 vehicle and describes all
equipment including optional accessories. Therefore, there may be some content
or equipment that does not apply to your vehicle, please refer to the instructions for
the specic conguration of the vehicle you purchased.
Do not refit the vehicle, because the modification of the vehicle, especially
the electrical wiring, may cause vehicle failure or other serious accidents (for
example: re). CENNTRO will bear no liability for any loss or accident caused by the
modication of the vehicle.
All information in this manual is up to date until publication, but as CENNTRO
continues to improve and optimize its design, your vehicle may differ from the
description in this Manual, and CENNTRO reserves the right to make changes
without prior notice. Under no circumstances shall anyone make any claim to
CENNTRO on the basis of data, illustrations and descriptions in this Manual.
Part of the pictures in this Manual are schematic and for reference only. If the

General
This Manual is applicable to the following vehicle model:
Basic model LOGISTAR 100
Description Battery electric logistics vehicle
This Vehicle provides you with spacious seating space and storage area. The short
body length of this vehicle provides you with great mobility when driving in the
crowded city.
The vehicle body with short head structure not only increases your eld of vision but
also meets the safety requirements of the vehicle, so that you can feel at ease to
drive. The safety belt and anti lock braking system equipped on the vehicle provide
maximum protection for your riding safety.
The excellent motor management system precisely controls the work of the drive
motor, so that the vehicle has good starting performance, driving performance and
acceleration performance, allowing you to fully enjoy driving fun and improve work
eciency. At the same time, the excellent front and rear suspension systems also
provide comfortable shock absorption eect.
This vehicle is equipped with a heating and air conditioning system as standard
conguration, which can provide you with satisfactory environmental comfort in hot
summer or cold winter.
This vehicle is equipped with 3 doors and 1 back door, which is convenient for
passengers to get on and off the vehicle and for loading and unloading of
goods. LOGISTAR 100 vehicle is an ideal urban transportation tool. It can be used
for transportation in cities, economically developed towns and short distance
transportation of small quantities of goods. The design of integrating comfort,
safety, mobility and economy together as well as the advanced performance, is a
satisfactory choice for your work and leisure.

• Don't put anything near the driver's
seat .
»If bottles and cans are placed
around the driver's seat, the brake
pedal cannot be operated or the
accelerator pedal cannot be reset.
• Place suitable vehicle oor mats.
»Lay floor mats suitable for the
vehicle. If the pedal is covered by
the oor mats or the oor mats are
laid repeatedly, it will hinder the
pedal operation and even cause
unexpected accidents.
• Please do not cross the window to start the vehicle.

accidents may occur. Therefore, please be sure to sit down at the driver's seat

• Before starting, please carefully conrm the surrounding environment.

Once the goods deviate, there may be danger when turning.
• Doors and window switches and seat adjustment shall be operated by the adults.
»In order to avoid pinching children's hands, feet, heads and other body parts,
only the adults are allowed to close or adjust the doors, window switches and
seats.
»For vehicles equipped with power windows, in order to prevent children from
operating the power windows themselves, please use the locking switch.
• Children's safety during vehicle riding.
»To prevent accidents, children should not be left alone in the vehicle.
• Don't stretch the body out of the vehicle while driving.
»For safety, please do not extend any part of your body out of the vehicle during
driving.
• Do not turn the ignition key to ACC or LOCK position during driving.
»The vacuum booster will not operate, so great force is required to step on the
brake pedal.
»If the power steering cannot operate, the steering operation will become
dicult.
»When the ignition key is turned to LOCK, if the key is removed, the steering
wheel will be locked and cannot be turned.
• Don't step on the wrong pedal.
»If the accelerator pedal is stepped on by mistake, the vehicle will be operated
improperly and thus cause accidents.
»To prevent stepping on the wrong pedal, try to step on the accelerator pedal
and brake pedal before starting the vehicle to determine their positions.
»Because the left foot cannot perform proper braking operation, please develop
the habit of stepping on the brake pedal with your right foot.

• Do not put your hand into the
steering wheel to operate the switch
during driving.
»Operation with your hand in the
steering wheel will hinder the
operation of the steering wheel,
causing unexpected accidents.
• Don't shift to neutral gear while driving .
»Do not put the gear shift knob in neutral gear while driving, or you will lose
control of the power system, which may lead to unexpected accidents.
• Control your vehicle speed.
»Overspeed is the main cause of crash casualties. The faster the speed is, the
greater the danger. Don't drive over speed regardless of the maximum speed
limit and the safety conditions during driving.
• Do not pass through the puddle at high speed.
»When driving at a high speed through the puddle or on a watery road surface,
a water lm would form between the tire and the road surface. At this time, the
tire will oat. This phenomenon is called "wet road skid". Under such condition,
the steering wheel or brake may not work, which may easily lead to accidents.
Please drive slowly.
• When the crosswind is strong.
»At the entrance and exit of the tunnel or on the bridge, when large vehicles
pass through, they may be subject to crosswind and cause the vehicle to run
away. At this time, please do not panic, hold the steering wheel firmly, slow
down slowly, and then return to the road ahead.
• After driving through the puddle or washing the vehicle, conrm the eectiveness
of the brake.
»After driving through the puddle or washing the vehicle, the braking function
may become inferior, so please conrm the eectiveness of the brake.
»When the effectiveness of the brake becomes poor, please drive at a low
speed and pay full attention to the front and rear vehicles. Before the brake

eectiveness returns to normal, gently step on the brake pedal repeatedly to
dry the brake with the heat generated during the brake operation.
• Do not drive in deep water.
»After driving in the deep water area, the motor may stop automatically, and
may cause short circuit of electrical equipment or water suction, resulting in
motor damage and other failures. After driving in the deep water area, please
conrm the eectiveness of the brake and park the vehicle in the safe place,
and contact the CENNTRO authorized service center to check the following
matters:
Braking eciency;
Reducer gear oil (it is necessary to replace the oil when it is muddy);
Lubrication of each bearing and contact.
• Use under extreme conditions.
»In summer, the weather is hot and the air temperature is high. In order to
ensure the safety of vehicles and drivers, it is recommended that you should
not park your vehicles in the hot sun for a long time. It is better to park in an
open space with good ventilation.
»In rainy days, if the ground area is immersed in the bottom of the battery
pack, it is strictly prohibited to start the vehicle. Please contact the CENNTRO
authorized service center in time.
»In winter, the eciency of the power battery is low. It is recommended that you
charge the battery whenever you use it. After the vehicle is driven, it shall be
charged immediately to improve the charging eciency.
• Handling methods for unexpected phenomena.
»If the indicator lamp and warning lamp are on, please stop the vehicle in a
safe area immediately for troubleshooting. In case of the strong impact on
the lower part of the vehicle frame, please park the vehicle in a safe position
immediately and check the brake uid for leakage and the lower part of the
body for damage. In case of any leakage or damage, please contact the
CENNTRO authorized service center.
»If the tire is broken, please hold the steering wheel firmly, step on the brake
pedal slowly, park the vehicle in a safe position, and handle it according to
Chapter 10 Faults and Emergency Measures.

• Start the vehicle when driving .
»Please do not drive on the slope when the vehicle is not started. When the
vehicle is not started, stepping on the brake pedal requires great force, and the
steering wheel is too heavy, which may lead to unexpected accidents.
• Do not ret the vehicle arbitrarily.
»Please do not refit the vehicle arbitrarily and do not install or replace parts
that are not suitable for the vehicle. The modication of the vehicle, especially
the electrical wiring, may cause vehicle failure or other serious accidents (for
example: re, high-voltage electric shock).
»In order to give full play to the vehicle's performance, reduce accidents and
reduce component failures, please use CENNTRO genuine accessories when
replacing tires, wheels and wheel mounting nuts.
»Please use tires of the specied specication, the same brand and the same
tread (groove shape), and do not install tires with signicantly dierent friction
levels. Otherwise, it will not only fail to give full play to the performance of the
vehicle (vehicle stability, etc.), but also easily lead to unexpected accidents,
and will damage parts, resulting in failures.
• Do not place lighter, glasses, etc.
»In hot weather, please do not
place lighter or glasses in the
vehicle. The high temperature in
the vehicle is likely to cause the
lighter to explode, or the focus of
glasses may cause a re.
»Do not put the exposed gas lighter
into the vehicle, which may eject
gas to cause fire when carrying
luggage or adjusting the seat.
• Please do not install decorations on the window glass .
»Decoration or sucking disc may obstruct the line of sight, or the sucking disc
may act as lenses, which may easily cause a re.
• Do not place objects on the instrument panel when driving the vehicle .
»It will hinder the driver's vision and may endanger safety during driving.

• Do not use mobile phones while driving .
»Distraction due to conversation or phone operation may lead to unexpected
accidents, so please do not use mobile phones while driving.
• Check the triangle warning board before driving.
»Before driving, check whether the triangle warning board is stored in the
vehicle.
• Please do not exert excessive force on the externally mounted parts .
»Please do not exert excessive force on the bumper and other external parts, or
else damage may be caused.
• Please do not place the computer at the bottom of the frame.
»If precision instrument such as computer is placed at the bottom of the frame,
it will malfunction due to water content or moisture.
• Fog formation inside the lens such as a lamp .
»When driving in rainy days or washing the vehicle, lighting lamps, brake lamps,
etc. may temporarily fog inside the lens. This is caused by the temperature
dierence between the interior and exterior of the lamp. It is the same as the
fogging phenomenon of the window glass in rain, which is not the function
problem of the lamp. However, please contact the CENNTRO authorized service
center when there are large particles of water drops in the lens or water in the
lamp.
• Do not touch high-voltage
components.
»The vehicle is equipped with
high-voltage power battery,
and the working voltage of
the driving motor is also high.
All high-voltage cables and
connectors have been designed,
manufactured and assembled in
strict accordance with the relevant
national standards and industrial
standards. In addition to the
necessary operations allowed in
this User Manual, please follow
all warning labels attached to
the parts of the vehicle. Do not

touch the high-voltage cables (the
surface color of these high-voltage
cables is orange) and connectors.
Do not disassemble or replace the
drive motor, power battery, high-
voltage harness and other parts to
prevent electric shock.
• Precautions for use of electric vehicle cabin .
»Before opening the electric vehicle cabin, turn the key to "LOCK"; it is strictly
forbidden to touch the devices marked with high-voltage danger warning
signs inside the electric vehicle cabin; it is forbidden to spray water or wash in
the engine compartment of the vehicle; do not open the front cabin cover in
the rain to prevent electric leakage.
• Precautions in case of accidents.
»Keep the vehicle gear shift knob in "N" gear and turn o the vehicle.
»If the wires on the vehicle are exposed or damaged, it is forbidden to touch any
wire to prevent electric shock.
»In case of a re, leave the vehicle immediately and use dry powder extinguisher
or carbon dioxide extinguisher to extinguish the re. It is strictly prohibited to
use water or foam extinguisher to extinguish the re.
»In case of serious collision, it is not allowed to start the vehicle again.
»When the vehicle is partially or completely submerged in water, turn off the
vehicle power and escape in time. If there is no bubble or squeak during
salvage, salvage operation can be carried out. In case of bubble or squeak,
wait until there is no bubble or squeak. At this time, there is no risk of electric
shock when touching the vehicle body or structure in or out of water.
»After handling the accident, please contact the CENNTRO authorized service
center for maintenance.
• Failure to start the vehicle .
»Possible cause: the power battery or the battery is low. Please check the
electricity meter and charge it in time.
»After the above operations are carried out, if the vehicle still cannot be started,
please contact the CENNTRO authorized service center in time.

• Reective vest.
»The reective vest is stored in the glove box or the multi-function storage box
on the front passenger side. The reective vest can be directly used after being
taken out of the packaging bag.
»In the event of an emergency stop caused by the accident or failure, in order
to prompt the vehicles behind in time, users must wear reective vests before
getting o the vehicle for handling.
• Front cabin operation.
»Turn o the ignition switch before working at the front cabin.
• Recovery of power battery.
»The power battery used in this vehicle is a lithium-ion power battery, which is
installed on the chassis of the vehicle and may cause pollution and harm to
the environment if handled arbitrarily. Please consult the CENNTRO authorized
service center for details about the disposal of power batteries.
• Economical driving.
»The temperature of the air conditioner in the vehicle should not be too cold or
the warm air should not be too hot. Using the air conditioner or the warm air
will shorten the driving distance of your vehicle by 10%~20%.
»It is safe and economical to step on the accelerator pedal gently, which allows
us to drive comfortably.
»Your vehicle has an energy recovery system. When you use "D" or "S" gear to
coast or step on the brake pedal to decelerate, the energy recovery system will
charge your vehicle.
• Do not drive after alcohol drinking .
»Don't drive after alcohol drinking. Your ability to respond to environmental
changes will be reduced after alcohol drinking. The more you drink, the more
sluggish your reaction will be. Therefore, do not drive after alcohol drinking,
and do not let your friends drive after alcohol drinking.
