in this operation manual, it will give you years of use without any problems.

DOS AND DONTS
Do…
• Rea your Kubota D902 owner’s manual
• Close your rain valve on the pump casing before starting the engine
• Seal up any air that coul leak into the suction si e
• Charge you battery at least once every three months
• Stop your pump before fuelling
Do Not…
• Let your pump freeze up with water in it ( rain the casing)
• Allow san in the suction it will amage the wear ring an the mechanical seal (use floating strainer if water supply oubtful)
• Run your pump ry for more than 2 minutes at i le (prime as soon as possible)
• Use your pump with less than 12 in of water below the inlet of the suction hose
• Allow your pump to run without surveillance
• Run the pump with the ischarge valve close for more than 1 minute
STARTING PROCEDURE
• Place your pump on a har , stable surface within 15° from horizontal.
• Check the oil an the fuel tank level.
• Connect your suction hose. Make sure that there is a rubber seal on the a apter an screw it tight.
• Close all the ischarge valves.
• Close the rain valve (below the casing of the pump).
• Turn key to ON position. The “glow plugs” light comes on in icating glow plugs are preheating combustion chamber.
• Start the engine an let it i le.
• When “glow plugs” light goes out, turn key to “Ignition” (IG).
• Open the primer ball valve.
• Close this ball valve only when you have pressure on the suction.
• Push the priming button.
• When water comes out of the priming pump (it shoul take approximately 10 to 15 sec. with a 10 ft x 4¨ suction hose), release the
electric priming button. Do not operate the primer more than 20 sec.
• Open the ischarge valve to allow water to run through the pump
• A just the RPM with the throttle to esire pressure.
N.B. 1 The exhaust system is very hot. Do not touch

TROUBLESHOOTING
Before calling us, try the following if your pump oes not operate properly.
If the electric primer does not work properly.
• Check the casing rain valve, it shoul be close .
• Check the primer valve, it shoul be opene .
• Check any air leakage from suction hose.
If the engine seems to speed up and down (lost of suction)
• Make sure the suction hose is straight an oes not allow any air pockets to be trappe .
• Check any air leakage in the suction or mechanical seal (between the pump casing an the engine)
Loss of suction head.
• Check the rubber seal in the suction hose
The pump is not pumping as much as it should and the revolutions of the engine are high
• Check for any obstruction in the suction hose (leaves, rocks, etc.)
BREAK-IN PERIOD
Do not use the pump more than 1/2 throttle for the first one an half hour.

CET warrants to the original purchaser that CET will, at its election, either replace or repair any part of the new equipment sol to
the purchaser hereun er which has been given no abnormal use; an which has receive proper maintenance; an which is
etermine by CET to be efective in material or workmanship; an which has, within two (2) years after elivery to the purchaser
be returne at the purchaser's expense, with transportation charges prepai , to CET factory OR which has, within two (2) years after
elivery to the purchaser, been pre-approve by CET for a thir -party to perform the work. All problems shall be reporte to CET
in writing an amage parts shall be returne to CET.
Exclusions from warranty
1. CET incurs no liability un er this warranty or otherwise for parts, accessories or components not manufacture by it, but purchase
for assembly into the equipment, but CET will assign to the Purchaser whatever warranty rights are exten e by the supplier of such
part, accessory or component
2. CET incurs no liability un er this warranty or otherwise, for equipment which has been abuse , altere or improperly maintaine ,
or for equipment which has been returne for inspection or repair more than ten (10) ays after efect complaine of has been or
shoul have been iscovere by the Purchaser, or Equipment which is operate after the efect has been iscovere .
3. CET incurs no liability for alteration or repairs unless the Purchaser first receives CET / written consent or approval. CET will not
be responsible for work or repairs ma e or one by others.
4. CET incurs no liability for esign alterations, parts, accessories or components which are not stan ar but are specifie by the
Purchaser for incorporation into the equipment.
INTERPRETATION
CET shall not be liable for transportation charges either in shipment to or by it an shall not be liable for loss of use, or consequential
amage of any kin in connection with the sales, alteration, repair or replacement of any equipment or part thereof. Liability un er
this warranty is limite to replacement or repair an in any event shall not excee the purchase price pai . This warranty is not
transferable by the Purchaser. CET reserves the right to make changes in esign or a any improvements to the Equipment at any
time without incurring any obligation to install or mo ify same on other equipment previously supplie .
