POWER BATTERY AND CHARGING
E󰀨ects on Medical Operation
When the power battery is being charged, it will generate electromagnetic radiation which affects the
operation of nearby electrical medical equipment, causing serious injuries or deaths. Therefore, before
charging, users who use certain equipment (such as implanted cardiac pacemakers or implanted
cardioverter debrillators) should ask their doctors or producers of those equipment whether there are any
e󰀨ects on medical operation.
Range
The motorcycle shows di󰀨erent ranges under di󰀨erent speeds. You can conrm the range under general
conditions by referring to the following table. Due to the battery’s characteristics, the lower the speed, the
higher the range.
Speed Range
40km/h 65km
Di󰀨erent riding habits and environments a󰀨ect the real battery’s range. The range will be reduced if there
are behaviors such as riding at high speed continuously, with frequent brakes and starts, heavy load or
extra power-consuming equipment, up steep slopes and against the wind. Please pay close attention to
the range, plan your journey carefully and recharge the battery timely.
Range is closely related to battery capacity. As usage time of battery and total mileage of the motorcycle
increase, the battery capacity and the total range will gradually decay. Range is also closely related to
the environmental temperature. It will be significantly reduced in low temperature, which is a normal
phenomenon.

If the battery is used and maintained improperly, its capacity will be decreased at a higher speed, and the
range of the motorcycle will be reduced rapidly accordingly.
If the battery range decreases rapidly, please contact the after-sales service center authorized by ZEEHO.
Charging must be carried out in strict accordance with relevant requirements of this manual to prevent
accidents.

Motorcycle Voltage System Damage
The designated voltage for electric motorcycles is high voltage, which exceeds the safety voltage of 36V,
so the rescue work needs careful operation and backup support.
DANGER
If the designated voltage cable components of the motorcycle are damaged and the wires and terminals
are exposed, do not touch the exposed parts under any circumstances. In addition, if you are not sure
whether they are designated voltage parts of the electric motorcycle, do not touch the leaked wires or
terminals.
Touching cables or terminals without proper safety protections may cause severe burns or electric shocks,
resulting in serious injuries or deaths.
If it is a must to touch the exposed parts of the designated voltage cables or voltage components of the
electric motorcycle, or there is a risk of touching, the insulating protective equipment (insulating gloves,
goggles, insulating shoes) that can withstand the designated voltage must be used.
When relevant people are leaving from the motorcycle, for example when they are putting it in a certain
place, put on its body a danger sign saying ' Working. Do not touch!', preventing other people from
inadvertently touching the motorcycle and thus su󰀨ering from serious accidents.
Preparations
When repairing or handling the designated voltage system of the motorcycle, please prepare at least the
following safety precautionary measures:
• Insulating and protective equipment, including insulating gloves, goggles, insulating shoes, etc.;
• ABC dry powder re extinguishers;
• Solvent-resistant protective equipment, including gas masks against organic gas, chemical-resistant
rubber gloves, etc.;
• Rags, towels;

To prevent the battery from heating up, smoking, catching re, or bursting, please do not:
Put the battery near water or immerse it in water;
Place the battery near re sources or heaters;
Place the battery in a place with high temperature (≥45°C) for a long time, such as in direct sunlight;
Strike or throw the battery;
Put external force on the battery, or it will crack or deform;
Use non-original chargers.
Battery Smoking or Heating
If the power battery is abnormally hot, cut o󰀨 the battery power supply;
If the power battery is smoking, get away from the motorcycle immediately, contact the re department,
and prepare for the outbreak of re;
Keep the battery still and observe it for an hour; when its temperature drops, remove the battery, and
contact the after-sales service center authorized by ZEEHO to recycle and to dispose of the waste battery.
The waste battery belongs to "dangerous waste" and should not be disposed of by yourself;
If the power battery continues to be at high temperature but there is no re or smoke, running water can
be used to cool it down;
The water immersing the battery is contaminated by metal ions, which should be treated as waste liquid
for proper treatment;

Motorcycle or Battery Fire
ABC dry powder re extinguishers or electric re extinguishers are the fastest way to extinguish the re
caused by electricity If the re cannot be controlled, please evacuate in time, contact the re department
and remove all ammables nearby.
If the motorcycle is on re, avoid extinguishing the re with water; when the battery itself is on re, it can
be extinguished with water and the battery can be cooled. After the re is extinguished, contact the after-
sales service center authorized by ZEEHO to recycle and dispose of the waste battery. The waste battery
belongs to "dangerous waste" and should not be disposed of by yourself.
When the insulating coating of the cable and wires are short-circuited due to combustion or when a large
amount of water is used to extinguish the re, the designated voltage of the motorcycle will be cut o󰀨.
Depending on the location of the re, the designated voltage of the motorcycle may not be cut o󰀨, so it is a
must to cut o󰀨 the power after the re.
There is no explosive hazard in the motor's designated voltage system.

Motorcycle Soaking
If the motorcycle is soaked, water may short-circuit the motorcycle, resulting in its designated voltage
system being cut o󰀨. If the water is shallow or penetrates into parts that will not cause a short-circuit, the
special voltage system may not be cut o󰀨. Please completely disconnect the power supply and contact the
after-sales service center authorized by ZEEHO.
Battery Damage
If the battery is damaged due to a collision or other circumstances, follow the following measures:
If you suspect any battery leakage, handle it by referring to "Battery Smoking or Heating";
If the battery shell is cracked or damaged, please contact the after-sales service center authorized by
ZEEHO for recycling or repair;
Disconnect Battery
Wear insulating and protective equipment, turn o󰀨 the main switch, disconnect the battery, and remove the
power battery;
If the main switch is operated while the instrument’s display screen is o󰀨, the motorcycle may be started.
Even after the main switch is turned o󰀨, the charge stored in the capacitor will need about ten minutes to
be fully released. Wait for a period of time before working to avoid accidents such as a short circuit.
Disconnect the battery and wait a few seconds to let the battery discharge before starting to work.
If the designated voltage cable is not damaged but the wires or terminals are exposed, do not touch
exposed parts under any circumstances. In addition, do not touch exposed wires or terminals if you are
unsure whether the damaged part is part of the designated motorcycle voltage. A careless touch on the
cable or terminals may cause serious burns or electric shocks, resulting in serious injuries or deaths.

Battery
The motorcycle uses the lithium ion battery package of 69V 27Ah(@25°C, 2.75V~4.3V,1C). The battery
is characteristic of large capacity, low self-discharge, high energy, long service life, safety and reliability. It
is an ideal power battery. The capacity of the battery decreases gradually with the increase of usage time
and riding mileage. Correct use and maintenance can e󰀨ectively prolong the service life of the battery.
Battery Storage / Using Environment
Do not keep/use it in an environment prone to water soaking;
Do not keep/use it at high temperature (≥ 45°C);
Do not keep/use it in high humidity or wide-changing humidity;
Do not keep/use it in a dusty or gravel environment;
Do not keep/use it near the re source;
Do not keep/use it near inammables and explosives;
Do not keep it in sealed containers;
Do not keep/use it in an environment accessible to children or pets;
Charging Environment Temperature Discharging Environment Temperature
-5°C~50°C -10°C~50°C
The battery shall be kept in a dry, cool and photo-phobic environment;
If the battery shell is broken, smoking or heating when being kept or used, refer to the content of " Battery
Smoking or Heating ", and timely contact the service center authorized by ZEEHO for recycling or repair.
The original ZEEHO power battery must be used for battery replacement. If not, it may lead to startup
failure, circuit failure, damage of electrical parts, etc., and the user shall be held responsible for the fault.

Battery Maintenance
Before using the battery for the rst time, the power battery shall be charged at least 100%;
When the instrument indicates that there remains 20% of the power, please charge it as soon as possible.
Try not to consume the battery power to the minimum, or the service life of the battery will be reduced.
After the battery package is fully discharged, it must be charged for at least 1 hour within 24 hours to avoid
damage due to continuous power consumption.
It is forbidden to install any electrical equipment on or in the motorcycle. Poor electrical equipment may
cause a short circuit, re, electric shocks and other accidents. The installed electrical equipment will a󰀨ect
the motorcycle's range and reduce the battery life.
Long-time climbing or high-speed riding will lead to excessive temperature.
It is recommended to go to the official dealer authorized by ZEEHO for inspection and maintenance
every three months to conrm whether the relevant connectors are loose and whether the battery needs
maintenance or repair.
The original charger or designated charging pile must be used for charging. If not, it may lead to failure of
charging or circuit / battery failure.
Battery Recycling
Damaged or waste batteries are "hazardous wastes" and are prohibited to be discarded or recycled
privately. Please contact the after-sales service center authorized by ZEEHO or contact relevant
departments for recycling.
Battery Inspection
If the battery package has been charged for more than two years, contact the o󰀩cial dealer authorized by
ZEEHO to thoroughly inspect the power battery.

Charging
WARNING
Do not charge or park the motorcycle in residential buildings. When charging, keep it away from
inammables and explosives, beware of ames and sparks, and the charging time should not be too long.
Do not charge the motorcycle in a conned space, a high-temperature or humid environment and when it
is raining.
It is prohibited to plug and unplug with wet hands.
The charging shall be supervised to avoid accidents.
Charger
The vehicle is equipped with intermediate cables which can charge the power battery after connecting a
charger.
When the battery is fully charged or stops charging halfway, rst unplug the charger from the charging
socket, and then unplug the charger from the battery interface. After charging, disconnect the power
supply of the charger in time, and it is forbidden to keep the fully charged battery pack in oating charge
for a long time.
When charging, please use the original charger and stable AC power supply. It is forbidden to use
generators and other equipment to charge the vehicle.
During charging, if the indicator light is abnormal, there is peculiar smell or the shell is overheated, stop
charging immediately, unplug the power supply, and go to the after-sales service center authorized by
ZEEHO to repair or replace the charger.
Do not overcharge the charger or damage other electrical equipment.

High voltage is dangerous. Do not disassemble, repair or replace the components in the charger by
yourself.
Using a charger with abnormal charging characteristics will lead to insu󰀩cient or overcharge of the battery.
The use and storage environment of the charger shall be dry and ventilated, and prevent liquids,
granular objects or metal objects from entering the charger to avoid short circuit inside the charger.
Only outdoor power outlets are allowed.
It is forbidden to make any modication to the charger, including extension cord, power strip, distributor,
grounding adapter, surge protector or any similar electrical equipment.
If the charging cable is worn, the insulation device is damaged, the wire is exposed or shows any major
damage, it is prohibited to continue to use.
If the charger shell or charging connector is broken, damaged or shows any major damage, it is prohibited
to continue to use.
The charger must be properly grounded during use. If the charger fails, the correct grounding will reduce
the risk of electric shock. If you are not sure if the socket used has grounding function, please contact a
qualied electrician for inspection and verication.
When charging the vehicle, the charger is connected to the vehicle rst, then the charger is plugged into
the power supply. the reasons under below:
1. The current is relatively large when charging the vehicle. The current may damage the charger if
connect to the power supply socket rst. And it will waste electrical energy at the same time if the power
supply socket didn't connect to the vehicle battery.
2. If you connect the charger to the power supply socket before connecting the vehicle battery, it may
cause a safety hazard. If you didn't turn o󰀨 the charger before connecting to the vehicle, the voltage will be
exceeded for the circuit board of the charger, which may lead to an electrical accident.

Information about power package
At a normal temperature, the charging time of 2.5 kw model power package from 0% to 100% with a 520
w charger usually takes 4.2 hours; and with a 750 w charger, it takes 3.5 hours.
When the motorcycle is turned o󰀨, the motorcycle's electronics will still consume power from the power
package at a very low rate.
High Voltage Warning
DANGER
Working on high voltage components requires special training, qualications and tools.
All unexplained and unexplained work can only be performed by trained ZEEHO technicians.
Do not open the motor or lithium battery.
Fault Maintenance
If there is any fault in the vehicle power supply or charging system, please go to the service center
authorized by ZEEHO for repair or replacement.

Precautions for Extreme Environments
Low-temperature Environment
Generally, low-temperature environments have no permanent impact on the motorcycle’s power battery,
but the low temperature will temporarily affect the release of power battery’s energy. The colder the
environment is, the more the riders can feel the changes brought by this impact on the riding experience.
For example, when the power declines, the time for the motorcycle to reach the maximum speed will be
prolonged accordingly.
It is not recommended for riders to drive the motorcycle in an environment which temperature is lower
than 0°C. If riders have to, please charge the motorcycle in an environment which temperature is above
0°C after riding. It should be noted that the battery management system prohibits the power battery from
discharging under -20°C and being charged under -10°C.
Storage temperatures below -20°C may cause permanent degradation of power battery performance, so it
is not recommended to store the vehicle at too-low temperatures. Above this temperature, and compliance
with long-term storage requirements will ensure that the power battery will not be permanently a󰀨ected
during winter storage, even if the storage temperature is much lower than the freezing point.
High temperature environment
The high temperature environment will not produce any significant performance changes to vehicle
operation, but if the temperature of the power battery exceeds 65°C, the battery management system will
prohibit the power battery from discharging continuously.
When the ambient temperature is higher than 40°C, the charging speed of the battery will decrease. When
the ambient temperature exceeds 55°C, the battery will stop charging.
Storing the vehicle in direct sunlight above 40°C may cause permanent attenuation of power battery
performance.
