WARNING: Read all assembly instructions completely before attempting to
assemble unit. Improper assembly could result in damage to unit or injury to use.

Repeat step one for the left side. Remove nuts
and washers.
Grab Angle Brackets D and E and place them on
the ground. The pivoting point on these pieces
should be at the back of unit. Insert one (B) tubing
into support.

Grab second support bracket (A) install at the top
of the long tubing where next bolt is. Insert washer
and nut. Hand tighten. Repeat for other side.
Grab one support bracket (A) and thread bolts in
long tubing through the support bracket. Insert
washer and nut. Hand tighten. Repeat for other
side.

Repeat step five for the right side.Pull up the pivoting piece from angle bracket and
remove nut and washer. Install directly above
second support bracket. Hand tighten nut.

Grab one short tubing (C) insert onto long tubing
(B). Be sure the hooks are to the back of unit.
Repeat for other side.
Upright support installed.

Install remaining support bracket (A).Install square cap (L) into the tops of each short
tubing.

Third support bracket installed.
12.
Install caster wheels (G) on back of the angle
bracket.

Install locking casters (H) on the front of each
angle bracket.
14.
Install bumper supports (J) into the top of each
short tubing (C).
15.
Bumper support installed.
16.
Install wire shelves (F).

17.
Repeat step 16 until all shelves are installed.
18.
Tighten all nuts and bolts. Use 3/4” socket for
caster wheels. Use 7/16” Socket and 7/16”
wrench to tighten support brackets.

Shelves can be stored on the hooks on the back of the unit.
